You work in the customer service industry, there’s no need to have attitude just because you have to complete a few extra steps at check out. I just wanted to utilize my Shell rewards.

Great place to get gas and goods. Very clean store and very friendly workers. Also great place to get a fresh, hot cup of coffee.

The cashier that I have had interactions with here is not friendly at all. Tried to get help understanding the shell fuel rewards, said she doesnt know how it worked. The least they could do is give you a smile and be friendly. Disappointing.

The employees stocking shelves reeked of cigarette smoke and the cashier could care less. Didnt even ask how you were or told you to have a good day. Would not go back the that store if my life depended on it
