I will get some reviews to put it from some other people because I don’t want to spend my time for thisBe prepared to wait at least 2 hours :( in the drive through. Pharmacy has issues and its gotten worse over the years. Expect to be in line anywhere from 30 - 45 minutes at the MINIMUM. A new development, the drive thru will shut down throughout the day without warning. Ive called and they tell me that when they are short staffed, they just close the drive thru. Unfortunate for those unable to come inside as the meds they need are now out of their reach until they have the available staff to operate the pharmacy (which could be a day or two). This is unacceptable and management needs to do something about it. It is also taking longer to have a prescription filled. Ive waited four days before a prescription is actually ready after dropping off the paper script. Also, depending on the staff you get, they seem to be extremely tired (yawning, checking their phones, moving about like theyre just not focused). This is not the environment to have workers like this.

My doctor called in a prescription for blood pressure medicine at 4:00 pm and by 7:30 pm it was still not filled. I called several times to check the status and was never able to speak to a person. The last time I called I was on hold for over 30 minutes. When I made that last call the recording said two people were ahead of me, then one, and finally the recording said the staff was helping “people” and I was placed on hold until I hung up. I still don’t know the status of my prescription. My son got a prescription filled the same day and went inside to pick it up. He was asked 5 times his name and the spelling of it. This is so totally unacceptable. They are rude and uncaring. They behave as though they are doing you a favor by filling your prescription. My thoughts are...if business is that great perhaps they should hire more people and train them to act professional. This will be the LAST time I get a prescription filled at this pharmacy. I would rather pay more money and receive good customer service. Send them a message by taking your business elsewhere. One star was as low as I could go. They don’t deserve one star. They have a rating of 2 and I can certainly see why!

I just made an appointment at this location and I arrived to only expect EXTREMELY rude customer service as the pharmacy staff proceeded to speak over me as I tried to ask a simple question stating “do you not know about the 18 wheeler who just caused a power outage” I was still trying to attempt to ask my question as she still was speaking over me rudely, at that point I was over it and just turned around and walked out and never attended my appointment. This is highly unacceptable

Do not care anymore that they are short staffed. I’ve tried to be understanding, but my family is going days without medication, I’ve wasted hours of time waiting on hold when calling in - just to be hung up on, wasted hours of time in the drive-through, and the pharmacy staff are rude and unapologetic. Corporate should be bringing in temporary help and paying the staff more. The issues are unacceptable and dangerous - I imagine if this Walgreens location doesn’t get its act together ASAP, someone is going to get seriously hurt or killed from errors or lack of medication. It’s sad because we used to love the regular pharmacists and staff. Not sure what happened, but obviously there was a mass exodus of staff and customers should steer clear.

Terrible pharmacy. There is always a problem with a prescription. They blame it on the insurance when insurance has already approved it. Whatever system they use to communicate with insurance is terrible and createsproblems where there shouldn’t be. We are switching pharmacies after all the problems here. Unfortunately there are not that many in the area open on the weekends.

Be prepared to wait at least 20-25 minutes in the drive through, never pick up medicine without calling and speaking with someone to confirm your prescription is ready & when calling, the phone will hang up on you after 30 minutes of holding other than that the people are very nice :)

I dropped off 4 prescriptions on Friday. I was told that 3 of them would be ready that evening and the 4th would have to be ordered and would be here on Monday. Great, no big deal! I came by Saturday to pick up the 3 that I was told would be ready. I was then told that they were not ready yet and it would be a few minutes. Ok, I was annoyed but had other things to do. Came back 3 hours later and they had closed early. I had to go out of town so when I got home on Monday I stopped by. NONE of them were ready AND I was told that they only had record of two. I explain that that is impossible because one prescription paper had 2 prescriptions and I dropped off TWO pieces of paper. She goes to chat with the pharmacist and when she comes back she tells me that that it will be about 15 minutes. I wait...about 20 minutes later, they then tell me that they can only fill two because they are still out of stock and they didn’t order them. Are you kidding me?!? They acted like it was no big deal. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for the two that should have been ready an hour ago. This pharmacy is horrible and they absolutely do not care about people. Management needs to do something!

The pharmacy drive thru experience is terribly inconvenient. The wait time is tremendously excessive. When being advised via text that your script is readily available for pick up, only to find out after you’ve sat in the drive through for well over an hour that your script is not ready and to come back, you return and sit for approx 30 mins only to find out your scripts are still not ready. This is very inconvenient and frustrating.

I can never get my prescription when its due. I just got a text my prescription was ready. It was called in yesterday morning but wasnt ready until today. It took 31 hours to fill my prescription. I arrive, and the pharmacy is closed. They apparently are so understaffed that they have someone filling prescriptions behind the closed windows, but you cannot get your prescriptions. This is so frustrating.

The worst pharmacy in existence. Im surprised they are still in business. They are slow in filling scripts, they dont keep their promised fill time. If you need to call them, be prepared to be on hold for anywhere between 20-30 min, then have to wait a additional 20- 30 min each time you have to call back after they just hang up on you as soon as you ask to refill a prescription they only allow to be filled by talking to the staff. This isnt a one off issue, this is everytime.Save yourself a headache and get your scripts where they actually value you and your time. Might I suggest Bryant Family Pharmacy. They actually seem like they care and have you in and out in 5 min.

This location is a complete and total failure. Consistently, time and time again, theres some reason why you cant get your prescription filled or it hasnt been filled or that it will be a bit longer. Today after waiting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes I was told that they did not have a filleron shift currently and there was no one else there that could simply put my medication into a bottle. They told me to come back in about 2 hours. Always extremely slow. Everybodys least favorite place to go for absolutely anything.

Dont waste your time with this store! The pharmacy is so under staffed they cant even open for their full hours. And dont listen to the manager... he will send you to stagecoach walgreens, which is also so under staffed they cant open for their normal hours. Use benton or the one on w. Waited on hold for 27 minutes to speak with the pharmacy, just for them to hang up on me after holding for THAT LONG. This is the second time this has happened with this pharmacy. Obviously they are very understaffed or need new management. I will contact a higher position on this issue.

Prices are high but the quality of the store brand supplements are high as well. So I guess all in all, that aspect of the store is good. However the pharmacy at this location is ridiculous. I’ve waited on average an hour to 1.5 hours to get simple meds filled. I suggest finding a small mom and pop pharmacy honestly.

I’m so mad at Walgreens in Bryant Arkansas because I have to change my prescription to CVS because of insurance purposes and when I called CVS they told me they will have to call Walgreens.... well that was Monday so when I called CVS on Wednesday to get the status of my order they told me that they finally got through to them and they still haven’t sent my prescription to CVS...REALLY????? I hate that you have to wait for a long time on the phone because they don’t answer the phone. I believe they are to BiG for their Britches and don’t really care, I have been on hold now for 30 minutes today and there are 3 callers a head of me..... REALLY???? That’s how you do business for your customers??? I’M DONE WITH WALGREENS!!!!!!

I went to the photo kiosk at 8:15am to put in a photo order and waited all day and still no order. It’s currently 4:30pm and the employees just told me I had to wait when the photo kiosk said the order shouldn’t take more than an hour. Won’t be returning here to get my photos done.

Best pharmacy ever! I actually drive from Little Rock to go here. The pharmacist are amazing and helpful always. They are a Godsend. I’ve lived all over this is hands down the best Walgreens pharmacy in central Arkansas. Most of the call me by my name. Trey, Viola, Kim, Erica you have been so good to me. Im praying for you all. They are going through a shift you can tell people left but they are getting it together and the will be still the best pharmacy Ive been too. People need to understand that sometimes people are shifting and training new people. Thank y’all for top notch service!!!

Dropped an Rx off at 4:15p told it would be ready for pickup between 6-7p. I went back to the pharmacy at 7:20p sat in a line that was 6 cars deep, once I made it to the window was told the prescription was not ready. I ask why and they stated, we have been to busy to fill it. They ask me to circle around and they would try to have it ready. I circled back around and waiting for about 10 minutes before pulling up to the window. Once I pulled it took about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then once the prescription was ready, I waited for another 10 minutes for the pharmacist to scan her badge so the lady could ring me up. I would say this is a one-time thing, but it is not. The pharmacy at the Bryant, AR location is awful, horrible customer service. Last month they even gave us the wrong prescription for my little girl. Thank goodness I caught it before I gave it to her, but called them and they acted like it was no big deal, it happens all the time.

I just moved here and needed to move my prescriptions. I looked this up and read the reviews and was skeptical but called anyway.My call was answered by Erica. She was helpful in getting my prescriptions transferred here. Changed my account and made sure my info was correct.She even got me a discount since I am paying out of pocket currently.Ill follow up after pick up but so far its great customer service.Thanks Erica!Update:Their system cannot run efficiently and contact me at the correct times. I have asked multiple times to coordinate 3 prescriptions for refill. Has yet to happen. Local folks are good mostly.They have issues on a corporate or IT level.

Received a text that my script was delayed and for me to call in. Well, I have tried so many times at different times of the day to get through for 5 days. Its hard to stay on hold for anything past 10 min while Im at work which is when I would think that times would be less busy for them. So I finally called at 8:05am thinking I would get through quickly. Not the case. Sat on hold with music for 7 min before they answered. Then the rep said that someone was supposed to call me in regards to the script, and never did. So in summary, after reading through the reviews for this location, it is apparent that they are having employee issues that truly needs to be worked out. Walgreens used to be quick and very responsive. Just seems like customer service with this location is seriously lacking especially in the pharmacy dept. I do hope that they are keeping up with these reviews and take it seriously. Because there are way too many smaller pharmacies in the area that would thrive to have Walgreens business. Im staying only because of the extended pharmacy hours. However I am reconsidering after this last episode.

Great place I get confused easily though. I used to pay cash for my medicine in stripes. Then I got Medicaid so I had to get the generic kind. They taste awful but beggars cant be choosers.Today they made me pay almost 30 because my medicine has to be changed to generic. Can you generic a generic medicine???

Walgreens, you need to update your stores hours on the website. Dr called in meds on a Saturday afternoon. The website said the pharmacy was open until 12am. We showed up at 6pm and the pharmacy was closed. When we asked about it the girl acted like we should have known it was closed. We then called the Benton location, they were very polite. They were open until 10pm, even though the website says 12 am on this location as well. They could only fill the antibotic not the pain meds. I thought that all prescriptions could be filled regardless what Walgreens they are called into. Guess not!This is why I dont use this Walgreens very often even though I live about 5 miles from them and the fact that they are slower than slow. You have to wait forever to get your meds.

Your prescription can be sent in the morning, and when you go pick it up at the end of the day, EVERYTIME they say: it looks like its not ready yet can you give us 20 minutes? Might switch to the nearby Kroger pharmacy instead. They filled my husbands prescription within 20 minutes as soon as we handed them the paper! Theyre very nice but being told your prescription isnt ready after hours of a head start is really annoying.

The pharmacy is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve EVER used. Customer service is terrible; just left there. They had problems finding our insurance even though everyone in our family has used this very pharmacy at least once in the last month. She asked for my husband’s insurance card and then when he went to leave, he asked for it back. She said “You didn’t give me dat.” Then, she found it and just have it back. No apology or anything. Always wait at least an hour.

Not sure what has changed but youve moved to a single lane in your drive through although you have a sign that says both lanes open.You are guaranteed to wait 20+ mins to even talk to someone at the window. And its most likely going to result in them saying, looks like the script was just received, we need abt 20 to 30 mins.I purposely wasted an hour after I left the doctors to allow time for the script to be sent and filled. After waiting 20 mins in line, was told looks like there was a mixup, we need another 30 mins to fill itWake up people youre losing business to shawty customer service in your pharmacy. I hate that that Military is back with WalGreens, they mess up my medicines every time, they mess up on my Momma and Sister’s medicines to. I bought vitamins for 14$ come to find out they are melted together so I tried telling them they are messed up and I cant even take them so I would like to get new ones.. This location is awful! The pharmacy is by far the worst. The Pharmacist has no sense of urgency to address needs from people that NEED THEIR MEDICINE! I attempted to pick up an RX from there...waited in line for 20 minutes only for them to tell me the script had not been filled. Then come home to call and get it filled, I was on hold for over an hour!!! And still spoke to no one! Went back up there the following day after I witnessed my fiancé fill it herself. They said it had been put back because no one picked up in their time window. This place is awful. If you need medicine, you will likely suffer more because of this Walgreens and their incredibly unprofessional staff.

Older lady working the front register was very disrespectful when I was buying multiple of the same item and told me due to couponers buying multiple of this product I was not able to buy such a large quantity. These products are bought to help out homeless people in our area. She embarrassed me by calling manager up front and going off on me because I was holding up her line and being a burden. Very disappointed in how she treated me. Won’t be going back to this one every again after the manager told me it was okay.

PROBLEM #1 date 10-16-2017 Very rude worker in photo Department/fedex Shipping with the Name of David Dill. My wife brought a package in for a fedex drop off he said it didnt have correct label and was rude(fedex smart post)I went back and the woman manager had no problem scanning for pick up.This man needs trained proper or fired.It cost me an extra trip.I normally buy a few things while were in the store and get meds but we will not buy there again.Switched to CVS(PROBLEM #2 date 11-9-2017 //David took my fed-ex package and it was never handed or scanned .Its 13th and I call today and my package is still at Walgreens Photo Department not picked up.DONT LET DAVID OR MAX HANDLE ANYTHING THAT RELATES TO FEDEX SHIPPING

My husband and I had a terrible experience at this store today. We were behind this lady checking out and she remembered several things she had forgot so she went back to get them. We had already been standing there well over 5 minutes while her and the cashier laughed and talked. The cashier should either made her come back through the line or called someone to another register to check us out. She only offered to call someone up there to help us when she seen we had put the items down and were leaving. It was to late then! I have already moved my prescriptions from there earlier this year bc the pharmacy was so bad. The store and the staff are horrible and very unprofessional! I will never go there again and I will be sure to tell my family and friends not to go there either. I will definitely spread the word around town.

I transferred my prescriptions to CVS awhile back due to Walgreens pharmacys ineptitude and lack of customer service. Had to get RX filled here and as usual they didnt do what they were supposed to do. Wouldnt be here except CVS was out of what I needed. Have had SO many bad experiences here. Sat in drive Thru for over 15 min and I was the ONLY car there. They told me they had a problem with my prescription and didnt talk to me for the next 7 min. When I asked they said...oh no, we found it. They took my debit card and again did not talk to me for 10 min. I ended up angry and yelling for my medicine and debit card. Manager never called me back after 2 calls there myself. Customer service was horrible. Inconvenient, rude and unprofessional!!!!
