Wish i could rate them ZERO. Have tried to contact them via phone and no one answers even after a 2-3 hour long hold (4 times). Have sent them emails and asked them to call me back....crickets!! They havent picked up my empties in over 4 months and wont deliver water to my requested location (by the side garage door) Basically...they suck!!

If I could give them zero I would!! I have probably filed 5 complaints in regards to empties not being picked up they over chargered me when I refused to pay the bill because of it they stopped sending me water. Then when they finally picked up my empties they didnt give me any credit. They are now leaving full bottles by the side of the road for anyone to take or hit with there car. Still not picking up empties though I have talked to now 4 reps who have scheduled a pick up for next day and guess what the empties are still sitting at my house not picked up. The cell phone company I work for gets them as well about the tell the to drop them too.

Delivery people are great. However, the customer service is despicable. They can never get emails correct or add deliveries to the correct account. It is sad. On top of all this I have to call monthly to correct their service issues regarding payments, managing orders. Worst of all I have to wait over 30 minutes to talk to the same person that never gets it correct.I wish I could use a different company but just like other businesses a monopoly is a monopoly.

Clean water delivered by a helpful person. Whats not to love?

We get Mountain Valley 5 Gallon jugs of water from Crystal Rock. Cfrystal Rock is extremely reliable and flexible! We needed more water last week and all it took was a quick click on their app and we had our extra order super fast! We love their products and service! Yahoooo!!!

I highly recommend Crystal Rock beverage supply company. They have a great selection along with a friendly snd knowledgeable staff. ***Update 3/11/21***The initial issue was fixed - which I’m happy about but now (I guess since I complained about the driver) I’m getting leaky bottles delivered. Completely done!We ordered the water cooler with the keurig built in. When it was delivered, the driver told us we had to order coffee through them or they wouldn’t let us keep the cooler. I suspected this was a lie as no one said anything when I ordered the cooler - strike #1. After a few months the keurig stopped working so I called to have it replaced. The girl told me they don’t carry the ones with the keurigs anymore so she arranged to have a regular water cooler delivered. When the driver arrived with the replacement cooler, he proceeded to drop it on the porch with enough force that it broke the cooler. He forced the cooler parts back together and assured my husband that “it’s all good” 4 hours later no cold water. Strike 2. So I called and was told they would deliver a replacement either later that day or Friday or Monday (?) but I would receive an email with confirmation - nope! Called Monday to find out what was going on and was told that I would receive a phone call with a delivery estimate - nope! Called later on Monday and was told it was still “out for delivery” - this was 7:30 pm!!! At that point, STRIKE 3!!!! I’m done!!! Lied to by the driver, no results from customer service and no explanation as to why I didn’t receive the replacement and the worst part, no one cared!!! Done with this company - I’ll go elsewhere!!!!

I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for 2 1/2 weeks now Ive emailed them a bunch of times with no response the customer service is horrible there are issues I need to speak with customer service about I sat on hold the other day for 4 1/2 hours and then I emailed them and still have no response

HORRIBLE! Crystal Rock? Primo Water? DS Services? Which is it??? I dont know what happened with Crystal Rock over the years, but they have gone from a reliable company with great customer service, to a NIGHTMARE multi-level organization that goes by several names and has NO LOCAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, nor do they care one tiny bit about their customers. Its just crazy! Attempts to call and/or email them are seemingly handled call center style by a bot, or on occasion a person who is God knows where and has zero invested in the customer! My employer used their service for over 15 years, but due to the changes in their organization we have dropped them and will never go back.

Ive been a customer for years and overall am very happy with my service. If I forget to leave my empties out, they still left me a few bottles.they gave discontinued the reminder calls and I wish they would start them again. I dont like using on line for changing orders etc. therefore I used the call to change my order when necessary

Crystal Rock Water is probably the best service i have ever had. Getting fresh spring water delivered and not having to mess with tons of empty plastic bottles is wonderful. The drivers are curteous and prompt. I could not imagine not having this service and the prices are very reasonable.

There office is refusing to provide service to me after they took over mountain valley customers and there post card and online says we will still delivery to mountain valley customers there the same but there refusing to delivery to me i want to know why

Happy with the service and deliveries. I like that I get a phone call the day before reminding me that my delivery is coming the next day.

Can’t get a supervisor or mangers from the local branch to call me about them refusing to do service with me
