I was treated very rudely when I called for help with an emergency refill for my insulin while in Brunswick visiting from Maine. After several calls to them and my doctor in Maine, they told me that my doctor didn’t call in an “appropriate” prescription which was false because I pulled up my record through the patient portal and it was very clear and specific. Then she told me that it was out of stock…Insulin, REALLY?! And that they could not get any until Monday…there was no effort made to even call another Walgreen’s to see if they might have it. When I asked on a subsequent phone call if they had checked with another Walgreen’s they said they would and lo and behold the other Walgreen’s had it in stock. After all of this terrible customer service, I had my doctor in Maine call my insulin into Golden Isles Pharmacy who were over & above helpful. I can see why this Walgreens only has 2 ⭐️⭐️

Slowest pharmacy on the planet. They need 3-5 hours to fill an Rx. Dropped one off today and was told it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. Knew better so waited 3 hours and it still wasnt ready. Had to wait another hour. If they moved any slower they would get a parking ticket.

The red headed lady who helped me was super awesome.. I just wish I got her name. She was friendly funny and sweet. It’s really hard to come across these people nowadays because everybody is rude but she was nice

What has happened to the Walgreen that I love? Spent 28 minutes on hold for pharmacy and someone disconnected. Called back at 3 calls ahead of me again and same thing happens. Something has gone terribly wrong. The new telephone program, process, customer service policy or staff have reached a new low.

Walgreens carries many items one needs, bacon and eggs, vitamins, cleaners, cosmetics, candy, toys, etc. The pharmacy is convenient, and the photo department has many good deals.

Customer service is poor. The staff is not rude but very unpleasant and abrasive.

The pharmacy staff are rude and they act like they would rather not deal with people. I wont be returning to this pharmacy.

Drive through is a joke,worst customer service ever!!

Do not go to this locaion if you have blue cross, every other walgreens in the country takes that insurance except this location. they are also very slow it shouldnt take 3 hours to fill a perscription.CVS had it done in 15 minutes and they were more busy than walgreens. i will never go back to walgreens again

Good pharmacy, Ive never had any trouble getting prescriptions filled here and they text you when stuff is ready. Sometimes they have a bit of a wait but its usually because the customers in line like to play 20 questions with the staff.

Store items are hilariously overpriced, but the pharmacy is run by some of the nicest, professional people in town.

Not helpful at all, waited on hold for 6 minutes then when I got thru to someone And told her what I needed she immediately hung up on Without saying anything. Do better

They have an ATM and it is located in the front of the store soon as you walk in to the right

Worst Pharmacy ever. Went today to get 2 scripts filled at 5 pm. Both are pull off the shelf type meds, no pills to count or weigh or whatever. Five customers in line and only 1 employee at the counter. She was not friendly at all and could not tell us how much the scripts would cost. They had to be entered into the system. She didnt offer to do that, just told us we will know when we pick it up. She told us it would be ready around 6:30 pm. We left and came back at 8pm, scripts still not ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes.I have never used Walgreens Pharmacy before and never will again. We told them that and they had nothing to say. They just dont care!

Worst pharmacy ever. Dropped off perscription at 4pm, told by staff it would be 1hr. Come back in 1hr, it will now be maybe 2 more hours. I have to work tonight and this now will make me unable to work as its a needed medicate.

I had a prescription filled here and had great customer service with Kia at the Pharmacy drive through. Things were complicated and I was worried that I was holding up the line. She simply reassured me that I was the focus at this point and time. Kia also took the time to make sure I got the best price through my insurance and helped with ordering refills ahead of time so theyd be there for me. I always make a point to give feedback when people do their job so well.

When you drop your prescription off at the drive through almost 3 hours earlier, you shouldn’t have to wait another 15 min and have to go inside to get it.

When will I learn?! More than once, I have used my time running to Wal-Mart or Target just to deal with crowds and get frustrated that I couldnt find what I was looking for. Then end up going to Walgreens to find exactly what I was looking for. Quick and Easy! Dont get lost in a box store. Just go to Walgreens!

Horrible Pharmacy Staff!!!!!

Went for a flu shot. 20 minutes into standing and watching many who came after me., and more at the drive thru get served, I asked how much longer “20 minutes”. Add that to 15 more after the shot and I’m looking at an hour and 15 min for a flu shot. Not happy. Left without it, wasted my time. Should have looked at reviews before going.

Being full time RVers, this Walgreens is by far the worst Walgreens we have done business with. When we first got to Brunswick the transition was not as smooth as it usually is. Have had part of our scripts filled at this store and some accidentally went to the other location. There was at least one script that I was short on the quantity so now feel like I need to count my pills. We are usually patient when mistakes are made but with this store its hard because the customer service is not that great especially with one particular woman who has terrible people skills. If you push the issue that a mistake was made and there should be another script and she argued that there was not and my husband made her check again and she was tossing scripts around and slamming things. NOT a people person.

Love walgreens the ppl are friendly for the most part and they take care of my orders quickly.

The employees are nice, and its quick to get in and out.

Dirty parking lot. Lazy, unfriendly staff.

My experience was half full. Medicine was available and wait was 15 minutes. I thought the pharmacist showed no compassion for customers, but I guess he was doing his job.
