Dropping my phone finally caught up with me, but the boys took care of me and got my screen all patched up. Dropped it off at 9, picked it up at 2, good as new

Got my iPhone 8 plus screen replaced there was a little cheaper than most places but would NOT recommend at all the color contrast was changed because of the cheap cheap replacement screen they use also i had to get it replaced a second time and every bolt that you take out to replaced the screen was stripped then when I was about to leave my phone with the guy he kept wanting to kniw what my password was then I asked him why twice and no response shady business here🤣

TERRIBLE THEY SELL FALE AIRPODS! Which they says are “REAL Apple Airpods” I recently bought “Apple Airpods Gen 2” and I asked if they were real and the Hispanic lady said “yea ofc” when I start using them for a couple of weeks they acted fake, the battery drained so fast less than 2 hours, when I holded the back button of the AirPod case the airpods lighted up a blue light. And the other day I accidentally dropped one of my airpods and broke into 2 pieces and LOOKED EXACTLY the same as fake airpods literally the earpiece with a battery.And they always disconnected by its self randomly. IVE OWN REAL AIPODS BEFORE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. FAKE APPLE PRODUCTS!!!

Its a very big place, and it sells a variety of things. The people are nice and friendly, and very knowledgeable in cell phones.

They have fixed my phone 3 times and charged over 300 dollars and it still doesnt work.

These guys were great! I thought I would need a new phone, but they fixed it for $25--whew! And in under an hour! Thanks so much!

Purchased a Galaxy Note 5 paid $300 within 2 months the phone went out they replaced the battery. It worked one day after the repair and went out again, run around after run around. You would think the money they get out of you for these devices they would have a better policy given things occur. Heads up their policy is 7 days after that your on your on with faulty purchases. They will never get another penny setting up in Black communities and getting over!!!!!!

Their store is cluttered, their merchandise is cheap, and they lied about being able to fix my phone screen, but still made me pay. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

The experience was THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. The Man that alway wares the shades . He possess no personable skills what so ever. So rude . I forgot about my old phone bring there and it had been a few months ago. So today I met a friend there so I was asking about my phone that they were supposed to reset for me and this man precedes to be a smart-ass for absolutely no reason. I was very respectful and tactful with my words flabbergasted at the indecency this man treated me with. did not even bother to check to see if my phone was there and just continue to be disrespectful I wouldnt recommend anyone using this store at all.

The staff went above and beyond to help me get my son iPhone 6 Plus s screen repaired. Staff was very pleasant when I dropped phone off and picked it up. I will return if I need there service. ( hopefully I wont lol ) but overall highly recommended.

I came in with a cracked screen got it fixed but went home to it having a problem so I went back in the next day and they redid the screen and threw in a couple extra accessories for free for the hassle. Would definitely recommend them!
