I had a very long list to work with and this WalMart filled the bill. First, I needed my glasses readjusted and the Eye Care Center was very nice and professional while they fixed my glasses.I found a 4 topper for my Moms bed, the only one for a full size; pillows; an egg boiler; potted flowers in the Garden Center; Bakery goodies (Love the muffins) and misc. items. The store is always clean and brightly lit. What I miss are the greeters and associates who offered help and didnt look at you like they dont want to be bothered.

You get what you expect. I will sat the produce section is almost always abysmal though, so I would head hear for your fresh tomatoesor onions and such. The lack of cashiers leads to extreamly long lines. If you dont mind self checkout, thats you best bet. The employees and greeters are all very nice and helpful.

We arrived to Walmart at 10:00 a.m. after immediately coming there after speaking to a woman in the tire center. She had told us to come right in. First come first serve and so far no one is in line for tires. The man that checked us in at 10:00 a.m. did have one car ahead of us to finish up, which looked to be almost finished. Come 11:00, both men working in the tire center went on a lunch and did not get back till after 12:00. Around 1:30 my old tires were finally off my car. During this entire time, no one else what getting anything done. Just my vehicle at the tire center. My vehicle was finally finished with putting 4 new tires on around 2:00 p.m. I think it’s ridiculous that it takes over 4 hours to get tires put on and I was the only person there getting service done. I will not be going back here again. Horrible service! Let’s hope the tires actually are decent and put on right.

Never have any registers open. Tire and lube center is never able to do an oil change, always short staffed. Tire and lube center hours change daily. Do better

With only one lane open on a Sunday the front of the store was like a sardine can.We asked 2 employees if they could call any back up cashiers and they said “no we just got here…”I understand it’s really hard to get help right now but there were plenty of associates across the store.Listening as multiple other groups were getting into fights we decided to leave without buying what we needed for our birthday party.

Its Walmart. Usually pretty clean. But I have plants in my house that are friendlier thar most of the workers.

Purchased about 15 pouches of Gerber baby food two days ago and just noticed today there was a quarter size black clump in one of the pouches that I was about to give to my 9 month old daughter and I leaned forward to smell it and it was RANCID. Checked the expiration date and it had expired months and months ago!! Proceeded to check all of the other pouches and 7/15 had a nasty rotten smell with big chunks that you could visibly see through the pouches and they were all expired! Not to mention one of the jar foods I had purchased a few weeks ago expired a YEAR AGO. Absolutely disgusting I spoke with the “supervisor” Crystal and all she said was for them to give me a refund. You are going to get people SICK, babies and children. I almost gave this to my child! completely unacceptable check your inventory.

I go all the time. One of the best Walmart around. I give a 3 star cuz almost every time I ask and employee for help they say I dont know most the time they dont even try to find someone that does know. Also every time I go to shop after work there are so many employees stocking shelves. Their carts of stuff are in the way. The employees just crowd your space when youre trying to shop for groceries. Makes me not even wanna go there. I feel like they are being rude and rushing me while Im trying to shop. They have no problem almost touching you either if youre in their way of putting stuff on the shelf. Makes it really uncomfortable. I dont want anyone that close to me that I dont know. They really violate your personal space.

This place is an absolute joke. Go in at 4:30 pm to get groceries and deli items and am told at 4:55 pm that the deli is closed. Seriously?! This place needs a extreme management and employee overhaul. What do I mean? I mean everyone on a management position needs to go, including theft protection. I think I may just file a complaint with corporate. I wont be shopping at this store unless I absolutely have to.

Ok. Its always nice to go there later in the evening to avoid big crowds and self checkout.

Ive tried to be understanding that they are short staffed and its been an insane last two years but seriously? Nothing is ever stocked, even though it seems like every aisle has someone with a cart of stuff in the way stocking shelves. Have dealt with a few nice cashiers but many seem like they are crabby and squash half my groceries the way they bag them.

If there were any way to rate lower than one star, I would. This Walmart is a careless and negligent business that preys upon its customers by failing to provide adequate customer service and cashiers to perform reasonably expectations duties as a nationwide retail franchise should be able to.No, not this Walmart. I have a friend who experienced an error or malfunction in their self-checkout, who paid for the error as soon as it was brought to her attention by law enforcement, shes a past officer of the law herself, but this Walmart instead has chosen to ignore her desperately pleas for help in reconciling with the courts, and instead is leading her to find for herself in during against a theft charge that contributer her career, for merchandise she already paid-fot, which an act of error caused by at least contributory negligence on Walmart behalf by failing toprovide adequate customer service and maintain their self checkout machines... yeah, maybe go down the road and protect your future before shopping here, at this Walmart.

The sign out front in the photo is not true. Walmart in Buffalo, MN where our family has been shopping for 19 years does not enforce mask wearing during the Covid-19 pandemic. After seeing a family with a pregnant woman shopping for groceries not wearing a mask, I informed the managers in the photo that they were not enforcing their corporate policy that has been in place since July. These managers refused to address the issue and followed me throughout my shopping as if I were the one doing something wrong. Then they called the police on me who came and were very nice and did absolutely nothing to me other than check out that I was reasonable and not the one doing anything wrong. Their policy is not enforced and is flat out false and misleading advertising by the China distribution company. If you dont care about your health, then shop there. If you do care, Id recommend going somewhere else.

Help was extremely slow. We waited 20 min to pick up a grill. However, the guys that helped load our truck were amazing!

I dont even think it deserves the one star I am giving it. Went in to get a stereo kit for my car and they were locked up (not the problem). Tried to get someone with the key and they said wait 5 minutes. After waiting 10 more minutes then the 5 I was told I left... Absolutely absurd that we had to wait that long.... This is why we go to the one in Hutchinson and will continue shopping there!

0 stars. This store smells like mold. It made me feel sick! Most of their employees smell like they never shower or due their laundry its nasty. Never going back. Ill be going to target.

Ive seen better stores but its Walmart and Ive learned not to set my expectations too high.

Theyve got everything you need and always the stuff you dont. Bought many many high ticket items from this location. Pitboss pellet smoker, Vizio TV, Samsung TV, etc. All worked very well. The issue Ive every had was with a Vizio TV. Didnt last as long as I had hoped but was ok purchased the Samsung TV and we love that now.

Returning a couple of items was quick, as there was no line...

Large supply of all needed items, clean, and curtious staff.

All I need at good prices

The store is always organized and clean, friendly staff to help. Not crowded unless its a holiday.

I recently purchased a futon for my new apartment from this Walmart, only to discover it was infested with Bed Bugs. I originally had thought maybe the apartment had an infestation going on; only to find out that it is the Walmart in Buffalo, Minnesota that is infested with the bed bugs. I reached out to management in regards to this and was told it would be taken care of but found our that same manager kept silent and tried to ignore the issue. I brought up the concern to another employee who in fact has also encountered the infestation and is trying to get management to handle it, but as most corporations they are trying to push it under the rug. If the company refuses to handle the situation for public health safety; then the least I can do is inform the public of what is going on and they can take their own precautions being the company doesnt seem to care.

I visited, it was not over crowded, staff polite.

Went to buy a laptop that was shown as in stock online, got to the store and was informed even tho 5 were shown in stock they had none!! Id recommend calling ahead or simply using online for checking prices not inventory!!

Weather you are a slumlord straight out the trailer, or a hottie from her high-rise this is the store that has everything you need, almost anything but you cant get any tattoos or body piercings. But almost everything else. And no matter what you find here, it is likely about 50% less $ that youll find the same item elsewhere.

Was there today, only one cashier open with 8 people standing in line waiting to check out. The self check out is fine for a few items, but not with a full cart. Not very customer friendly.

I like that you can get pretty much everything you need in 1 place, but lots of items not stocked. I like being able to order online and pickup but too often they say their out of items but when you go in store those items are there and stocked.

Nice clean place. Hard to find someone to help you. They need to keep there brand of water better stocked. We drive a ways to shop there and we drink lots of thier water and we find that they never have enough or they are out. They need to order more.

Pretty standard walmart. Most things are available but quite often out of stock on common items.

People who work the registers, especially those who were on and around register 15 today needs some job training. It took 4 people to figure out one thing that i even told them how to do it but still the first 3 people couldnt figure it out. Frustrated on the lack of training and big mouth that obviously has no customer training skills i accidentally forgot a bag containing milk and an Easter treat both in which was for my daughter. I called several times to ask about the bag, just to get hung up on every time. They were and are rude and disrespectful, then had enough nerve to get upset because I was rude back at them. They all need more job training obviously.

As always I had a fine time shopping and the lady that checked me out, Tricia, was very pleasant compared to me for it being 7:30am on a Monday. however when I went to exit the north doors, where I watched two boys (non workers) exit, the lady at the door told me I needed to walk all the way around, and right after this, she let another customer right after me out the door. Is this supposed to be some sort of covid rule? Or am I just upset for no reason?

I was very disappointed when I tried to purchase a car audio product locked in the case by the automotive section and was told I would be helped within 5 min and waited around for 15 before I left the store and dont ever plan to return to buffalo walmart to shop. I usually dont mind waiting around but I was in a rush and waited longer then I feel I should have.

I wanted to give a five star rating because TWO floor associates went above and beyond in helping us find the item we came in to purchase.Each one couldve just told us sorry & went about their other work... But instead, they worked together, for at Least 45 minutes!, with their computers, talking and a LOT of leg work to find a few back in the warehouse for us.Yay to them!!!!One star off because the Buffalo, MN store was a mess.Pallets of brown boxes in isles, toy area was set up with things scattered in each isle.Meaning that all the lol dolls werent put together. Theyd put different ones in each isle. Frustrating... This was the same for Barbie toys and others..Please keep all related items together.Its Much more convenient and less stressful shopping for specific items.

I usually go to the store in monticello mn there are items or stock, or merchandise, missing from shelves thats been missing for months if youre not going to keep the shelves stocked then maybe you need a new manager and some better employee you have some that block the isle and get upset if you asked them if you can get thru but you have some that are extremely helpful and considerate and you need to address the shopping carts or lack thereof especially the small carts theres never enough

They only 3 registers open. There are many people in line. When an older gentleman asked to open more registers, the management said this was everyone they had...RUDE . I noticed at least 5 employees walking around not doing anything. The cashier was frustrated very unfriendly, but I give him credit for showing up to work. Finding a new store to shop at WALMART, Im done!

Not the usual walmart location I shop. Plenty of open regiselters as well as self checks. Shelves not as well stocked as I would like but, its probably still pandemic related.

There was one cashier checking people out, meanwhile there were 3 people just staring. The lines were 15 people packed. One set of self checkouts open and a lady helping there. Shout out to the old ladies. Do the managers understand retail? This never happened when James Madden worked there.

The older white woman working at the returns counter was a straight KAREN. Immediately off the bat she had an attitude with my boyfriend and I when we were trying to cash a check. She said Im not a bank. Do I look like a bank? Aside from her being unnecessarily rude and short with us, a lot of people (including employees) were not wearing masks. I WILL not be back.

This place has something for everyone. Im sad the arcade is closed cause of covid. Just wish it wasnt dusty. Came to get a gift card and the gift card display is right up front by the registers, friendly staff!

There’s rarely any cashiers. However their shelves are almost always fully stocked. Even during a pandemic I can count on knowing they’ll have food in stock!

If you require people to wear masks then follow through on it.

I like the layout of this Walmart better than others. But there is never enough cashiers and I always have to wait forever for someone to get baby formula then I have to get it from the tobacco register which is often the only lane with an actual cashier so the wait is very long to checkout.

It would be nice to have more staff on the floor to find stuff. There was three items I couldnt locate and no one was around to ask.

They need more check outside. You have to stand in line a long time. I probably wouldnt be shopping much there.
