Really great people in there, I brought in my glasses and they adjusted them for free even though I didnt buy them there. I wouldve paid for this service! Its always nice finding a business that isnt stingy. They give good eye exams too.

Super friendly staff! Screw came off my computer glasses and I went in to see if they could replace it. The fellow who helped me fixed it right away and it was complimentary! Will come here for my next pair of glasses.

Got my first pair of glasses (ever) a couple months ago, Ive had no problems with them at all. Theyre great quality and fit on my face really well, they never fell off - they made measurements at the store then had me shake my head and look down to see if the glasses fit well. The staff/owner were really friendly and professional. My glasses were very affordable and are super cute, Im happy with experience.Also, I have asthma and am uncomfortable going to some businesses due to Covid but I felt comfortable here. Everyone kept a comfortable distance, it was clean, and everyone was wearing their masks properly

I was very satisfied with the friendly staff here. Maggie was very professional and patient helping me pick out different frames to try on and Adalis was very professional and knowledgeable while she was checking me out.An unreasonably impatient pedestrian came into the store while Adalis was assisting me. Adalis and I were talking about a movie we both watched, while she was handling my transaction.Just know that if a complaint is filed, nobody was at fault for her not being seen. She didnt even wait 5 minutes before making a stink about it.

The staff was friendly, organized. Im already telling the rest of family and friends how great we were treated. They wiped every equipment before and after each use! Thank you!

Everyone here was really nice and the selection was amazing. A few people helped me out to make a choice (thats how nice all of the frames were) and the doctor was even able to get a prescription closer to 20/20 vision than my previous provider. Would highly recommend this place to friends/coworkers as this was by far the best experience getting new glasses Ive ever had!

I have been going to this location for years. When I went in recently the optician he was great but the staff doing the billing were very unfriendly. Im not too sure if it was due to racism or overall unhappiness in their profession. The young male that adjusted my glasses was very uptight and dismissive of my son and I. I referred a friend here in the past, but he and I will no longer support this business.

Went in there as a new customer walked in the one lady looked staight in my face an said NOTHING. No we will be right with you NOTHING. Then you have two ppl helping one customer while the waiting room is PACKED. Then I told the short spanish chick, you guys are supposed to acknowledge ppl when they come in she RUDELY replied I didnt see you I was helping a customer im like it takes two of yall to help one person..I kindly walked OUT OF THERE its 5000 eye glass places in Buffalo I can patronize.. WONT GO BACK OR RECOMMEND that place
