Unprofessional. Im sure the eye exam doctor is fine but her techs or whatever you call them dont know what theyre doing with their time management. My eye clinic has been trying to call them for almost an hour and I still find myself waiting for them when one of them doesnt even have any customers to wait on.

The doctor here is so awesome she is fantastic with my kids and my self. The other staff are also super awesome. They are always kind and patient with my family

My 5 yr old son snapped his glasses in half. Again. We went to the vision center for a replacement. Easy peasy. Ladies were very helpful and we walked away with a new pair within 15 minutes. We also scheduled an eye exam for my son. Fast forward a week or so and we go to the appointment, but the doctor says she is unable to help because my son needs a specialist. She made sure to call one right then and there and we got my son an appointment set up right away!!! she was very apologetic for not being able to help, but absolutely wonderful in making sure we found the right place to go!!! Absolutely a wonderful woman!

We went to the vision center to purchase glasses, the gal who helped us on 9/6, just before closing, was amazing! She had fantastic customer service, worked with both of us, very friendly. When we went back to pick them up tonight there was someone else working, but she was quick to help and friendly. Only complaint we have is when you spend over 900.00 in glasses they do not give you any cleaner or wipes, which in all other vision centers they do. My husbands glass case and old glasses were left there so I hope they kept them so we can puck them up.

Doctor is awesome. Explained each test as well as listening to past issues. Very approachable. No complaints. I will definitely be returning each year for my yearly eye exam.

When I scheduled my daughters eye exam, the employee confirmed that her exam was covered by insurance. Now months later, I am being billed for the exam. Either I was lied to by the employee, or they are trying to cheat me out of money - either way it is a bad way to run a business.

Would be nice if someone actually picked up the phone. No one answers but yet you see them walking around all the time

The woman who actually does the eye appointments is really nice but the assistants are more incompetent than anything. I ordered contacts from here and they completely messed up, I needed monthly contacts and they placed the order for bi weekly. This happened after I was asked if I wanted to pay partially out of pocket so Id have a years worth of contacts because my insurance only covered up to so much. When I picked up my order then went home and looked everything over I discovered they were the wrong contacts and I had received only 6 months worth because of it being a bi weekly prescription.

Terrific eye doctor and friendliest service. Best eye exam experience ever for my child.
