Unprofessional and unpleasant employee. They don’t know what they are doing. I tried to receive money through MoneyGramm and they didn’t know how to process the transaction.
I even loved the three years work and freshened area
I am rarely at the pharmacy because I only go during emergencies. I was on my lunch break, so I decided to go through the drive through. There is a sign that says ring for service so I pressed it, then I reached to see if I had to pull the box open. I have never done it, so I don’t know, right? A lady with colored hair comes to the window and the first thing out of her mouth is I hope you didnt touch that and I go I have never done this before Im sorry. I give her the papers from the doctor’s office, she returns and (with rude tone) are you picking up prescriptions? I say yes, well this is not the right paperwork. Confused, I say well my doctor told me I was good to go. She shuts the window. I watch her pull my name up on the computer. She comes back and says your prescriptions arent ready yet and I asked her how long it would take and explained that I am on a lunch break, I dont know we are busy today, we will text you when they are ready. I then asked if she could confirm my cell phone number.I think your employees need to be trained on customer service. One: I should have been greeted, but I got I hope you didnt touch that. Two: She should have looked to see if I had online prescriptions before telling me that I did not have the right paperwork.Three: HER TONE. Treated me like I was a bother. I am sitting here uncomfortable and in pain, hence why I am there for medicine, I do not nor does anyone deserve being treated that way.Four: Explaining how picking up a prescription works. I understand you are on a lunch break; however, we have high volumes today. For your convenience, CVS has a texting service that will inform you when your prescriptions are ready so you do not have to wait around. Can I confirm the cell phone number we have on file? not I dont know, we are busy today.I hope this lady does not treat elderly this way. She flustered me so much that I apologized for doing what the sign says. I was not greeted, and I was treated like I was a bother to her. For this reason, I do not recommend going to this store, I would rather drive across town or switch pharmacys completely.
This pharmacy likes to play the wait and see game. When you come try to pick up a prescription they will then finally start working on it and tell you to come back in half an hour even though it was supposed to be ready... This happens 90 percent of the time.
I have never had a more cooperative place that this CVS on Pearl Road.Sure I have waited, but never a length time. Usually when I have a prescription that was just called in.This is a time to have a little patience as these people are working under a stressful time and I appreciate I have a place that offers a lot of alternatives. Pick up, delivery, and usually a nice smile.Patience, people. It could be worse!
The Nurse Practitioner is rude, slow and not there to actually help the patient. The pharmacy is extremely slow.
Very rude, wait time is horrible. Staff needs to be more professional, productive, more nice.
I frequently visit this location and have never had a bad experience! When you take advantage of their sales or rewards from your CVS card you can score some good deals. I always make sure to stop by right after a holiday to check their clearance section. However, I generally avoid buying any name brand products at their retail price as in my opinion they rack prices up quite a bit!
Always helpful going beyond my needs.Main pharmacist is always busy ..BUT STILL HANDLES THE PRESSURE WITH KINDNESS AND PROFFESIONALISM
I get a call because of insurance issue, sit on hold for 14 mins and someone picks up and hangs the phone up.. I was told earlier this morning my prescription would be ready in 10-15 mins but I said I’ll return later so when I call to make sure I’m getting the right thing the lady tells me yeah but they’re “behind” so why am I being called to to inform me that my insurance won’t cover something. Why do people need to lie? I’ve had nothing but issues with this pharmacy and definitely will be switching to a different one.
All the people are so nice in the pharmacy. Really worth it.
My grandson takes medications for asthma & we found out today my daughters insurance was cancelled due to paperwork. I went to pick up his prescription & wasnt sure I had enough on my credit card to pay for it. Luckily I did, but as I was about to leave, Carly told me regardless, my grandson would have his medicine because she would have paid the $15.00. I truly am grateful for her compassion. Its nice to know there are people who will go above & beyond to help someone whether they know you or not. Thank you so much Carly...youre truly amazing!! Give this girl a raise 🙏💯
Best customer service.
My prescription has been called in 3 days now. And it is still not ready to be picked up???????
Clean store, love cvs.
Came in with family to get flu shots, waited over 20 minutes even though there was 5 people working behind counter. Main pharmacist seemed bothered about the being too busy. Told us in a snottyvoice that it will be awhile.
Very helpful employees
They are the rudest group of people I have ever met they were very rude to my desk girlfriend with a attitude
