Joe was SUPER NICE! Did a GREAT job on My hair! 1st time I really LOVE the cut!

Lady was quick and I got home and noticed my daughters hair was choppy and uneven, Im not even mad tho because she was working so hard and was the only one there with a line of people. Staff the business this is the 2nd time Ive been in there and your running them girls to the ground.

I have been going here for year . I love Gina also one the other wonderful ladies that cuts my hair in an inverted Bob recently and she did a perfect job. I tipped 50%! Love these ladies.

Absolutely loved what Cami did with my hair. I bleached the living mess out of it and she was able to save it and turn it into a lovely color. Great place and great people!

I brought in a picture of Liz Taylor 1950s. Havent had a hair cut in 3 years. I walked out living it! The gentleman who cut my hair knew how I wanted it. Its rare to leave satisfied from a salon.

They keep raising their prices. One day a week they will do $12 haircuts, but Try-It Barber Shop on Abbot Rd. and Tonys Hair Styling on Seneca St. have $12 mens haircuts every day and they have a rating higher than this place.Once this place was bought by someone (who apparently cannot be reached nor any feedback given to), they decided to not accept competitors coupons, anymore. So I will be choosing one of the better two choices mentioned above.You guys will have to raise your rates again to make up for the business you lost with us. I had been going to your place for 9 years.

I always get in quick. Im easy i like simple layers and trims. But the ladies are nice and its local usually not a huge ton of kids running like super cuts. Love it.

Made an appointment so there was no wait. Pam matched my color perfectly. Had hair dyed and highlighted. New procedure as to whats included is poor, charge to style after dye, I opted for chair dryer which was free but blow dry and style should be included after all its $60 for dye and $50 for highlights, they should style for free and not up charge clients.

They do blow out treatments on African Americans hair and they did an excellent job. No complaints from me.

Been going to this FS Salon for about 8 years. My favorite hairdresser is Pam. However, throughout this time I have had my hair done by just about every hairdresser and Ive never had a bad experience. On one or two occasions Ive returned to the salon for an adjustment of a recent haircut (usually to shorten a little more) but never because of unacceptable workmanship! The other thing I like is that there is very little turnover in hairdressers...at least 80% were there working the very first time I walked in for services...most have been doing hair for a minimum of 15 years and are very skilled at their craft! Honestly, they could be doing hair at high end, high dollar salons...I feel lucky to be able to afford their services!

Yikes, they actually wanted my granddaughter to leave with wet hair!! Its 10° out! Yikes doesnt a shampoo & cut include hair dried??Nope lets charge more to dry her hair!

I had the worst haircut of my life last friday late afternoon at this fantastic sams i will never go back again and will tell everyone i can to never go back there again. I told tammy how i wanted my haircut told her it was the same as the picture on the wall behind the Christmas tree. my hair is so short and does not resemble the picture at all. I look like i am a recovering cancer patient that is just getting her hair to grow out again.
