Go somewhere else to fill your prescription. It’s nothing but a hassle. Also, never apply here for work. They are constantly seeking people to hire for a simple cashier but always decline my application and I live right down the street and have applied 3x. It’s quite frankly ridiculous.

I absolutely love the pharmacy here. Pharmacist I believe his name is Brandon goes above and beyond. He takes the time to know his clients.He is a real asset to CVS

Went to take passport photo. Camera does not work cashier tries yo send me to camelback. No idea when it will be fixed and didnt seem to care if it doesnt.Drove all the way over there for nothing. Itcserms its been broken for sometime.Get it together!

Pharmacist was Not helpful went to walgreens

I used to be impressed with the service I got here. But the last two tones it has been bad. Last time I was told 10 minutes. An hour later I walked out with my medications. This time I was told 10 minutes. At 25 minutes I left without my medications. I think it is time to go back to mail ordering my medications.

Pharmacy is very very slow! Usually they are understaffed and the employees aren’t the friendliest or most helpful. Minimum of a 15 wait to pick anything up, every single time.

I’m writing this review for a friend, but she’s been waiting for her prescription for 2 days, saying it’s still in progress and she’s been needing this medication for allergies. And she had to drive to the store to actually get them to make the prescription. That’s just terrible service, they should’ve had it done within those 2 days.

I have lived in Verrado for a year, and used this pharmacy because its close and convenient. I always order WAY ahead of time online to have my prescription refilled, Im talking 5 hours or more in advance, when they only require 2 hours notice. My prescription is NEVER ready when I get there, as in they have no record of me refilling until I tell them to go check their online orders, and then it magically appears. I have to wait 15-20 minutes every time, which is the entire reason why I order so far in advance - so I can stop in, pick it up, and go. I calmly explained my frustration to the pharmacy tech today (some middle-aged woman with a very soft voice), and all she did was stare at me like I ripped her head off, when all I did was explain how I dont have much time to waste, and they waste my time every single month when I refill. Not one apology for repeating the same mistake for an entire year - she just sat in silence and acted like I was crazy for wanting good customer service.I would also like to mention, I go here only to refill my birth control pills every month, and they never give me the same pill. They give me a generic version of a generic version, basically, and I think most women can agree with me when I say all birth control is not created equal, no matter how close it is to the original prescription.Needless to say, Ive given it a fair shot, and I have been more than polite when it comes to crappy customer service, as well as people simply not doing their job. Im switching back to Walgreens, and I hope I never have to set foot in this store ever again.

The min time they require on a phone refill is 1 hour for the auto service. Called in at 7 pm, came at 8:30 and still not ready. Like other reviews I will going elsewhere and it will not be a CVS.

This is the worse cvs pharmacy. I call and speak to someone to get my prescription and they said it would be ready at 2 pm. I went to pick it up at 6 pm and it still isnt ready...I am switching pharmacies.
