Tested our water, looked at our location for the system and left us with the confidence that we made the right decision.Our installer, Dave, installed the system like a true pro. It was a tight spot and our desire to have an outside spigot on soft water presented a slight issue. But Dave was positive and installed the unit just right. I got a call from the Culligan office concerning my experience with our new water softener that used too much salt from the time it was purchased. They also felt it was unfair to bill us for a service call that should have been covered by the original warranty since I had complained about it right after it was purchased.Thank you very much. Culligan took amazing care of my wife and I. We recently purchased a new house and need a water softener. Culligan came out, explained the differences in minerals in our water and showed us what the numbers were and where they should be. They educated us on different softeners and what would be best for us.Within a couple of days they had a tech come out and install the softener. We could easily tell the difference in water after the install. Highly would recommend culligan if youre looking into a new softener.

We love our Culligan softener and drinking water systems! And we love not dragging bags of salt in. We are set up on auto appointments and they just come out, fill the softener and check our systems for us. Couldn’t be easier. All of us drink more water because it tastes better and our ice cubes are beautiful, haha but hey I’m picky about ice cubes.

Really disappointed the way they handle my problem. I called to schedule a tech to check my Ecowater system having motor issue. I called the receptionist and gave her brand and model information, I asked if the techs are always carrying parts or they have to order, explained the issue very well. All I wanted is to make sure they knew the problem I had and what I needed help with.... The tech showed up and the first thing he said was is a motor issue, I was yeah, I figured.. do you have a replacement with you?. Then he said we dont service that brand and you need to call the manufacturer to get service and he wasnt going to charge me the $175 price, only $49 for the visit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! YOU JUST STOP BY TO TELL ME WHAT I ALREADY KNEW AND YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP? EVEN THOUGH YOU KNEW WHAT BRAND AND MODEL I HAD.

The original softener that was in the house was a cheap Whirlpool one piece machine. The new Culligan high efficiency water softener is definitely doing its job. I immediately felt the difference in the water while taking a bath. The water feels better, the tub stays clean with no soap residue or hard deposits on the fixtures. The crud that used to build up in the tub massage jets has very nearly disappeared. A professional operation from sales to installation. I’m so glad I made this purchase.

Love the delivery for water softener salt. I would usually buy softener salt and then it would sit in the garage for weeks until someone finally carried it downstairs to the softener. Now its delivered, filled and inspected all within 10 minutes by a super awesome delivery guy! Love this service and so worth the couple of extra bucks!!!

USE SOMEONE ELSE, POSSIBLE KINETICO !!!Had service done awhile back ago after I found a coupon online for $49.99 service call with a water test. No test was completed and I received a test result email with no values. I have spoke with the Buffalo office via phone and email. No one can answer my questions and I am put on hold for long periods of time while the office staff while looking into my concern(s).

I love that I can trust Culligan for the best service and the best tasting water 100%! People argue with me that there is no difference in taste of water, or that water tastes like water. There will never be a time that I will agree with that statement! Culligan water IS different! Its crisp and I can taste the clean! In all of the years that I have been getting Culligan water delivered, I cant think of even one time that I have had poor service from even one employee. Every delivery guy has been helpful and friendly and every time I have called in or stopped in at the office they have been in a great mood and friendly!

The website says they provide a water softener tuneup for $50 that checks the softener, performs water test, sanitizes the system and other things but when I called in they said all they do, for $50 mind you, is check the settings on the water softener. I have google for that, I dont need to pay someone $50 to check settings. So either they dont know what theyre doing or their website is false advertising. Either scenario, very unprofessional.
