I have bought from KW before and been happy. However, the last time I went left a bad taste in my mouth. Despite the construction directly in front of the place severely affecting business (their words), the guy who waited on me was pretty unhelpful. I read the sign about no scheduled deliveries, meaning I just had to be home for a whole day. I understood that, but my next two days werent completely free. I wasnt asking for a delivery within a certain hour, just afternoon instead of morning. Nope. So I asked about holding something for 20% down (as advertised on a sign). The man seemed negative about that. He said, Well, only if you are absolutely in love with something. I said that I guessed Id come back when it was more convenient for them. Yes, he replied, that would be best. I dont like feeling like Im begging a business to take my money. I ended up going elsewhere.

Very helpful and patient services. I was able to get financing quickly in the store. They were able to deliver my appliances next day. Overall very pleased with the services

I bought a washer and dryer from here a few years ago. They both worked excellent for 3 years. I had to move so I resold them. I only paid $140 total for both. Great staff

First time in here and the gentlemen that helped me was very nice, honest and upfront. I did am application online for credit and it was fast and easy. I was able to get a fridge, stove and washer. I like that the gentlemen assisting me was very helpful and explained everything. Ill be back to get a dryer.

This spot is shot they have roaches in there appliances I give them 1 star for the small customer service but that’s it beware before you buy, you might be buying roaches and I haven’t had this fridge a year and it’s have been leaking water not keeping food cold ugh never again.
