Worst experience of my life i just had the so-called Manger use foul language at me because they messed up my food. I asked for them to remake my order and they refused to!!! So I called over a manger whom was extremely rude to me refused to remake order and gave me the wrong phone number for corporate as well as a fake name and store number. All n all dont go here until corporate changes things... oh anther thing.. no masks and no gloves in the kitchen. Ill be sure the cdc hears about that!

All but one of the late night staff are horrid. (Im assuming she is the manager) Constantly playing on there phones and hanging on counters, more often then not when I HAPPEN to come in Im being told there is a rediculous wait on food for no reasons, or that they cant even make us what we want.

Great gas station, great food, service and staff are horrible. Wait times even on online orders are insane

Sheetz is the best for mozzarella sticks and Mac and cheese bites!! Joey here at Brunswick made my milkshake tonight. it was the first time that I was trying this peanut butter milkshake that sheetz has AND IT WAS SUPER DELICIOUS!! THANK YOU JOEY!!!

If don’t like to wear a mask this sheetz is for you. Zero enforcement of the mask policy posted at the door. They won’t even mention it so feel free to not wear a mask here as many patrons do not.

Great place to stop if you want to see (at most) 50% mask compliance. If youre interested in shopping in a COVID incubator, this is the disease farm for you.

An awesome location that just recently opened. Serves Made To Order Ice cream And has nice indoor seating for all customers to use. Friendly team will to fix any mistake. Love them!

They never ever have the drinks stocked. Red bull, water, many other drinks are never re stocked. You can see cases in the cooler just not available for me to purchase. I goto this location almost every day now for months and 50%+ of the time most water and red bull choices are not stocked. Management is to blame here and Sheetz should fix this unacceptable situation for this location.

I bought a 3 pack of tall cans. One was punctured. I went back expecting a fight. The manager gave me the money for the whole pack back. No argument. Im coming back every time Im in town. Great customer service. I can say enough.

Went into sheetz today and the didnt have what i wanted in stock, so the manager of the food section said im sorry we dont have it would you like to change it to something else ?? I said yes that fine and then the man only chargers me for my drink that i had bought !!!! I wish there was more kinda people in the world like this young man!!!!

Nice workers and fast service. Store especially back entrance needs cleaning badly though.

So now Im not one to complain yall but let me tell you a little story. So I was leaving work tonight and needed gas. I stopped at the sheetz on center road in Brunswick. I though to myself what the heck Im thirsty Ill grab a soda. So Im standing in front of the soda coolers deciding what i wanted, when out of the corner of my eye I see a sign that says buy 2 20 oz sodas get 2 free hot dogs. Great Ill just get dinner while im at it. So I grab the 2 20 oz sodas and go in search for some type of roller grill. No luck, asked the cashier a male early 20s seemed completely clueless. He wasnt aware of the promotion and instead of stepping our from behind the counter and looking at the signage clearly posted and still within the limits of the promotion dates. He calls a manager over his little CIA head phones and asks. Anyway I get the 2 dogs which are supposed to be free with the purchase of 2 20 oz sodas at 3$ he tells me my total I 4.80.... the dogs are 2 for 1.80. So he asks me if I still want them and I said not if there not free like the signage has advertised so he calls to the kitchen to cancel the dogs. Im appalled. Youre employees get paid something in the 11$ range and they cant keep track of promotions and dont know the stores deals...... then instead of making it right plainly asks me if i want to pay for the hot dogs that are advertised as free..... no of course i dont.

6 a.m. and have no coffee. All urns empty....really?

I purchased two 1 liter bottles of Arizona tea and when opened once I returned home both were rancid and a month over expiration. Restock your shelves.
