My favorite parts store. A busy place, filled with professional employees. Most impressive is their attention to detail, saving return trips for incorrect parts. When considering it takes a half hour from home, to get a part then get back home, it is easy to appreciate my need to sometimes wait a couple of minutes in respect of their getting good information from other customers, so they wont have to return either. I do this by displaying patience. It eases the day and helps avoid mistakes.I always call first. I keep my VIN number handy when I call, as it gives them all the information to properly identify my vehicle for proper parts applications.
