I absolutely love this store they never let me down!! I’m always able to find outfits for all occasions

When fitting rooms are closed, I need to drive home and back, to return my clothes. I was late 3 days and they didn’t refund my money. They should extend the return dates from 30 days to 60 at least. I end up with the store credit and I don’t have Zara in my town, I know I can order online, but it will be the same story, I can not try before I buy.

My wife loves this place, great selections for women but not so-great for men....

Completely rude as soon as I walked in the door. I took one second to look around and the clothes are atrocious. The stores should not even be in galleria especially with the attitude that I got from the sales associateToday is May 25, 2021 and I visited the store today at 10:10 in the morning. I will never ever be back just from the rude associate

I been customer bin Zara back in Moscow Russia, all I can say its overpriced clothing which mostly made in China, yes there is some cute models but again not worth the money, in the beginning their prices were good and being a student at that time I could afford some stuff but with years it got worse, they turn store into sort of luxury boutique with same stuff. I havent been in Buffalo location but pretty sure its same thing. Their return policy pretty tight as well, so be aware keep the tag and check with yourself do you really want this thing or not, otherwise it will take you forever to return it on next day even with receipt.

Order a hoodie online for my daughter, they received my money but I never received my order. Spent over an hour on hold with their terrible customer service and was put back on hold. I’d give this company a zero if I could.

My favorite place

This place is pretty great. The variety for mens is mainly a bunch of coats and sub-professional attire but its all nice and fairly priced. Definitely worth a visit!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced !! It deffinetly makes me never want to shop here again... I have noticed this on repeat one thing Zara lacks is good customer service especially this buffalo location .. managers there are even worst then their associates !!

Worst customer service in the world. Came in and all the employees where having personal chats and talking about how young there are. That’s was fine but when I got to the register I was not greeted and they where cold and acted like I was a burden. No warm smiles no hellos did you find everything. Made me feel super uncomfortable.

Good selection and new designs. Only thing is that they dont keep designs for long and keep changing . So if you are looking for something you like and its there then its best to buy it or else when you come back they probably wont have it or wont be making it anymore.

It appears most of the staff spend more time in the back than in the store. One cash register open for line up of more than 10 people at one point. Terrible service.

Found something we wanted. Cash register closed. Told us we had to go downstairs to pay. Asked them to hold the 2 items for a few minutes. They refused! Very poor customer service!!!!!

Nice store, prices not bad, but poor management. I was there around 730pm they didnt have registers open on the upper level had to go to the lower level to cash out. Only 1 cashier, the other was closing her register. Manager did not seem to care that there was a line forming and the one cashier who was open just took his time cashing out the one customer he had, being mothers day weekend you would think they would be better staffed or the manager would have jumped on a register or have another associate open. They need better management. 1st and last time I will shop there.

They literally hand you a phone number and say- “call customer service” to which I replied-“ I came directly to customer service.”Zara has horrid policies, phone numbers don’t work, and this store manager has a bad attitude. I will never shop here again. This Fast fashion is bad for the environment! Their clothes are garbage. Save your money and buy a quality piece new or second hand that you won’t have to return.I have no plans on shopping at Zara ever again in my life. I don’t get the hype anyway.

Awful awful staff and management. Dont even try to come in 20 minutes before the store closes because the staff will literally follow you around and basically kick you out. Wanted to give them a second chance but the doors were locked 15 minutes before the store closed! They will never get my business.

My first and last time shopping at this store! I paid a good amount of money and the same day i bought the shirt It ripped! Went for a refund the next day and the supervisor Sammie caught in attitude with me just because the tag was off! The worst customer service ever, before I was done even explaining, she just walked off! I had the rep call her back because She did not explain the policy and would not give me her name! I had to ask another rep. She wrote down customer service number and walked off again! Never have I ever experienced so much unprofessionalism at a Brand new store!

It is a store that really does not have the exuberance, charity, liveliness of other ZarasThe assortment is very limited and frankly boring. Zara always handles sizes that make one look like a cow! Everything is for very thin, anorexic, very tall and very starving type people. There are no petite sizes and although the quality of some garments is indisputable, lets be realistic, most of these garments come from China and the fabrics become disgusting after the first wash.
