I stopped in today and was surprised to see that they have firearms in stock and at decent prices! Owners are super nice and fun conversations were going on with everyone who walked in the door! I recommend stopping in often to see what they have!

The owner is extremely rude,was asking about a weapon why it was so filthy, he snatched the gun out of my hand and said have a good day sir,and told me to leave. All guns come in dirty he said, I will never come here again how rude.Never ever going in this place again and forewarning all my family and friends to stay away from this place e.

I walked in and I got greeted by a lady no smile with a mean mug, she would not keep that mean jail mug off me. Their piss used items are the same price as the new ones at the good/better stores. I came here to have a look/see but it looks like they will rip you off with their prices.

From what Ive seen this pawn shop is bad, they have low quality items like bikes that are beaten up or are not even worth that much, for instance they have a fixie bike that cost100 dollars new at Walmart going for 150 dollars, if its not that its the fact that the tools they have that Ive glanced at like table saws have shown signs of rust on the tools as well, all I can say is it doesnt seem like they do research on what they are buying and selling things for, from what Ive seen of the coin collecting department its pretty much over priced as well.Id avoid this place.

Terrible place rudest people working there nobody greets you at the door and nobody smiles you can honestly tell no one the likes the job. Not to mention the do not know the value of anything they are a complete rip off the give you almost nothing and the do not negotiate their prices at all. They dont care if you have a bill or need to feed your children all they care about is whats the least amount they can give you. In reality it better to give the customer most money cause that means more interest. They have no clue what they are doing there. Save your time and just go to any other pawn shop. I heard that Pawn1st off Litchfield and Yuma is a great friendly place that give very fair offers and know how to treat the customers and knows how to negotiate.

Their pawn rates are better than any of the others I have been too. Was a couple of days late on my pawn redeem, called and asked to for some grace and sure enough he said yeah. Family pawn business, always happy to see.my kids. I would recommend to anyone.

So I take 600 dollars worth of name brand rc quad copter working, showing the owner that it works lets even say 300 bucks cause its used. Asking for a 40 dollar loan. I left the charger at home thinking that I had more than 40 dollars worth of stuff. This guy did not even make any effort to even research on line what I had. Lost my business for ever. Previously sold him some stuff for pennies on the dollar, did not want to keep a customer fine Ill go to better pawn shops this one has very little to choose from anyway.

I was excited to stop in because I really enjoy stores like this. Then I saw that they were selling 22. ammo for ridiculous amounts. The worst part is they are buy a kit form Cal-Ranch that includes ammo and oil kit and parting it out. Pretty sure that not allowed since its was sold as a whole in another store. If it is legal then its just bad business your really ripping people off and that a shame.

Art, Not a man of honor. Does not honor his words. Makes an offer says all he needs was to hear it start. See you having to move a lot of items to get it from your vehicle and then backs down on offer. Low ball. No honor in what you say.

The man got riled up and asked me if I knew English because he said that he couldnt take my TV with a stretch even though I was there before with the exact same TV with the scratches. He had no problem taking it then and I dont see why you should have a problem taking it now. But what really got to me was was when he asked if I knew English looks to me you said that because of the color of my skin. Extremely uncalled for, rude, and very unprofessional

I was able to get more money than the other pawn store.....used them twice for a loan.

They were very nice and professional met my needs and was honest about what it would actually take to get my ID and in and out great mom and pop pawn shop that both the husband and wife both seemed very professional and were very curious to my needs

HATED IT, CALLED THEM ON THE PHONE AHEAD OF TIME TO SEE IF THEY WOULD ACCEPT A JIG SAW TOLD ME YES WHEN I GOT IN THE TOLD ME THE DONT ACCEPT BLACK AND DECKER BUT THEY HAVE A WHOLE SECTION ON BLACK AND DECKER TOOLS? SO I GO HOME AND GET A DEWALT REC. SAW GUY TELLS ME CANT ACCEPT IT WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT AND SAYS HE HAS TOO MANY WITH NONE ON THE SHELFS? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL.. NEVER COMING BACK

Purchased a rototiller from them and 50 ft straight line and poof it dies mixed fuel 40.1 (mechanic by trade) text and ask if he is going to make it right... He says no its a no return policy that would of been nice to know prior to finding out he sold me junk. Stay away from this place need money go anywhere but here... beware!!!! Will be suing very soon!!

Great friendly place fair prices

If you are going to buy something from this place might as well buy new and get a warranty. They are selling stuff at full retail price and not giving a warranty. So why waste money on something that will break soon after purchase and not have any recourse.
