I always drop in to this store whenever I am in the area, on my way home back to Toronto. Sometimes I buy something, sometimes I just look around. Whenever I do drop by it is always a positive experience and I always enjoy looking at what is for sale.I look forward to visiting again soon!

I’ve been a long time customer and never had a problem shopping here until yesterday. I brought some friends with me looking for birthday gifts. We picked out a lot of items, and it became too heavy to carry them all. So we found an empty space to put them until we were ready to purchase . We had to use the restroom and asked a woman at the counter who seemed not to be bothered (which really turned me away from asking about our things) and everyone looked busy so we really thought nothing of leaving our items until we came back.When we returned a rude woman at the front desk confronted us and made a scene in front of other customers saying that we made a mess and put all of our items back. She also said that she has been following us around? Which made me deeply uncomfortable. (I don’t understand why she hadn’t said anything to us sooner about it because I would have absolutely loved input on what to do with the items. We all made that clear and were even speaking full volume when wondering what to do, if she had been following this would be the perfect chance to help us.) I apologized profusely and told her it wasn’t my intention to create extra work for her, I was just unsure of what to do and didn’t want to bother anyone.She never seemed to calm down despite all of us expressing that we fully intended to buy everything selected and it wouldn’t happen again. Her co worker was extremely nice and helped us locate all of our things and at check out again the other woman angrily brought up our situation in front of more customers. It was humiliating, and upon apologizing again she ignored me. The whole thing really left me upset. She didn’t want to resolve it, she just wanted to keep us feeling as though we did something wrong. I totally understand why she was upset, it seemed like a huge over reaction though. I have apprehension about returning.This woman had a problem without even talking to us first. All three of us were kind and respectful to everyone encountered in the store. I can’t imagine why she felt the need to follow us around. I truly wish she had tried to correct the issue with us instead of hiding and waiting for an opportunity to create a such a humiliating episode.From reading another review it seems that they have a problem with treating young adults with respect. I have never been treated so rudely as a customer.

Staff is always friendly, and knowledgeable, and theres tons of stuff here, i get lost for hours and love it

I went here this Easter weekend and was blown away. I love going to thrift stores/antique stores/consignment shops and I was amazed by the huge collection of collectibles, especially childhood toys, that they had. The pictures posted of the store, while pretty cool and vivid, still doesnt do it justice. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of Barbie dolls and accessories that they had, which I was able to add to my own collection. I kept saying how I felt like a kid in a candy store and that I went back into a time machine. I cant wait to visit again!

Avoid going in here the last hour before closing. If you wander around and lose track of time, they remind everyone 15 minutes before, etc, which is fine and understandable. Some of the staff working yesterday were incredibly rude about it.I made my final purchase before close and was standing aside the counter waiting for my friend to approach (who was actively walking toward me from the next aisle). An older woman then came behind the counter, nodded her head toward me and said to the other staff, whats that kid want? in a nasty tone. Another staff said, he just bought something, I dont know (misgendered me too, but not important). The other two people behind the counter just awkwardly stared at me so I replied that I was just waiting for my friend and pointed to her, to which another staff member interjected that well, we need you out through the mall entrance now so you dont get locked in. I told the group behind the counter we were on our way. This was still a few minutes before close and there were multiple people remaining inside when we exited.Im not a kid, Im an adult who just spent money in your store. I understand it was closing time and you were trying to chase everyone out, but a little common courtesy would be appreciated. Things were interesting to look at, but there are two other Consignment/Antique stores in the mall with nicer and more helpful staff, I recommend those instead.

There ad on the Western NY Antique trail map says open until 8 during week. We went out of our way and couldn’t find it; then went to Google and found it not open until 8 as advertised! Bummer.

Very unprofessional guest service, staff is quite unwelcoming. Would not suggest coming here!! There’s another consignment store in the mall check them out instead!! :)

Very interesting used stuffs that may carry some history. Many different household items and furniture.

Great place, love looking around the quite large store with many items.

Used to love going here but recently I bought a board game there, it was tapped shut so I couldn’t make sure it worked. I get it home and part of the game doesn’t work. I call the store to ask for a refund or even exchange but they refuse to return it. Apparently they don’t check there product and don’t care that they sell product that doesn’t work. I understand they can’t test everything but its ridiculous they wouldn’t even give me a store credit. Definitely will not be returning, horrible customer service.

This place is gigantic 🤯 I wasnt sure what I would find, but this place is full of everything. I dont even know what to say about this place, theres nothing wrong with it, I just wish I knew how big it was so I couldve given myself enough time to look at everything. It was great

Such a large and unique collection of things. Interesting finds and fun to browse even if you arent in the market for buying much.

Very cool. Very nice. Had crystals, multiple antiques from different eras, and many cool vintage collections.

I recently bought a video game from them and they put in a different disc from a different system inside the case. This is the SECOND time this has happened. When i came in to see if this issue could be resolved, I was met with poor “customer service”. Not only could I not get a refund after showing proof of purchase, the employee would not even attempt to locate the right disc, I was met with pushback and poor attitude. I went into this with a level head, I was not discourteous in any way and Still the employees would barely work with me to find a solution. I was offered the chance to exchange, at that point the damage was done.I was a frequent customer, not anymore. If this is how you address poor work ethic and terrible inventory then I will not continue my business here.

This place has so much stuff in it its not even funny, we spent probably an hour inside the store and barely were able to scratch the surface of items and materials within shop, they have a large selection and variety of different items to browse, toys from before I was a children antique furniture tools old antique tools modern things kitchen materials Christmas stuff anything you can think of its probably here and probably older than you!

I have a case here....its case 15.... purchase one of my Key Kreashionz, you wont be disappointed :) :) ....plus check out all the goodies the store has to offer.

Lots of stuff. A little confusing to figure out who to ask for help or where to cash out, but there are good finds if you take your time to look.

One of Williamsvilles better kept secrets, tucked away in a nearly forgotten mall, the Niagara Emporium is a palace of interesting things from stamps and coins to jewelry and furniture. If you are looking for something collectable for yourself or someone else, this is definitely a place to go. I found carnival glass for someone on my list--carnival glass! A great place to browse and shop.

Nice place, but there is so much stuff to look at everywhere that you cant possibly see it all. Most items were fair priced, but some was expensive for what it was.
