Friendly staff. But the store looks a bit tired..

I really like Sears and they had a great sale on king sized pillows. We needed a couple of them. Service is great at check out. I am just sad that they no longer offer the Laura Scott version of a womans polo type shirt.

This is a great store with helpful employees and many quality products. I recently found a very nice pair of jeans for $11.99 (on sale). Although you wont see a lot of electronics or non-bedroom furniture, the Brunswick Sears has large selections of clothing, appliances, tools, mattresses, camping gear and fitness equipment.

I never have enough of Sears store in Brunswick. Good tools and very good appliances and clothes, you should try it sometime youll find its worth the trip to Cooks Corner Brunswick Me. Its my favorite store in Maine. Keep up the good work. God bless.

No wonder they are going out of business. Tried to buy a tire pressure gauge at the check out. They said i had to go to automotive to pay. Went back to the guy that sold me the gauge. Apparently his register was in sporting goods. He sent me to automotive. There was nobody at the automotive check out. I waited a few minutes and left. I LITERALLY could not buy the product i went in for. Solid business model.

The manager told me they were one of the only Sears that made money and they would not be closing. If you see her please give her a job for Sears is closing

Place is still open and hiring but everything is always on sale or clearance. How they are still open is a mystery but still great deals none the less. A leaking sprinkler pipe dripped on my wife though so watch out

Im surprised this location is still open. I like shopping here but their lack help and good merchandising makes it tough. I spent 40 minutes there last week.Their one and only cashier had 8 people in line for 15 minutes, she had gone on the store speaker twice for backup, and was ignored by the rest of the staff...wonder was the manager doing??

This is not my first trip to the auto service. The technicians are great and take care of my vehicle, never leaving not even a small spill on the engine. Bryan who I always talk with to schedule the service is always pleasant and helpful. Thank You!

Great place, hope they dont close.

This Sears has very helpful and cheerful sales associates. The only thing I am not super fond of is that it is geared more towards older women and men or small children. Their merchandise is nice!

Your crazy if you buy from this place. Please read on line reviews and BBB reviews on Sears. They have the worst customer service. This is a company closing stores and can not keep customers because they no longer stand behind their products. This is not your grand parents Sears and to Robucks, those trusted days are long gone. You have been warned.

Seems like they are lacking alot of items. Still think they have best prices for appliances.

I needed help/advice on a tool set that was no longer available. Kevin, the manager on duty that night (from tool/hardware department) literally went out of his way comparing tool content lists to match as closely as possible what I was looking for. He took the time to help me and as he was training another sales associate (Justin who was also very helpful to me), he let his trainee get the commission. I was very impressed.Sears is in trouble, we all know that but in these stores, there are still sales associates/representatives that do their best to satisfy customers. And lets face it, some customers are not very kind nor nice to sales associates. These Sears employees have a life, a family, financial responsibilities, etc. too! A confusing floor plan. Some good deals to be found but not worth the hassle to find them and then to wait for their one cashier in any area of the store to check out a dozen people, half of which are going to cause problems.

Not much of a sale tools, appliances, ect. Clothes 40 percent, just make sure you your discount. I didnt get my discount,had to find manager to get it corrected.

Spent almost $1000 at this place, and the delivery people were litterally laughing at my mentally disabled family member. To her face. They were laughing and mocking her. I couldnt believe someone would ever have the audacity to do that to another human being.... let alone ON THE JOB. Not only no customer service skills, but no proper social skills, either.

Sears is a great store for clothes, appliances, tools and more, I bought a tractor here and car tires and Ill do it again! Try them out!

Drove all the way in to pick up a $1000 gazebo and apparently received only 1 of 2 boxes. I guess I should have paid more attention to the box they gave me (says 1 of 2 when I actually looked), but I was in a hurry ... you would think the paperwork they have should say TWO FRIGGIN BOXES so they would know to give me what I paid for ...

For a company that is on the brink of failure, lowering your prices might help. I needed a suit for a funeral and Sears is less than 5 minutes away. I ended up getting the same suit for a 3rd of the price. And thats not exaggerating.
