Asked for prices on flower backdrop and fairy light backdrop and we decided on the flower backdrop when I walked into my wedding venue it was a very a fairy light back drop, although I didn’t end up paying for the flower backdrop. I did not want a fairy light backdrop. I was sent an invoice I paid it and expected to have the flower backdrop behind my throne chairs. If I was going to do a fairy light backdrop I would have just done it myself as I did two of them myself for the dessert table and they were a third of the price they charged me. Fairy light backdrop was beautiful but my sisters who set up my other backdrops even said something to the girl who set it up and she was like well this is what I’m putting up.Edit : I’m unsure why you didn’t deliver or charge what you were supposed to either. I said in the original review I didn’t pay for flower wall. And you most certainly told my sisters, “well this is what I’m setting up “. There was a miscommunication on your end. You are rude Other reviews prove that as well. You should be lucky your business is in Buffalo where there isn’t a lot of competition. I will tell everyone I know on every platform I have how absolutely unprofessional you are . You deal with people on one of their most important days, and you have no compassion.
Horrible people who are taking advantage of a young couple who had to cancel due to covid-19. They are refusing to refund any of their money totally despicable. I will personally be in contact with the news to make sure what is happening will be all over the news.
RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS!! Contacted Mia when pandemic just started and needed chair covers and burlap table runners for a wedding 10/24/2020. Well we all know now we can’t have the wedding. It is now a small intimate ceremony.Mia has the chair covers and was going to have to order the burlap table runners. She hasn’t ordered them yet but refuses to refund any money. We never signed a contract but she thinks because it says something on the bottom of a receipt, she’s entitled to all our money. Over $800! for doing nothing!Do not use her services. Brides beware
It was an absolute pleasure working with The Wedding Agent. The planning process was incredibly easy. Mia heard my vision and provided recommendations and executed everything so well. She provided me with updates regarding set up and checked in with me at the end of the night to ensure that I was happy. The decor that she provided was absolutely amazing and more than I asked for or could have even imagined. I received several compliments and I am very very happy with everything that she provided. I recommend the Wedding Agent without question!
Mia was such a pleasure to work with. I loved that she was just as excited as I was from the moment I walked into her shop til the day of my event. She is professional, kind, and caring. I went to her after dealing with a horrible person and THANK GOD I did because she saved my decor. Everything she has is gorgeous! The Owner (Mia) was a great pleasure to meet with. My fiancee and I made an appointment and got amazing ideas, professional treatment and didnt rush me through like another place on Niagara Falls Blvd. This place is truly amazing, so many beautiful and cool things Ive never seen. I appreciated the help with what I was bringing to her through Pinterest. I am truly at ease now and excited, I cant wait to see the finished product. She also came very highly recommended from every single venue we had checked out including the one we booked. GO here.
In March of 2019 I contacted The wedding agent in an effort to rent 2 throne chairs for my wedding in August of 2020, they were running a special on them. I spoke with Mia, paid the deposit, was given the need information such as when the final payment was do and the responsibility of both parties. On June 30,2020 I received an email from the store asking if I would still be going forward with my event due to everything with coronavirus, the was yes, at which point the store responded back letting me know my final payment was due by July 10, 2020. The total for the chairs was $379 I put a$200 deposit down when I booked, leaving a balance of $179, in addition I was then told that in addition I now had to pay an additional charge of $100 before the chairs could be delivered. I questioned the charge as it was not a part of the contract between me and the store. I then explained that while I had the balance due per our agreement as a bride 1 month out from my wedding I just didnt have this additional fee to pay, the store responded by saying that the fee would be refunded after the chairs were picked up, I once again explained that regardless I didnt have the extra money. At this point I said to them ok well I guess you will have to cancel the order but Im asking for a portion of my deposit to be returned (50% at least) even though I felt I deserved a full refund, they informed me that they had no intention to return any part of the deposit because I cancelled the order, however I only cancelled due to this hidden fees that they were trying to charge at the last minute meaning they were in breach of the contract not I. Once I said that the store stopped responding in general. Brides beware of this store. They are not honest! Theyre a rip off. The same $100 that was removed during the special they ran was the same $100 she was trying to find a way to add back in.
My wife worked with Mia for our wedding this past November and I dont have enough good things to say about the experience. Mia was fairly priced and the attention to detail was better than what we found looking at other vendors. The simple fact of knowing that my wife, who is herself a direct person, was able to coordinate and work well with Mia and her staff was more than enough for me. Her inventory was massive, so many options to choose from, my wife had a good time selecting the perfect items to match the theme we were going for. Highly recommend working with her and her staff.
Wonderful! Professional and efficient. Knowledge of style/ colors/ venues is exceptional! We were at ease and impressed the first moment we walked in. Gorgeous items all on display! We came up with a beautiful color scheme to go along with my room at the Statler. Found the absolute perfect candelabras and linens. She knew about the head table, cake table exactly where everything was placed and suggested different things we would’ve never thought of. Our event turned out off the charts amazing it would highly recommend them over anyone !
I was sent to The Wedding Agent by a friend who told me she had some beautiful chair covers! I had no idea what I was walking into when I went to the showroom. Not only was she right, Mia did my whole room! It was the Zebra theme and it came out stunning! Elegant and Classy and FUN! It took my breath away and everyone LOVED it! It was a dream come true for my daughters wedding and the service was professional and personal! I would highly recommend The Wedding Agent for all your wedding needs! I ordered what I wanted and she delivered, set it up and took it down! Stress free for me and beautifully done! Thank You Mia...the wedding decor and ambiance was wonderful!
Everything I got From The Wedding Agent was perfect. They were Knowledgeable, Professional and efficient. She pointed out things I would have never known or thought about. My colors looked great even though I second guessed everything and changed everything last minute, they accommodated it all with no issues. Im one of those undecided Brides. So they were very patient. Worth every penny!
She does have beautiful items for your wedding but she should be friendly with customer. Went there and she was snobby and did not give good customer service. She should put on her website appointment only for those customer who want to come in and ask questions. Wedding planning is stressful enough and brides do not need the additional stress of bad customer service

As if wedding planning isnt stressful enough. She was so rude and called me two days before my wedding to tell me she didnt have the bows I order. She put some ugly purple bows on my chairs. Shes overpriced and I would NOT recommend her to anyone or any bride for that matter.
I would not refer anyone to The Wedding Agent. Their centerpieces and table/chair linens are WAY overpriced. The owner was manipulative in extra charges that were non refundable. She was rude and her customer service was terrible especially at the bridal shows. She submitted my order BEFORE I signed off on the proof. The text in the proofs she sent was too small and not legible at all. I had asked her to correct the spelling of Jeffrey on 3 different occasions. My invitations were supposed to arrive in 2 weeks and it took 3. Each time I met with her I had to remind her who I was.

The Wedding Agent was the BEST DECISION I could have ever made for my wedding décor! I’m all about the details, and if you’re wanting to really make your wedding or event come alive, I highly and absolutely recommend her. High quality products, HUMONGOUS inventory, and so easy to work with! And what I love most about it is that all I had to do was pick out what I wanted, give her the quantities, and she did the rest of the work -- Everything was set up and ready to go when my guests got there and her team came and tore down that night when the reception was over. Being able to spend time and celebrate with my bridesmaids and family instead of trying to figure out who was to set up what when and then packing it up at the end of the reception – it was so relieving that I didn’t have to do any of that and could just enjoy myself!All my guests kept telling me how it was the fanciest wedding they had ever attended, and I know a lot of that was because of the décor I selected. The Wedding Agent had everything that I needed for my 1920’s/Gatsby inspired wedding: vintage style charger plates, really elegant black floor length Damask linen (our venue included chivari chairs and you could see the table legs even when they put their linen on – super tacky!), tall feather centerpieces that lit up, gold sequin linens for our head table, and opulent candelabras which I was able to use for both my ceremony & reception décor. You absolutely NEED to see her showroom – there is no way you can’t find what you are looking for!
