That older lady with frizzy curly hair in the mornings is probably the rudest person that Ive ever met. Ive been coming hear for YEARS and just cant deal with her anymore. Ill be over at Sunoco. Rather deal with stupidity over rudeness.
This gas station has been where I’ve gone for years to get gas. On my way home on the highway, this has always been a staple of my route. I’m extremely disappointed though that they closed third shift. I come home at night, and I don’t understand the inconsiderate treatment that the business has offered to third shift customers. I need gas at this time just as others need it during the day. This is unsettling to me just as much as it is to the employee that always waits on me during these hours. She’s a very nice employee and has undoubtedly been a loyal employee for years during third shift. Now she has to suffer because her shift has been cut. She is the only reason that the gas station gets any stars in my review. Do us a favor and bring back third shift!
Went in today to cash in 2 lottery tickets 1st one they scan is $100 dollars they say they cant cash it. What kind of BS lie is that you dont have $100?
The young girl who operates the register is rude. Has no idea how to speak to customers. All I wanted was 50 in gas and I get a a lecture that we dont have change. You lost a faithful customer.
Worst place for getting gas. (1)pumps are extremely slow, no matter when you show up. (2)Card readers are horrible. Doesnt matter what pump you use. I even replaced my credit card with a new one and it still cant be read after many times of inserting it. Clearly the management and/or ownership of this particular station needs to leave.
Seem to have a lot of computer problems. But their bathrooms are clean and the pumping area is clean. Plus Shell seems to be good for motorcycles and high performance engines
Some old hag runs the register half the time, and apparently forgot what it means to greet customers and thank them for their business (including using the word please) instead of greeting them with ID when asking purchasing cigarettes or booze or silently ringing up your products with a perpetual scowl. Its not like shes paid to be there or anything.I used to be a regular till they hired that unfortunate individual, wont be going back so long as she works there, as my last encounter consisted or her literally screaming across the entire, empty gas station, that I was apparently not able to purchase alcohol for another few minutes, and snapped at me when I attempted to bring some up to the counter to wait the few minutes. It wouldnt have been terribly difficult to politely and quietly alert me of this new company policy, since its certainly not the law. I work third shift and have always been able to grab a six-pack from there on the way home. Real piece of work, this one. Save your temper and go to Speedway.
Do not get gas here. The pumps are extremely slow.
Its okay
