I’d had a completely terrible week and went on a road trip to try to free my spirit. I was feeling downtrodden and needed a sanctuary. I came for the showers and laundry but I’m in awe of the kindness I was shown during my visit. Jessica is an angel!!! The showers were absolutely spotless, laundry area was clean with nice functioning machines. I feel renewed! Stopped in Starbucks here @ the TA truck stop to get fuel and run over to grab a cup of coffee...I felt it right to give a shout out to the 2 person team working as they were hit with many people...They kept their cool even under hard stress and when some customers wouldnt even know what the hell they wanted .Big love from me..right here💯❤️!! Not a bad gas station to stop at. Plenty of pumps, and a large lot to easy pull into even with a trailer or camper! Easy to access truck pumps. Right off of the 95.The store inside is clean, and both times I went in they were very nice!A few food options. CAT scales.:)

Truck driver opinion, place is clean, staff is friendly. But everything is over priced! BurgerKing does not offer discounts or deals like other locations, like 2 for $4 .. goodies,candy,chips over priced you are better off stopping at dollar general or dollar tree and buying stuff for your road trip. Just get gas and run here! We truck drivers have no other option so they take advantage of us.

This is the kind of stop we hope for everywhere we go. From the benches to sit on at strategic places, to the individual bathrooms, the restaurants, and the variety of items to buy, its the attention to detail that makes this a coveted stop for us. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff made my top rating a no Brainer.

Shop was alright the cashiers were nice, some of the mechanics need a little more training, others are very adept in what they do. Showers were very clean, food court was clean, bathrooms were clean. Overall B+ didnt have any problems.

Whatever happened to the real truck stops for truckers now everything is set up for fast food and four-wheelers. We need and deserve a truckers truck stop.

BK employee was very rude… The sign says they close at 11 PM but he said the registers are down and and they close in 10 minutes anyway and just walked away! It was only 8:50 PM. We tried to go to Subway and they were out of an entire list of items including chicken, turkey, ham, tomatoes… I can’t remember the entire list but those were definitely on it! We won’t be stopping here anymore!

Im sorry to report that the gasket replaced was not torqued down correctly and all the hub oil leaked out almost damaged the truck les then a week ago I had this work done here

Hands down the CLEANEST Ta/Petro showers I have ever used. After a long and stressful day, it feels so amazing to come to a clean shower. Very impressed and grateful!

This is usually one of the best TA in the country. But a good Subway and clean showers sometimes is not enough. They ran the sprinklers on the side of my truck the sidewalk the street the gutter from 3 in the afternoon till 7 a.m. still going. I asked them twice if they could turn them off. The manager was too busy at home to take care of it. A park there open the doors on the side of the trailer to get into organized it.

The guy in the shop, Kenny, is awesome!! He knows what hes doing and gets the job done. He got right to it and got us out of there really quick. Thanks Kenny!!!

Several times in last month or so stopped here for a fuel and to play lottery. They told me that lottery machine doesnt work so many times that is hard to believe. Either they dont know what they selling or lottery people are so lazy to come and fix😂

No Credit Card fee gas. Clean. The bathroom is clean. The shelves are stocked. The cooler is cold. They a Burger King and Subway. Plus roller food ice cream, snacks blunts, wraps nasty cigarettes and everything you could need.

I blew an air bag coming out of Florida.Pulled in at the TA into the shop.Tish helped me at the counter then sent Cory the technician to help me.It took all of 15mins to swap out the blown bag and to put in a new one!!!AND I WAS ON MY WAY!!!Now thats service!Thank you Tish for helping me out and all the while had a friendly smile!And Cory kept me laughing!You guys ROCK!!!

Probably the cleanest TA Ive been to showers are super clean as well as the other facilities I used...... how ever there were employees smoking weed in the walk in cooler thay when I went to grab a drink I got slammed in the face by Marijuana smoke. I could care less about smoking weed but as a driver who is required to go for randoms this is not something I want to deal with

By far the best gas/truck stop ANYWHERE! Has mutiple restaurants from Burger King to Subway and the restrooms are like no other! I feel like Im in a high end retail stores restroom lol! Just better.

The store portion is nice and looks clean but the people at the burger King were really rude. They were just standing there talking and ignoring customers and didnt seem to wanna help us and the girl who did eventually wait on us messed up our order because she was too busy messing around with the others working and not paying attention to what she was doing. And when gave me my drink and she decided to throw the straw on the counter and walk away and mumbled under her breath. I dont think i will get from there again. They need to work on their people skills.

There was a employee (woman) ranting out loud about all the lazy MF employees not doing their jobs. I mean she ranted and was still ranting when we walked out. I have never heard the F word so much In all my life and she didnt care who heard her! I was really expecting her to totally lose it at any point. Scary. I wouldnt stop there again if my life depended on it. Employee at register never batted a eye! Crazy as heck!On the other side place was spotless.

One of the nicer truck stops in the area, parking area easy to navigate, though some of the spots are marked at a blind side angle. However, food products and restaurants are overpriced. Depending on whos working at the subway, they usually are not very generous or neat with sandwich toppings, and almost every time I go to the burger king, the ketchup packets are always covered in goo of some sort (see pic). Restrooms are usually clean. I rate fairly low due to lack of economic value.

Fridge has been broken for weeks.

Be careful in the center of oil change. I was there 4 hours ago and the filter of oil was put without seal. I stop in sant agustine Fl. And it was a total mess my engine. Be aware

What a joke this place is!!The shop has 6 bays and only 1 mechanic. Not wasting my time here.

Stopped in there yesterday and the burger king wanted 6.47 for two regular cheeseburger that is just robbing the public shop else where

Very clean! Store had lots of selection and they even had a Starbucks. Showers were very well taken care of, usually the sink is a very neglected item. The picture speaks for itself.

This is one of the last places that still sells mail stamps. How I know: I checked 100 places on the road from Kansas to Pennsylvania from Pennsylvania to Florida and got them here in Georgia. (Freeway places)

This woman was very rude. Her name tag said “Mel,” I think. She started off by just looking at me, no greeting. Then immediately after I was done started complaining about how tired she was and how much she wanted to go home and play pool. She didn’t even help the young man make the drink, she just stared at him and fussed that he wasn’t working hard enough. Needless to say, she’s not the service I know and love.

The tech are only good for changing a tire.Took truck in for trailer air leak and tech saidIt was a bad brake chamber. Paid $225 and stillThe same problem. It’s not their money so theyDon’t care. This is why I always try and take myTrucks to the Loves.

This is a rare jewel of a truck stop, clean restrooms and clean showers. Unfortunately that is becoming more and more uncommon these days. Either this place has good management, or employees that care about the quality of work they perform, or maybe a combination of both. Either way, this needs to be the norm not the exception. 👍🏾

A friendly staff, a great Starbucks. Its a pleasing place, and TA has historically been one of the better places to stay. A lot of semi truck parking and a good place to spend the night. My only critique would be some of the people working here dont seem thrilled, but thats how it is with some day jobs, so it isnt unexpected.

It is more of a minor irritation than anything else, but they do charge sales tax if you redeem points or an ultracredit at the food concession. It is in the terms and conditions that the driver is responsible for the tax but no other TA or Petro that I have been to (and I have been to a lot) charges the sales tax except for this location.

Truck service is a joke

This is a great place to get gas and other travel accessories. The rest rooms were clean. The coffee was good and there was a large selection of flavors. Service was fast. Overall a great place to stop and rest while driving long distance.

Clean place excellent customer service Ive been coming here for the years now I drive over the road & the people n place is & are wonderful. Let me tell you I left my cell phone brand new being didnt notice until the next day. I said its gone this is a new phone just came out it cost 900 plus no one is going to return it boy was I wrong. This happened to me another time with my bag n it had all my IDS, Bank cards all my information but they had called me that they found my bag and sorry but they had to look in it to see where to mail it. I try to reward them but they wouldnt take it. BUT THIS PLACE IS 100% TO ME 👍

This is one of the cleanest travel centers that I have seen. There is a Starbucks inside and Burger King. Easy to enter and exit.

Best TA Ive ever been in. Great service depart. The store is clean and staff are friendly. I just wish they had a sit down restaurant. Im not much of a fast food fan. However there are other restaurants within a short walk.

Gas is reasonably priced and the staff is friendly! Also the bathrooms were clean which is not the case for most places. And there is also 2 restaurants there but I wasnt hungry so dont remember what they were.

CLEAN RESTROOMS!!! This is one of the most important things to me when traveling with family (especially young children). This facility not only had clean restrooms, the family bathroom was great! It has TWO toilets (one short one for small children), and TWO sinks. This was amazing in getting everyone in and out of the restroom quick. Also everyone there was super friendly. The cashier actually did her job and checked our ID when trying to pay with a credit card. I know some people find this annoying, but I actually appreciate it because they are protecting the customer and their business. I appreciate the added level of security for my card. Defenitely recommend this place!

I just called for roadside assistance and the shop person said they didn’t have the part but if I called savannah ta instead they can fix it. I asked if he would deal with them he said it will be to much money. I wasn’t worried about cost I wanted convenience and service to get rolling again. I will never call that shop as long as I’m a driver

One of my favorite truck stops. Tiesha (waitress) is awesome!! The food was very good...normally the spaghetti I get at TAs is mediocre, at best. Here it was really good.

This is a newer TA with Burger King and Subway as your dining options both of which are better options than Popeyes. The parking is Laid out backwards, in that, you have to blindside back into the majority of the spots.

The manager at the Starbucks named Mel is very rude to not just the customers but her workers too. And she just seems to stand around doing nothing!!

Rarely do I give 5 stars because no place or no one is perfect. But I agree with the other reviews it is clean and the staff is very nice. With a few fast food options there are several other food options well within walking distance. This is rare for the OTR driver to have more than 2 or 3 options.

I went here to get gas on a long trip just to pass through.The worst decision I could have made because i decided to buy gas and drinks. I would advise everyone to just use cash because someone up there is stealing peoples card information and then charging you twice for the same amount you paid and its not when you pay at the pump, its at the register inside. I had been on my way home trying to get gas at another gas station when i realized my card had been charged twice. I called and go the run around for 3 days. They just keep sending me to voicemail and when finally was able to talk to someone the still gave me the run around and told me it was probably my bank but my bank doesnt put holds unless your trying to pay at the pump which is why i went inside to pay in the first place. I will NEVER stop at a TA Travel Center gas station again.

Store is always clean and maintained well, parking lot is about par for the area, but not much stopping here anyway. Food ready 24/7, and staff keeps things in order all day every day. Shop isnt open at night but hey, people gotta sleep man.

Parking was spacious. And relatively clean and odorless which is a rarity to find at a truck stop. Had a burger king and subway.

Wish I could give negative stars because this place is slow slow SLOW. Stood in line for LITERALLY about 20-25 minutes just to get gas; I get being busy but yall have PLENTY of employees just standing around leaning on displays and staring at people that can easily hop on a register and help.Bonus tip: you probably shouldnt wave over a customer and then allow a bunch of people to cut in front of them and make them lose their place in line when theyve already been waiting a long time. THATS how you get reviews like this. Thanks for making our long trip even longer!

Dont even waste your time. As a professional driver nothing is more irritating than pulling in to get fuel and every single bay is full of drivers not at their trucks or getting fuel. While I know this isnt directly the truck stops fault and just inconsiderate drivers, management should have these trucks towed if left unattended for an extended period. Instead insat for over half an hour waiting to fuel and not a single truck moved. I went inside to see if an announcement could be made or something done about it. Was told by employees that management doesnt care and it is a regular occurrence. If they dont care, Ill find somewhere else to purchase my fuel, as time is money.

Credit card machine was down (not the employees fault), no ice ( again not the employees fault), employee attitude was awful (definitely his fault).

On the way ba k from out cruise we stopped for gas, Starbucks, and some items for the ride home, it was a great all in one shop for everything traveling!

My sister left her purse in the bathroom of the facility and didnt realize it until she reached her destination in Charleston, SC. Because she was so horribly worried, we randomly called to see if the purse was somehow left there. I Google searched to find the facility and when I phoned, I luckily reached Kayla Williams. Kayla went above and beyond to help us and reached out to several other employees to see if the purse was in the facility. We are grateful to the person who found the purse and we are so very grateful to Kayla for her efforts to help us when she was clearly busy with other customers. Kayla is the type of employee who obviously cares about her customers and we want to thank her for her efforts and hope that the company recognizes what a valuable asset she is to the establishment. Thank you so much, Kayla!
