Awful customer service. I’ve never been upset enough to write a review. I had a problem with a product from another location not working because it was old, the employee refused to exchange the product (which is fine, I was taking a chance), and proceeded to tell me there was no possible way it was old, I just didn’t know how to dye hair. I’ve been dyeing for years, I always use the same brands and I’ve used that specific color many times with great results. She embarrassed me in front of other customers and berated me for using a specific dye brand, claiming she believes it’s a bad product. Why sell it then? She tried to convince me to switch brands for way too long even after I expressed that I wasn’t interested. I just moved to the area and it was my first time trying this location, I will never come again. There’s no reason I should walk out in tears just trying to buy hair dye

Woman told me to buy a certain product that she claimed was ~~the best lightener~~ Ive been dying/bleaching my own hair for 15 years, nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Half of my hair fell out bc of this horrible product and listening to advice from this uneducated store clerk. I looked up the product and all the reviews are bad, claiming the product to be misleading and other people having shared similar experiences to mine. Now I have to pay more money to fix this disaster. You shouldnt be selling products you havent done any research on and your store clerks definitely shouldnt pretend they know what theyre talking about. Never going back here again byeeeeeee

Lady working was rude and unprofessional. Not very knowledgeable. Sold me the wrong thing then refused to return it. Unopened Same-day with a reciept that says I can return it.. Very very unpleasant experience.

Terrible customer service is an understatement. Put my product back on the shelf and had to walk out.

Found every thing that I came in for and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

My boyfriend and I are an interracial couple and we were racially profiled by two white female store employees during our trip to this store today. We were asked about 10 times if we needed anything and we were watched while we were shopping and felt very uncomfortable. Never again.

I was send to get a few things. I am a low maintenance woman who is completely lost at a beauty supply store. The staff were very helpful, friendly and understanding. They got what I needed for me andcash me out in no time. Prices were a lot less than what I anticipated. Thank you ladies!

I came in recently and had an AWFUL experience. I was shopping and went to ask the cashier a question and she could be barely bothered to look at me when I was talking and when she did she completely snapped just because I asked where something was. It was really unprofessional and I left without buying anything and went to another location. Think her name was Amy? Angie? Not sure. -3/10 would not recommend.

I bought individual and glue and tweezer very expensive 3 items and it was 20$ for 3otems girl at register did not know the product with an attatude smh I wasted 20$ down drain lashes fell off end of the night same day

This is my favorite store. Excellent selection and the women who work there are always so eager to assist a customer. This location gets an A+ from their most frequent shopper!!!

Aways extremely knowledge and very helpful staff at the Elmwood Avenue Buffalo location... I am sure the staff at the other locations are equally good...Thank you for also keeping a clean and clutter free shopping environment....

Never helpful. I just stood around for 15 minutes looking at products and all 3 employees just yelled over shelves at each other while talking. No one asked me if I had any questions. This happens every time Im in there. Finally giving up and refusing to go back.
