Customer service was great but would have liked a better aromatherapy experience in the air...

Not many nice fragrances and customer service wasnt friendly. The fragrances I like are only available online, coupled with my experience today, thats where i will shop.

Always a good place to get your fragrances from. My wife loves the candles, and car scents, I like the scented hand sanitizers. There is also lotions, and body washes to choose from. Another really good reason to shop here is this. You can use their coupons and many of the coupons can be added to alot of their current sale items.

I was so excited for the annual candle sale as I am ever year. I love the candles. But how do all the stores in my area sell out of fresh balsam before the candle sale, even before Christmas very disappointing.

Terrible experience customer service wise... every time I come into the store a girl named Claire is extremely impatient and seems annoyed to be of service. Today the associates and manager decided to pull a lip gloss set that rang up at $2.75 off the tables after I had purchased, because it rang in at $2.75 (I am a member of a bath and body sales group so I seen others posting about it and decided to give it a try myself) and was going to purchase more but for who knows what reason they pulled the item off the tables and then lied about it when I called upon inquiry saying that it was for someone else because they either A) they wanted us customers to pay more or B) wanted it for themselves. I am extremely upset about this as it is there job to honor the sale price and they instead pulled the item and pretended it was out of stock. I will be contacting customer service tomorrow but this is such a disappointment. I even called and visited the galleria mall bath and body works... they were willing to sale the item for the price that it rang in no problem so why couldn’t this store do the same??? 🤔

Cheerful, welcoming displays. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with wonderful scents and friendly staff. They dont mind that you are there to sniff to help you decide which is your favorite. Always available to tell you about sales and new products.

I was there for candle day and they let way to many people in the store at once. I would have been okay waiting outside until some people came out. With that many people in the store things we’re getting broken you couldn’t even move to get to the candies you wanted. However, the staff was amazing and and very helpful. Even though I spent an hour in line it was so worth it.

This must have been the most mediocre experience Ive ever had. Yes I was welcomed to the store, yes the girl at the store asked what I was looking for, but the staff here are SO unenthusiastic and so not personable - it hurts. I see everyone saying how friendly the staff was in previous reviews but I didnt get that service - and i was 1 of 2 people in the entire store at the time.The store literally has signs everywhere saying its like one of their clearout sales or whatever but only some things are actually on sale and its hard to tell whats on sale at what price and what specific scents etc..I asked about a specific candle scent (turquoise waters) and the one girl said we have it here but its not on sale. When I asked the cashier about a different scent she brought me to a center table in the store where they didnt have what I asked for BUT a turquoise waters candle was there and I said oh this one must be a mistake because the other girl said its not on sale- and she rudely replied no I put it here its on sale -- so I bought it anyways -- but the point is I got two conflicting pieces of information which was kind of annoying.The entire time I was browsing, not once was I approached just to be like oh hey, this section is on sale and this one is too and heres what in this area and whats in that area - which I actually would have liked because I was wandering around aimlessly confused as to what was actually on sale.The store is nicely faced and spacious. They have things I never knew like car visor clips/scents and wall plugs/scents which are unique gifts.Checkout was quick but the lady at the cash was not very welcoming or friendly. I went to this location for the sale but am kind of disappointed with the overall experience so Ill try another location next time.

Loved how the sales associate greeted me and asked if I needed anything then when I responded that I just wanted to look around, she left me alone! Perfect! Nothing is worse than when they follow you around asking a million questions. I enjoyed browsing without feeling pressured to buy.

I always like to visit bath and body works stores because of their great sales, and very polite staff. This time around I took advantage of a buy three get three sale to stock up on some much needed lotions. The woman who greeted me was very good at pointing out the great deals for me.

This store is beyond compare when it comes to customer service. I went during a crowded sale and was greeted at the door, given a bag and directed to the sales I had come in for. They were all very pleasant and even interacted with my 3 year old while I shopped. They expertly and professionally handled a group of young kids who were acting inappropriately and unruly while their mom completely ignored their belligerent behavior. Kudos to the staff, I would have kicked them and their mom out of the store!

Great selection of products. The staff are very helpful. They helped me set up multiple gifts, gave me great advise on what to get and what would match great with other products. They even wrapped them for me. Great service!

So I was here last night picking up the kitchen lemon antibacterial hand soap as it was on sale for $2.50 a bottle. Picked up the last 4 bottles on the shelf. Also picked up some shower gel and a snow man candle holder/Christmas decoration. Thanks to my $10.00 off $30.00 coupon and my free shower gel coupon I walked put with 6 items and only paid for 1. Cant go wrong with that.

Customer service could be way better in my experience with other stores they go above and beyond to help customers; including calling other stores for products! This one didnt greet, didnt help; wouldnt even call another store for the product I wanted to purchase. They barely acknowledge I was there I love bath and body works however Ill just go where they act like Im a customer

This is the first Bath & Body Workers location that Ive seen by itself. Normally theyre in outlet malls not alone in an outlet plaza. The interior is beautiful, very bright, very well stocked. Im not sure if this locations prices compare to outlet store prices though.

I walked into the store looking for candles. The selection is pretty intimidating, but not with help from Lea! She was amazing. She knew every scent and helped me with making sure I got the best deal.She made sure I was signed up for email coupons so that when I come back in the future, I always get the best deal. She has the most bubbly and personable personality It was like I have known her my whole life, which made my shopping experience that much better. I would really hope that Lea is a manager or gets a raise some time soon! She deserves it! She takes a lot of pride in her work and that is hard to see in people most days. A smile and helpful hand goes a long way to brighten someones day. I am a very happy customer thanks to Lea!

They didnt carry the one that I Wanted anymore but I found something close to it and it smells pretty good I Love their candles

Going to bath and body works for me is always a great experience. The sales girls are always very nice and very helpful. It is one of my favorite store to go to especially that location. Bath and body works has such a variety of different kinds of sopas,xandlea,hand soaps and much more. It is a great store for gifts plus something for you as well.

I am a very frequent customer as well as my wife at this location. The customer service is amazing here, all of the sales associates are very helpful to find what you need. This lady named alyssa was very persistant in helping my wife find the perfect candles. She showed a genuine smile on her face the entire time while assisting us which showed she is passionate about her job. We will continue to come to this location, we love it !

Very disappointed with my experience there last night. A woman named Julie was working, and was the most rotten miserable customer service rep Ive ever had. I am a frequent customer in this specific location, and her demeanor and attitude towards my children and myself made me second guess if Ill ever be back. Its unfortunate.
