I walked into a crowded store, and was asked a question (which I could not hear based on the screen and the actual “do you have a tap” on your card?), so after asking what he meant again, I got an eye roll with a curt tone saying “Mam! I can’t be any more clear” it was rude and frustrating. I called into complain and sadly got the same person on the phone. I understand that sometimes credit card technology can be a problem for stores, but please don’t take it out on the customer.
This place is always busy, Young kids always working at the counter they do a great job keeping up.
