Came here on a Saturday evening to buy a 24 pack of Seagrams that I saw in a sales ad. Once I got there one the the workers went into the back cooler, brought it out for me and loaded it in my car, no problem. I went home and filled out the rebate online which was quick and easy. For the price it was well worth it! They also take bottle returns.

Because they take all 5 cent deposit bottles,cans.. and they stay open later than other bottle return places and staff is friendly. The only bad thing is that its in cheektawoga. If you aint white you may have problems walking through cheektawoga to go there...

Need to train employees better

My girlfriend had them set aside a limited edition beer and when I went to pick it up the one employee was quite rude and told me to bad dude they must have sold it another employee called one of his coworkers and located the beer that was set aside 👍to that employee

Staff is rude at rather go to rite aid cheaper prices too.

Its super warm inside in the summer. They have a good selection of specialty beer. They run out of all of the ones I actually like though and never restock them. Not sure why that is.

1 Star. Only because I cannot give zero...I have been contacting local distributors about the upcoming 2016 Bourbon County release on Black Friday. Called this location to see if they could provide any release information in regards to release procedures because some distributors do things differently. Last week when I called they said they had no information yet and to contact them a few days before the 25th. The associate at this location said he had no release information for me. So I asked if they were getting any inventory in. I could sense in his tone that he was beginning to get short with me. So I just asked if I should call back tomorrow to see if there were any updates. Clearly he was annoyed with my questions because he abruptly cut me off to say he has no information right now so I cant help you. Understandable that you may not have information right now, but there is no reason to be rude about it. Heres an idea. If you want to work in a retail company that release limited products resulting in customers contacting the business to ask about information, then expect to hear some of the same questions leading up to the release. And if you get so annoyed by patrons asking for information, then get another job. Absolutely no reason to be rude to loyal customers. After this years Bourbon County release I will no longer bring my business to Consumers. I will make the drive across town and take my money to the helpful staff at Premiere and Village Beer Merchant. Where you can clearly recognize that the staff takes a real interest the products they carry.

The staff just need a basic Customer Service 101 Every time I feel a toxic environment with a load of negativity and rudeness. It seems like the staff are forced to be there and obviously show with their attitude that they hate their job. I dont feel welcome when I go there, and unfortunately the store is the closest one by me. Sometimes I hesitate to stop by and spend my money there.
