Ive only been once, but my experience was great! We typically pay shipping for our order, but since I was going to be local, we doubled the order and scheduled it for pick up.Pick up was a quick and easy run. I highly recommend KegWorks! Their staff is great - very helpful and kind.

Ordered some Christmas presents online for my husband and unfortunately, they didnt arrive. KegWorks definitely did their part - shipping everything on time. When I contacted them to get the order reshipped, Hailey resent everything at no cost at a rush speed to get my husbands gifts here in time for Christmas. I am opening a micro brewery and I came to these guys for my draft system. I sent a sales rep my list of what I needed. Asked him to fill in the little things I was missing, connectors and such. He said he would adjust my order then call me back to process it. He changed the whole thing!!! Upped my faucets. Changed my lines. Gave me these useless jumpers when all I needed was connectors now I have to cut the hose off of these as they are meant for gas but are clear beer lines! (grey ball lock) these guys have wasted my time and cost my business thousands!! And when I tried to get this taken care of I was passed around and never got a call back. Dont waste your money, its cheaper and better at beverage factory. These guys are a joke, so much so that I had to call the bank to reverse charges because these guys can t get it together. If your a small business owner or just want to get fair prices and not jerked around go anywhere else. Buyer be ware

Finally found the ginger ale Id been looking for for over a year. Arrived just before closing but order wasnt ready. The young man assisting me took the time to pkg my order. Was very pleased and will definitely order again.

Loved the atmosphere, they had a huge range of products for social occasions. We were in looking for a beer tap for an at home bar and the staff was extremely knowledgeable in helping us locate the exact product we needed. Would definitely recommend and will be going back in the future!

Normally I would stop into the store for my supplies but I knew I wasnt going to have a chance for a few days so I placed an order and did the two-day shipping. The next morning I got a call from Kevin who noticed I chose the two-day shipping but lived in East Amherst. He gave me a better option and said he would have a delivery service pick up the supplies and deliver them that day. He said if it was going to be cheaper they would refund me the difference and if it cost Keg Works more they would just eat the cost.When I got home from work my supplies were waiting at the door! That is some really great customer service!

Always a great experience whenever I visit the store. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Picked up a foot tail tubing kit and miscellaneous supplies yesterday to put the finishing touches on my pool cabana. In addition, I put my friend from Michigan in touch with Kegworks to order a custom bent bar rail for his club and he too was thoroughly impressed!

I heard the bartender for Zeus shops here. It is seriously that great! Haha. Everything a man could want. Home brew supplies, bar materials, spirits mixers and more. Worth checking out for sure.I picked up some drinking horns, a few bar mats, a tap handle, and whiskey stones.

I just ordered a bunch of stuff online since I got a gift card for Christmas. Theres an option to pick it up in store which is super convenient since I live a few blocks away. I probably would have just gone in had I known before I went to check out, but hey, less work for me! Ive been in there once before and they have a pretty good selection of barware, books, brewing equipment and all sorts of neat stuff. The staff is super nice too, and seem pretty knowledgeable!

Cool items but stock was very limited. Was never greeted when walked in; No employee asked if I needed help. Employees never spoke to me until I approched them. Customer service sucked. The best part of this store is getting out of the parking lot was very easy.

Terrible seller, would never buy from them or recommend to anyone else. Purchased some couplers through e-bay and they were delivered to a wrong address. Seller never replaced items or issued a refund. They are crooks and were completely unwilling to help me out.

While I havent actually purchased anything (YET) from KegWorks, I have to say its a REALLY cool store. This is the place to go for any drinking related merchandise. They have everything under the sun. From novelty drinking items, to every possible thing you would need to build your own bar at home.I am currently saving up to start my own home brewing kit. Not only do they offer the easy start up kits, but they also have all the individual items so that you can build your home brewery as you see fit!If I had more money to waste, this place would be seeing a ton of it. Worth just even checking out and browsing around. Great place to grab some gifts for the holidays.

Walked in to buy a gift. On line the price was different and no one will honor the price. I was told however that I could buy it on line and have it shipped to the store! Um...that makes no sense since the item is in stock in the store. Bad customer service.

Awesome hours... for anyone who doesnt work but still has the money to make beer everyday... seriously ive had a gift certificate for 50 bucks since june 21st and havent been able to use it do to WORKING the only hours the store is open. Probably have to wait for walmart to pick up a craft brew isle before i have a change to find what i need

Great prices on anything keg or draft related. They have a decent amount of homebrew supplies but not the best.

Tim and Chris are always SO helpful at Kegworks. I come here every year for Christmas gifts!
