Buckeye store is probably the poorest managed store I have ever visited. The manager is by far the LEAST qualified to lead anyone anywhere, rude, disgusting individual, due to his actions I left the store without purchasing a single item although there was over $600.00 worth of items ready to be checked out. Never go there again, recommend to all neighbors and friend not to support such a disgusting person and store.

Nice to hear one employee looking across the isle at me and openly mentions to the other one hey do you want to see if they need help? No Im too busy! And thats why I shop at Lowes and Home Depot. At least as uninterested as they are with their day they dont say it out load where a customer can here it. Love the Buckeye TSC, another customer that wont come back.

I received an email that said I have a 10% off coupon. The coupon is no where to be found. The manager David refused to honor what the email clearly stated! This must be a ploy to bring people in under false pretenses

There is Much to see@Tractor Supply,so before i enter i decide what portion of the building i will focus on due to it being so large. I love this place as it has so much of the things that hold my interest. There are too many items to list,so i will say that if youre looking for something having to with living on a property you want to improve or farm the land,Tractor Supply will Probably have it. Feel free to Call them. Theyre good folks.

I like the store and the employees are very pleasant and helpful.I do not care for the survey after my visit. To long and asking for 3 sentences or more on why I the store is a bit much.

They are not following the county mask mandate. Whole families without masks in the store. Customers are not asked to wear a mask. It is unsafe to shop here. Whatever you need from Tractor Supply is probably not worth dying for.

This is the best one here in AZ the manager was so nice and helpful I wish I got his name. I will becoming here more often because of the great customer service.

Top notch customer service! I dropped by yesterday Sunday to buy 2 more Retriever dog kennels and expansion panels for my dog sanctuary. I was in and out in a little over 30 minutes loaded. Assistant manager was fantastic. Definitely will be returning for more kennels.

These guys are totally awesome! Jessie and Katie have been super helpful! The managers are always ready to answer any questions I have!They have a good selection of everything you could need to raise farm animals, poultry, etc.They also have routine vet clinics where you can get reduced price shots for your dogs and cats.

Requested assistance with a dog crate that was on the top shelf and after waiting 15 minutes I went to Walmart to get what I needed.

Love going to tractor supply. The folks there always helpful & friendly. I have to share this, so I asked one of the guys there a question about pesticides. His reply Im not an expert but I did stay at a Holiday inn express last night. I laughed so hard good people.

You couldnt ask for better employees. They are always so polite, some are funny, very knowledgeable, and always willing to lend a hand!!! I was in there for 15 minutes and had 3 employees asked if I needed help. Great Job, guys and gals

This place is fantastic and I only wish some of the big retail stores were modeled after tractor supply. They have an actual selection not just items they WANT you to buy so they get richer....tractor supply is definitely worth the stop if you have never been there. And dont let their name fool you because they have a little of everything.

Ive shopped here continuously for over 3 years now. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Why not 5 stars? Staff frequently cannot answer questions about merchandise sold in the store. I believe this to be a corporate issue, not local. Assigning employees to departments and educating them in the merchandise sold in their department would make this a 5 star PLUS rating.

Neat, clean store. We drove two hours to this location for a special product. Totally worth it.

First time Ive been there. It was a really nice store a little bit of everything. Nuts and bolts by the pound thought that was odd but great idea.

The people here are always so friendly and helpful. Plus we get to look at all the baby chicks. Sweet little creatures. We buy pet supplies here and love looking at the different things for the house. Today we got an old popcorn popper with the hand crank!

Always has every thing I need, and always in stock....prices are almost unbeatable and the employees here are top notch....never hesitation to help when needed. Ive gone to Tractor Supply for years now and cannot recall a single bad experience. Even their restrooms are well kept haha! One time I did get a bale of hay that, upon cutting open, found a moldy spot after it had been raining in the area....and they replaced it immediately without even requiring the original receipt (which id already misplaced from the day before, go figure!)....and another time I needed to exchange a coat and some boot id bought my niece and they simply told me to get what I needed instead and swapped it out- piece of cake. I actually really enjoy my trips to Tractor Supply :)

Im always finding what I need for my big projects....was working on a dog fencing area measured 225 ft of fence and needed electric wire for animals not to cross, found my porcelain conduits there... Also bought doggy treats and found out they sell dog or Animal baths...yayyy

This Tractor Supply Store has A lot of good qualities, Cleanliness, The employees are all very polite and knowledgeable very helpful.They have a good variety of quality items for your home and Barn. I can always always find something there that I must have.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never have enough supplies. Employees are rude, one male employee that I asked where barley was said he couldnt help me, but proceeded to walk the store floor. I may have to drive a bit further for feed but I will never shop here again! Horrible service.

This place rocks! You can buy bulk nuts and bolts by the pound and cheap as well! Not like the other retailers thats per piece. Also they carry a little bit of everything and very well thought of items that everybody ends up needing. More intimate and personal shopping expetience. The employees and customer service is wonderful. We have run into a couple of problems with the propane refill equipment being broken, and the bully sticks in the dog treat aisle are not up to par. Also hose repair parts needed not in stock- 5/8 are in high demand and not there. But overall pleased with the place.

TSC is a great store for farm/ranch supplies, and for the mechanical DIYer. The selection of hardware is surprising, plus not so popular plumbing and other mechanical parts. They also have feed, shoes/boots and clothes, propane, trailers, plus side by sides. This is a place you have to see to believe.

Our go-to place for food for the animals. Also love their boot selection. Very friendly and helpful staff.

For the farmer looking to repair a tractor to an average man just looking for a good deal, this place has it.

This store is a joke. How can a store designed for farmers not open until 8. I have stopped in many times for simple things thinking oh they gotta have this. Nope never there. Down to Lowes I go. Was really excited when this place was going to open down the street from my house but has never failed to let me down.
