They Kept me up to date on the product! Very quick service. Item was brought out to my car in a very quick matter by a very friendly employee. I would definitely use the curbside pick-up again!

This was so easy!! Ive used the drive up service a couple of times and I will use it again - its actually easier to find things than walking through the store and gives you tons of options with the ability to compare. Everything came in large paper bags with handles and they put it right in the trunk (or wherever you indicate you want it loaded. Ive used drive up at other stores and this one was the easiest!

This store has everything you need from clothes to food. It has bikes and car supplies.

This Target gives me a weird vibe. Maybe it’s because it’s the closest one to a major college campus. But it always looks so ran through. In the clothing section everything is off the hangers and on the ground. They typically have 4-5 people working registers and this is a high volume store. I have seen the self checkout line 20+ people long before because of the lack of people working register. Bathrooms have toilet paper all over the floor. I’m usually in and out with what I need but it’s the little things that need improvement

Busy place, but has the goods. Needed notebooks. Preferably ones with good inside cover pockets. Also, D-ring binder notebooks, in various colors and depths. Rather than carry heavy 3-inch deep notebooks, wanted to break it down to more manageable carrying task. The cashier was very rude and there was expired food on the shelves and I took it off to give to an associate and she put it bag on the shelf. This was a very horrible experience. I have never been so disgusted shopping at one of your locations.

Target is the one place to go for everything you need to buy. Always making sure they have all shelves well stocked. They have a very good Pharmacy. I just moved from N Buffalo to Amherst and picked up my first Pharmacy script. It was ready as was told it would be. They are very polite, greet you when they see you waiting for your pick-up, and ask if anything else was needed to finish the order. I will be shopping Target for as long as I am around, god willing.

I am a regular Target shopper, I personally prefer this to any type of store of this type. Always, clean, has most of what I am looking for. The one item they did not have yesterday, plastic drinking straws. I understand about saving the planet, but I feel that is my choice and I am an advocate for recycling. Which is automatic in my city/community. Overall, I high recommend Target.

A worker standing at the door waiting for carts yelled at me for walking in the wrong door. I couldnt believe he did that I was at a target that I have never been to and accidentally walked in the wrong door. For someone to get upset about what door a costumer walks into must have anger issues and should not be working with people. The date was 10/02/21 and around 8pm. Im sorry for walking in the wrong door but I do have anxiety and for him to call me out in front of alot of people was mortifying especially when I wasnt the only one walking in the giant open door.

I enjoy shopping there and I can find anything I need. I also find more than I need.

I LOOOVE THIS TARGET!! ITS ALWAYS CLEAN AND HAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND WELCOMING STAFF. I come here to find UNIQUE affordable decor. I love the ease of online shopping and store pick up. This place is neat and very organized. My entire loves our Target runs. They have everything from food to Furniture.

Stores always very clean, staff is always very helpful. Waiting to cash out goes quickly, always find more than Im looking for when I go to target!

Ill chalk this up to the pandemic, but this store was super busy. This is also not the normal Target that I shop at. Employees were cleaning up what looked like a toddler came through and ripped clothing from everywhere off of shelves and hangers. No sure what happened but it was a disaster in the juniors and womens departments. And at self-check out, I had to call over a staff member to help because she was staring off into space instead of paying attention. Very disappointed.

Fantastic drive up service! The wait was under 10 minutes and it sure beats running around in the store for 2 hours getting everything ourselves!

Target is always a fun place to be. I used the puvk up in store option yesterday. From the point of finding the needed item on the website to the pickup lines inside the store, it was a breeze. I got exactly what i wanted. The description on the website was accurate and like always the staff was exceptional

My cashier was extremely nice

I spent 1 hour today shopping for items including my dinner, go to self check out and had 3 coupons of which 2 would not scan, call an employee over name lKaylee I believe and she accused me in front of alot of customers and other employees of photo copying these coupons. I work in customer service, I would not do that. Then right after the easy scan wouldnt even let me cash out, they made me go to a register then, I said to the easy scan employee its your easy scan thats why my coupons are not scanning, she nor the manger (Matt) did not want to hear that. The manger (Matt) had terrible customer service skills. He is not mean to be in management, let at lone in customer service. If I were to treat a customer the way Matt the manager at this Target did and the easy scan employee did I would of been fired at my job. I ended up returning the whole order and have never ever walked out of a store so humiliated and belittled in my life. Did call corporate and hope they follow through with my complaint. Ive been a long loyal time customer of Target, hope that means something. I would definitely not recommend this Target and if I had the choice of no stars I would of choose that. I dont plan on going back.

I generally prefer Target when I have to get things like bed sheets and pillows and home decor and socks. This Target is convention and i havent had a bad experience everything seems organized and the place is well stocked.

I love the selection, I love the department store feel of the store, its very clean, the the prices are pretty reasonable. All the crazy covid-19 Pilar out shopping so the weight is kind of long oh, but its pretty efficient. My cashier was absolutely fun and sweet and efficient.

Its a store. The selling things, they do well. Most of the employees are friendly. Those that arent, arent in customer facing roles for the most part.

Far more organized, neat, clean and stocked than the Target in my town on Transit Road. Worth the extra 10 minute drive.

This store missed the mark. I bought a lovely console table at their Niagara Falls boulevard location. The console was too big for one person to carry. I rang the bell and waited for five minutes. No one responded so I pushed the boxed console table across the store. I then got to the cash register and asked the cashier to find someone help me load the table. Again, no response. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

I just love Target. There are so many options and having the Cartwheel app while shopping ensures that you get a really great deal! I also love when there are incentives to buy certain products (obviously the products I want) and I can get a $5 gift card just for buying what I needed. Target has a wide variety of products, the store is clean and easy to navigate, and everyone is always friendly.

Love the variety of goods in the store (especially gluten free groceries) and the atmosphere! Its not hard to walk into the store with a list of 5 items and walk out spending $200+ because they have such a great selection of clothing for the family, toys, home goods etc. Its one of my favorite places to shop!

Im a 70-year-old single retiree, and I dont shop often. When I have to shop for some necessities or small appliances, I prefer shopping at Target because the store is organized so well. The store associates seem well trained and very customer friendly. Ive never had a bad shopping experience when shopping at Target stores.

I love the drive up options so I dont have to bring kids in the store. Workers are friendly and professional.

The process was super easy and comfortable. I went into Bed Bath and Beyond, and I felt like they were trying to sell me the whole time. Target was so friendly and inviting and just sent me on my way to do my thing, no strings attached. Sooo easy, flexible and nice. They only reason not a 10, was the scanner sign out or tried to sign out pretty frequently, but signing back in was easy enough

I called guest services about a cry baby doll I wanted to get quick on my lunch break for a surprise for my daughter because she got a purple (an awesome day) at preschool. Sandy went above and beyond helping me find one in the store. When there was none on the shelves she went in the back and unpacked boxes of new toys to find one. Sandy was so helpful, sweet and really cared about my valuable time and situation. There are good people in the world and she is one of them! Target is lucky to have her. Thank you Sandy

I had a great online experience. Needed a charger, ordered it at a Target that had it. Experienced very good and comprehensive communications, and then received it from friendly staff. I’ll definitely use online order and local pickup again!

Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked him where the shower mats were! He even gave me helpful tips how to clean out the shower! Hats off to this dedicated employee who should be praised for his excellence in customer service!

I went there for an Issue with my new I bought from them maybe four days before. They said to call the carrier. Then I couldnt even find any refrigerated chip dip.. then they only had three cashiers plus self service ones. They werent even trying to enforce the social Distancing. .

First timer here. i asked the target worker in the parkinglot if i need to go in and she said DONT WORRY ABOUT IT. I WILL GO GRAB IT. After a long day of working at the clinic, i greatly appreciated that extra step of help.

The big kahuna of the Target, the Super Target. Its quite a distance, but its worth it. The people are helpful and it has virtually everything I need. Plus, its in a great location (along with Barnes and Noble, Party City, Famous Footwear, Christmas Tree Store and Trader Joes).

Very nice and large Target, always clean and nicely organized. I love shopping here. Theres always a good deal to be found. They have a Starbucks located inside so if you ever get thirsty while shopping, they got you covered.

Good luck finding a place to park on a Saturday. The lines were incredibly long at the register. Still not enough to deter me from coming back. It is target after all lol

Target is one of my most frequented stores and although I live closer to the Delaware Ave location I usually drive the extra bit to come to this one. Its so clean and nicely set up. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.
