Wow!! This man right here, Mr. Willie, giving out free samples of Komboucha truly made shopping a pleasure. He helped me locate items I had no clue where they were and sped up the process 10-fold. Thank you Willie! You are such a kind soul ❤️

We went to Publix last night around 9:30. Casie along with 5 other cashiers were right near the self check out lanes. Casie was the only person to greet us, look our way, or make us feel welcome. I hope you realize this young lady is an asset to Publix. We grabbed our cat food bag and Casie graciously offered to check us out through her line. Once again, with 5 other working people standing around talking, Casie was the only one we saw checking people out.

Nice grocery store, great quality produce, great variety and a sizable pharmacy. As someone visiting from out of state a welcome find. Ill be back!

Prices are a little on the high side, but this is probably the best grocery store around Brunswick, with the possible exception of Harris-Teeter on nearby St. Simons Island.

Where shopping is a pleasure. 😉 I got a sub from the deli. The sandwich was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. The cashier next to self check out(which worked great) was engaging us in conversation even though we werent in her line. A usual, Publix was great.

Publix is a nice and clean place to come. But they need to do something about people stopping and parking in the front fire lane.

Publix is always expensive but they usually have a good selection. This one was a bit weak. Im still giving it 4 starts because the staff is good. The selection was limited but adequate. And going into Publix you know it will cost more.

Its Publix. However, I did place a catering order and didnt get what I expected. No dip for the chicken tenders. A beautiful but sliding cake. Still the items were tasty and ready on time.

They are always pleasant no matter what city that I have visited or lived in (which is enough for a story😌), and has been professionally awesome with awkward customers being rude. So far, every time Ive been here, the bread and pastrys from their bakery were always fresh and well made.I hadnt been to a public bathroom since the pandemic started, but yesterday I took a chance with theirs and it was surprisingly spotless! cleanest bathroom I have ever seen.Everyone wears a mask and I hope they keep that up always, even after the pandemic.Everything in the store looks clean and fresh, I found a good stock of Latin food, also assorted hard to find roots and squash.This store may be a little more expensive, but well worth it for the service, cleanness, and quality.

Ordered a birthday cake from the bakery. Turned out beautifully, fresh and great flavors. Friendly, professional staff as it always seems to be. Clean and organized. Great product selection.

My favorite grocery store. I love their fresh produce and the lines move quickly enough so I dont mind waiting there instead of going into Walmart. Pretty good sales and the Associates are always friendly. They pretty much know us because we are there a lot. Clean, well-stocked and close by!

I received an email saying my pick up order was ready early. When I arrived, I had to wait 20 mins with a toddler for my grocery. They would not answer the phone with I called to cancel. I expected better service from Publix. I will not be using their pick up service again. It would have been faster if I went inside myself!

Excellent. They had exactly what I had been looking for all over town. Even the stock person was knowledgeable of the product and agreed was what I needed. Publix is the only store that carries BIOLYTE. if you are looking for product to help you get over feeling pretty rough from over indulgence of any kind this is what you need. It works great.

It was my first time visiting Saint Simons but the cashiers was real nice and friendly made me feel like the Publix that I have here in Valdosta

We came here because the local walmarts are horrible. The produce was beautiful and things were actually in stock.

Order my sons birthday cake from here. I gave detailed instructions and spelled the name...she even spelled the name back to me. The cake was tasty but they spelled my sons name wrong (way wrong).

Stopped in specifically for tuna that was on sale and picked up a few things before discovering the tuna was out of stock. But there was a sign saying rain-checks were available. Checking out. I asked for a rain-check and the clerk said I had to get it at customer service. Stood in line at customer service for a bit. When I finally got up to the counter and asked for a rain-check, the gal said, Were not giving out rain-checks. I explained the sign said rain-checks were available. She responded, Were not giving them out right now because they havent given is a memo on that. WOW! No attempt to get the go-ahead...just no. So I left very disappointed.

Shout-out to the cashier who had to repeat herself five times because Im too spaced out to understand when someone is asking if I want plastic bags. She knows who she is.

Publix is awesome but today was there for Western Union. I will never use this service again. However it was not the fault of Publix. I lay blame completely with Western union. They put a hold on my money which was to only be for an hour 4 hours later we still could not complete transaction.... NEVER AGAIN

Update: Taylor at the sandwich station is a Game changer! Patient and polite with your order and will even suggest new things that will go on your sandwich.Better quality but expect to pay. If you need snacks they always have good deals on BoGo. My only complaint is the hot food deli. I understand the chicken tender sandwich is very popular but twice Ive shown up specifically for that sandwich and been told, we are out, we run of things, theres a 40 minute wait. Not to mention they leave you standing there waiting. As for just order online that sandwich will be soggy by the time you arrive as it will be ready made and sitting in the heat rack for you to show up. Its a struggle but whenever I do have the patience totally worth it.

This Publix has the slowest Deli ever. You will be in lines for 20+ minute, they need a better system. Other than that everything is great

Loved going here...we moved not long ago from Atlanta and this was one if our main stores in Atlanta...the people in the Brunswick was really helpful and very friendly!!!!!! Loved being back in a public...wish there was one on my side of town!!!!

Used to be cool, but then they had that hepatitis outbreak at the beginning of the pandemic shut down. Which is unfortunate because their healthcare plan doesn’t cover anything like that.On the other hand, the Ruben is pretty good, so I’m conflicted.

Lately the service has really declined. During Superbowl I ordered a cake which wasnt fresh. Now today 03/03 my birthday, I placed my cake order online per usual it was $80.00 . Well I received not one but two calls from the bakery department asking if I still needed my cake. Like who even does that, I clearly ordered it. Well upon placing the order online I ordered yellow cake. Hence hours later I cut into my cake and the top tier is STRAWBERRY smh. Thank God I have no allergies to it. But for what I paid I expected my order to be 100% correct. Not a happy customer

I love this store, I once worked there, I know the Fiod is fresh, and well maintained, and this company is all about Great Customer service. It has some of the best employees, because they are invested in the company, and its their store also, So they take care of it any value Customers also, because it has its rewards at the end of the year. The store is always clean, If you dont see something you want, you can put in a request for the Item. And you just cant beat the BoGos

Stop by Publix today and was helped by Charity. We were ordering a cookie cake and Charity seemed very knowledgeable and very patient while helping us decide what we should do.

The Hot Food Deli always seem to have employees that seem to HATE their job. I was not even acknowledge upon my arrival to the counter for approximately 10 minutes. I was the only customer standing there after several other customer had come and walked away after they saw no one would acknowledge us. What is it with the HOT & SPICY chicken??? Not everyone choose to eat that mess!!! Hopefully Publixs will place more pleasant staff that doesnt mind waiting on customers in their hot food area.
