This store is run so great. The representative who seems to be the Only representative has been so welcoming and friendly. He always asks if theres anything Im looking for and very cool about my three kids that run like a herd of rhinos all over the dang place.
This is the fist time I have been here in a year and a half and I have to say it is so clean and organized. I felt very safe! The employee wore his mask and hand sanitizer was available at the door. The employee was very helpful and friendly. Great experience! Huge improvement from over a year ago!
The two sales people were not doing anything but standing behind the counter just looking around. They did not even greet me as I walked in, nor acknowledge the people that came in after me. They also did not inquire if we needed any help finding anything. They actually seemed annoyed people were in the store. I usually go to the one in Goodyear but I moved. I will make the drive to be treated better.
Always friendly. They ask preorders, but Im usually there for that reason already. Half of my stay is for the merch in store
Brought in LX Rigs, didnt have have my receipt but I was told that if I had picture of the GameStop warranty sticker they would honor it. I bring it in, and they wouldnt accept it, I was denied. Proceeded to try to push a warranty on a controller, like I would want another warranty in something after that.I went to another GameStop, they said werent supposed to Deny me, I took this to other GameStop location, they honored my warranty. I found new GameStop I will be going too, wont be going back to the Watson location.
GameStop is one of those places that we cant let go away. I havent once seen a game that was on sale digitally that wasnt priced better used at GameStop. Thru are also super helpful with recommendations as well as helping out with hardware issues.

Went in on 3 /26/2021 to pick up a preorder. was told shipment didnt come in. Ok. asked for refund gave him receipt and ID. after he processed he threw my id and money at me. wow. will never shop at gamestop again.
They didnt have the game I was looking for in stock but the guy that was working this morning was very polite and helpful.

Just called game stop on Watson, 05/03/20 time was 5:25pm. The lady was crazy rude, mean, unprofessional, even said go to Walmart instead. Fire that lady who worked that shift. Management should look into that REPRESANATIVE of GAMESTOP. Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER going to shop there again.
Very rude staff my wife went to get new console for me and employee said NO we don’t have any. So we took our business and money to a store that was nice enough to order one for me not GameStop

Walked in with my daughter, we were NOT greeted at all. All 3 employees looked at us like we were interrupting their conversation. Then as soon as my daughter wanted to buy something, then they were nice. Not very customer service friendly.
Horrible customer service, just absolutely rude. I can’t believe the way a female team member spoke too me on the phone today with the tone of her voice and how she told me I can’t be helped..... also hanging up on me as I was asking a question.I would love too speak too a manger about this incident because this is no way how too speak too someone.
Staff isnt very friendly, been in there about 4 times. Not sure if they understand staring for long periods without speaking is rude. They do have merchandise I havent seen at any other game stop.

Cold and uninviting. Went in to see if they had a copy of kingdom come deliverence. There was one girl behind the counter working alone. She was helping a customer when I walked in, looked up at me, but didnt even say hello.I walked around the store to see if they had a box for it. She finished up helping her customers. They left. I continued to walk around. She walked straight passed me into her back room. Came back out straight passed me and picked up the phone. The entire time I was in there I didnt get so much as an acknowledgement that I was alive.Ill go buy it from Best buy with my gamers club card and get 20% off despite it being a little more of a drive. If Im not going to be acknowledged it may as well be in a store that is larger with a lot more people in it, and makes it easier to find everything. And even they say hello when I walk in the door.
One of the Best if not the best Gamestop I have been in. Everytime I go in the employees are very helpful(even though I know what I want when I go in). The manager is one of the best as we talk about the new games and other things. Not a 1 star store for sure as maybe you were having a bad day and that rubs off.

Typical GameStop, cluttered, over priced and staff only knows enough to sell you the right game to go with the right system. Staff makes you feel like your a burden if you ask too many questions and can be down right rude if you refuse to buy the warranty service or the club membership.

The female employee is consistently rude to me and my boyfriend. After reading the other reviews on here it’s obvious we’re not the only ones that have had this issue with her.Last week I laid a product on the counter because I wanted to purchase it, and she very aggressively threw it back in the bin I got it from. I started to say I was going to buy it but, before I could she glared at me mid sentence, so I decided not to make the purchase it.Another incident was the first time I ever went there and I was jokingly complaining to my boyfriend about my high heels. She interrupted our private conversation and said very rudely “why don’t you just have him carry you”She is constantly rude and cold to the costumers. I can’t believe they still have her employed considering that she is terrible at her job.
GameStopI went in to GameStop around 11 a.m.today to trade in a few games, hoping to be in and out. When I walked into the store there was only one employee working with no customers. I approached the counter, got my games down and said I would like to trade it these in. The dude took a quick glance at what I was trading, then said he had to check one of them for authenticity. (which I was totally cool with, I already knew the reason why; the games are so popular they get pirated a lot.)What I wasnt cool with was the 20some minutes of having to stand and wait while this GameStop employee had to get ahold of what Im guessing was a manager (he never told me, I never asked) on the phone to walk him through a checklist (at this point he had three 3DS and his hand playing my game) of what to look for. It took some time, eventually another customer walked in. I started to feel embarrassed, here I am standing there, and him on the phone loudly discussing is my game is fake or not. Im starting to get irritated and walked over to the display case to see if they had 1 of the games in stock so he can compare the two. They had a couple of them and I mentioned it and sorta got blown off as he continued to mees with the DS and talk on the phone.Either he got the all-clear to go ahead and continue the transaction cause its legit, or got told to just accept it and itll get looked at later because hes taking too much time. (I knew for sure my game was legit. I could spot a fake a mile away without even having to play it.) I was so irritated that the extremely insulting low offer that I got after all that didnt even bother me. I just took the $26 and left the store. Online one of my games go for $45, and the other two go for roughly 25$.Bad business. This guy works at GameStop. He should know at least how to do this sort of thing; even more so the only employee working shift by themselves at GameStop should be knowledgeable of this sort of stuff. This isnt an isolated event either, Ive had other times (at this store, and others) where my time was wasted because a GameStop employee didnt know how to do their jobs. For all the low-ball offers GameStop gives youd think itd make sure to back it up with having skilled employees. Nope.
I traded in my Xbox and wiped it as a precautionary. The female employee instantly starts griping at me for doing it because now they have to do all the updates using their internet there, and apparently it is slow. I’ve had a couple of run ins with her, but when she’s not there, all the other employees are kind, helpful, and very professional. If you don’t mind driving to the one at Estrella, do it! You don’t have to worry about running into a particular employee.
This place absolutely sucks. I purchased three games and when put in my card. It declined it after charging me twice. The first first purchase was the right amount. Then charged for extra $38. I got $39 back in cash and went to the bank to fix the problem. Now it says that my $78 purchase has been processed, but I never got my money or games at all. Worst experience, second time a bad experience has happened at this gametop.

Just got off the phone with the manager I was asking a few questions about a previous preorder I had and before I could finish asking a question all I got was mhhm mhhm mhhm yeah. The way GameStop is heading it doesn’t surprise me that they will be closing stores down some time in the future the way there customer service is at least buying online you don’t have to deal with it. Every time I talk to an employee they know nothing about the upcoming games or preorders they just hire anyone now a days game crazy was way better.
This Gamestop is by and far the best Gamestop that Ive ever been to.
My home gamestop, as it were. The people who work there are awesome, often willing to help look for specific games, account data, and online ordering stuff with minimal problems.Its only real problem is being nearly as accessible as a certain convenience store just up the road, which can lead to easily overcrowding the store during events, such as a new long awaited release, or even just a funneling of everyones timing on normal days.

Went in there this morning, there was only one employee, she was really snotty and just seemed like she was annoyed by everything. I asked her if I could buy a game behind the locked glass and she was just very rude. I bought a game and then checked out the one in Goodyear on Estrella and had a much better experience there. I will never go back to the one in buckeye near sundance.
Obviously if youre looking to buy a game this is the place you should go but do your own research on what games you want to buy, because the people that work there will do nothing but try and up sell you the newest most popular most expensive stupid game that they have instead of giving you something that you already asked for obviously if you wanna buy games by AM here but do yourself a favor and research what you wanna buy 1st cause these people clearly are peed off of what games they sell and they dont really care what works for your gaming system
