With the lack of music playing over head it is EXTREMELY awkward to be in there and I felt as if I had to whisper. The Cashier/Employee didnt agree we when I walked in, didnt say much more then my total....On the upside the place was SUPER CLEAN, Employees wore mask3/10 Dairy-Free Options {most important}LOTS OF toppings

Came in today to enjoy the No-Weigh-Weekend with my grandkids and was greeted by the sweetest employee. She was very kind and helpful. The store was VERY CLEAN and was tidied up. This is my second time at this location and the group of employees that work here are very sweet and respectful. Will definitely come back and visit with my grandkids again soon

Great selection of soft serve. Options include Dole Whip and Silk Almond Milk. Lots of fruit and candy toppings available!

Our family loves sweet frog! Super cute little place with a great selection of yogurts / sorbets and toppings. Can get pricey if your little ones like to go crazy so we love No Weigh Wednsdays. Very family oriented, sometimes have cute little events like karaoke and movie night. Employees are always great and they keep the shop very clean.

My family loves to visit this Sweet Frogs. The staff is helpful and always kind. With the covid pandemic still affecting how food services are running Sweet Frogs adjusted their toppings bar. We still get to have all the toppings we desire, but the staff adds the topping for you.

I thought it would be a despairing experience, but it had the best employee serving me, and great quality and quantity in toppings and flavors. Hope lives on!

Neat place with lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. As most of us know, at these self serve joints, the more you add to your cup or bowl, the more you pay. A word of caution. These cute, color changing bowls (pictured) cost $2 each. During our visit, there were no signs or placards to inform us of this. Total bill came to $30...... for 3 people. Kinda steep for icecream. The store was clean and the staff was friendly.

This place is a great location to eat delicious frozen yogurt, and can be relaxing when you avoid the busy times, which I have done on several occasions; the staff are friendly, and patient, even when theres a crowd.

It is a beautiful place with board games and on holidays the frogs come and it is great for kids and you can also buy merchandise at the front of the counter and they have the nicest employees

I like the new changes they have done because of Covid. FYI. People need to quit abusing the young person behind the counter. Cups are not by weight but why price per cup. Also instead of having hundreds of people touched the topping spoons, the person behind the counter will serve you. GREAT CHANGES!!!I am concerned of how rude and mean the customers were to the server.

Always clean with friendly and helpful staff. Great for kids! Can get a little expensive depending on weight and cups are bigger than they look, so come hungry, or try not to fill the whole thing.

I really like the concept of paying based on how much ice cream and stuff you choose to get. The workers are typically Pleasant and the ice cream flavors are fun and satisfying. I enjoyed that I can get frozen yogurt that does not upset my stomach and that meets my dietary needs. It is very diverse

This is a build-your-own frozen yogurt shop. The selection of flavors is pretty decent, but I feel its geared more toward kids tastes. Theres a great variety of toppings to choose from though, like fresh fruit & nuts, various crumbled candy bars, fruity candy, gummy candy and those weird fruit juice filled balls that pop in your mouth. When its not busy here, its clean, cozy and overall a pleasant experience. However on a busy day, especially one with lots of kids, its kinda... sticky... and germy... and cramped!Speaking of kids, mine LOVE this place, but my kids can be gross!Theres some very, um, interesting combinations they come up with - sour gummy worms, Reeces Pieces, Nerds & cookie dough chunks atop cake batter and blue cotton candy frozen yogurt (insert gagging noises here)- but you can choose whatever fits your fancy. I dont really care for the yogurt itself, and the price of each cup is determined on the weight of your finished masterpiece so its usually quite pricey, for what MY kids get anyway. However, you get more bang for your buck if you choose a waffle cone rather than a cup because theyre a flat rate of $3.50 no matter how much you cram into them.I guess Id say its worth a stop in if the parking lot doesnt look too full. Just be careful not to go overboard with the flavor profiles!(And if you do try it out, please - for the sake of humanity- dont :- smoosh your cup or cone up on the dispenser- use your sticky hands to grab the handles or topping tongs- use your fingers to grab toppings out of the bins- pick your nose and touch ANYTHING!)Thank you in advance! ;)

This is the best Frozen Yogurt on the east coast. The yogurt is great, flavors diverse, toppings plentiful and the price is just right. Ive never had bad service, and there is even an assortment of games to entertain you and a date, or kids. Highly recommend.

Sweet Frog has my favorite frozen yogurt, Dole whip, the only other place youll find it is at Disneyland. Sweet Frog is available for parties and fun. I love Sweet Frog !!!

Needed an ice cream fix on my way to Cleveland for a wedding and thought I should be a little healthier. They had so many froyo and toppings options! Very cute place with a family feel. They have these little frog characters, Scoop and Cookie, all over the place. I guess they come in costume sometimes; So adorable. Staff was very nice. Im excited to go to more of these locations!

Everything taste great but it can be expensive. They price the cups by weight so if you decide to add some toppings it can become very expensive very quick! I love the theme of the place though and its really nice inside.

Love Sweet Frog! The only issue Ive had with this location is that everytime we have gone machines have been out of order. It seems to be the norm. The bad thing about this, is that there is not much variety of flavors.

Closed at 9:30 during summer, we got there at 9:33 and doors were locked. Pretty sad that the girl with PINK HAIR would close right away, especially when there are tons of customers around. Also no icecream store should have such sad hours. Needless to say they lost a customer tonight.

So disappointed. 3 or 4 of the yogurt machines were not working. The dining area was a mess, crumbs and junk on most of the tables, while workers stood around. Bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. Its like the owners just dont care about the place.

They had the most flavor and topping options Ive seen at a frozen yogurt place, but it was a bit pricey and the worker there didnt have the best attitude. Also, watch when you pay with a debit card, it took a couple days for the payment to go through and I almost ended up overdrafting.
