After 20 years my old Oreck bit the dust, well it stop sucking. It was time for a new one. They did offer me a Riccar vacuum for $50.00 less, made in USA also. But I choose to stay with the Oreck. This one was made in the USA also.

I went in looking for parts, which they had an abundance of, but not for any other vacuums apart from the ones they sell. The sign claims to fix vacuums but all the guy tried to do was sell me a new one, which by the way, the cheapest looking vacuum was $500.

Had a Riccar that the bag light kept turning on, even though it was a new bad. Turns out we had a major clog. When I got it back, you would have thought it was brand new. Just awesome. Great service.

My salesmen Damon was wonderful! I purchased two Oreck vacuums. One for myself a great deal and a better deal for my daughter! I also purchased a rug cleaner and my rugs look beautiful! My vacuum light and wonderful!
