Wise Guys Pizza is hands down one of the top pizza places in all of Buffalo! Located on the heart of Seneca St. in South Buffalo, NY. The Loganberry Barbecue wings are one of my favorites, along with their massive calzones. The owner Jay is always helping out the community and donating their delicious pizza whenever he can. Best selection and quality food among the many pizzerias in South Buffalo! Wide variety of options and everything is delicious. If there ever is an issue with my order the owner takes care of it immediately with a credit or new food. Definitely my go to for take out.

Have enjoyed Buffalo-style pizza all my life and have been trying out some of the less widely-known neighborhood places.Of course Buffalonians know about Bocce’s, La Nova, Imperial, Santora’s and others, and there are also many other great places you should try for new experiences, and to support these local gems, as well.I had pizza and wings tonight at Wise Guys Pizza in South Buffalo on Seneca Street - and both were GREAT!As a first-timer, I was made very welcome. I wish I had asked for the name of the young lady who took my order, but she was very nice and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s so great to see people who are kind and enjoy their jobs and are really great and friendly with customers.When my food was ready, I decided to eat there. Why not eat it right out of the oven?!?The pizza was Buffalo-Style at its finest - and they were not chincy on the ingredients. More cheese than most of the bigger places and lots of cup-and-char pepperoni, too. The wings were good, meaty and I had them crispy, because that’s how I like ‘em.It was fun just people-watching as neighborhood people strolled in and out with their food. Everyone was smiling and friendly. This neighborhood didn’t seem to have gotten the memo that everyone needs to be angry these days. ☺️This part of South Buffalo has a great vibe with lots of activity and many businesses operating quite successfully.Buffalo people generally like to stay within their basic neighborhoods/areas, but if you’re not from South Buffalo - make it an adventure and see a great place and well-kept secret.Head to Wise Guys - and take a look at this well-preserved and loved section of Buffalo. I live in Iowa now but when I come back to Buffalo to visit my kids I always make it a point to get me some Wiseguys Pizza and wings. Midwest pizzas are nothing like WNY pizzas and Im all in on Wiseguys. Jay is a Top Notch owner who provides top notch service and gives back to the community. A true gem in Buffalo. Thank you guys!!

Let me first start by saying customer service here was 💯 From the minute I walked in, a very nice guy came to the register and acknowledged me RIGHT AWAY! He gave me frequent updates about my order and continuously reassured me my food would soon be ready. He even gave me a complimentary 2 liter beverage for waiting.(I didnt feel the wait was that long but I appreciated the gesture)I was so impressed!! The food here was great! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Every establishment should be this courteous. EXEMPLARY customer service!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!☆☆☆☆☆

Seeing on how wiseguys is so close to home i order from here quite often an everytime they never dissappoint ive ordered everything from different pizzas wings subs salads My all time favorite is the chicken soulvalki sub always super filling the toppings are always fresh an literally they stuff it so much the toppings fall off the sub (you can literally have a side salad from the toppings that fall off lol ) wise guys will always be my top choice

We ordered the Large Pizza and 50 wing combo. The pizza was pretty good. The wings however werent the best. We ordered them 1/2 BBQ on the pit and 1/2 medium. We also ordered them Xtra crispy. They werent put on the pit, and they werent Xtra crispy.

Pizza was almost on point. It had a small doughy taste to it. Loved the bread sticks . Parking not the greatest there lucky lunch time it was dead and parked across the street.

It had been many years since I last had food from them, back when they had the older gangster logo. The other day my wife asked if I ever had their food. So we ordered and Im sorry that Ive not had food from them recently!Its so delicious, we ordered 2 days in a row! Excellent pizzas, though the crust is a bit on the crispy side, its still super yummy! Great flavors of wings, great pizza flavors, and great blue cheese! We are in Cheektowaga, but will be frequently ordering here from now on.

Had an issue with my small pizza tonight. Was not made correctly and just looked like poor quality compared to what this pizzeria usually serves. The manager had a new pie sent out and it was perfect. It’s unfortunate that the replacement pie wasn’t the first one received. I am glad they fixed the issue.

They show up when they say they will. Prices are fair. The wings are always crunchy there never squishy. Since moving to buffalo from Rochester its been a struggle to find a decent Pizza and wing place. Theres less than 5 places in the entire city of Buffalo that I would recommend to anyone and this place is one of them!

11 years eating here.. Last couple months we have been disappointed Wise guys is always our fo to pizza place. Ordering 2 sheets a bucket for my kids party July 20 then we ate in white pizza zero flavor mounds of onions. Cheese pepperoni burnt crust big bubbles deflated . Whats going on wiseguys?? The food there is way to expensive to not be perfect.

Un freaking believable how they couldnt process my card over the phone to have it delivered. Got there paid for my food and I was told it was delivered to my house. When it got to my house the pizza was over proofed dried out and burnt . Wings were supposed to be saucey came dried out brought back food asked for refund where employee pretended he credited my account but instead I just got a copy of my receipt. I will more than likely never order again too many kids working there and they are not putting out quality Poor food and service .

WOW! I had know of their restaurant before I moved to the area. Finding out I was just down the street made this a must try! Not one disappointed expectation. Walking in you are welcomed into a mix of Buffalo pride meets Mafia nostalgia. We checked out the menu which wasnt too big or too small. We settled on large cheese pizza and wings. A reasonable 20 min wait. We sat and took in all the pictures, I was drawn to a large article on the wall that spoke of a great storm that wrecked the area and this was the only pizza place to stay open (there are many pizza places here lol) we played an old school arcade game they had in the front window, before we knew it our food was up. A very pleasant staff reviewed our order completely making sure we got a peek at our pizza to make sure it was cooked to our taste (this goes a long way with me! A restaurant that isnt afraid to show you what they put in the box tells me they are confident in making sure Im satisfied) we got home and the pizza was just as good as it looked. I was impressed the cheese was real mozzarella and I could immediately that it was fresh. Overall just a great experience!

Overall good experience with Wise Guys Pizza. The food was ready on time, the staff was very friendly as well. The Tony Soprano pizza was unique and tasty, although a bit sloppy. Only reasons why it’s not a 5 star rating from me is due to it being a bit expensive ($25), and their online ordering system needs a little work. You can order online but have to pay in person.

My son and I enjoy our order’s regardless of what they are !The flavored crust option on pizza is one of my favorites. The chicken finger salad is amazing, it’s HUGE, my son and I both have 2 helpings and there is still some left for the next day ! The bread sticks are very good and you get a lot of them in one order! All around good food and when it gets delivered, they are always polite and always say “thank you”I highly recommend WiseGuys!

Order pizza via their online site and chosen(non sweeten) traditional sauce and cheese pizza. But it was DEFINITELY sweet and tangy it was weird like ketchup or something weird. It wasnt bad. but not what we wantrd it had no seasoning to the sauce just plain sweet tasting. Not my choice.

Ordered 50 wings online to get a discount and soda pop 23 May 6pm. When I came to get my order the gentleman behind the counter was talking on the phone for at least 10 minutes while I waited (he was watching TV at the same time). He did not give me bleu cheese until I asked for it. He refuse to give me the free 2L soda pop as advertised.When I got home there were no carrots nor celery inside the box as were supposed to be. Many of the wings were TINY. The home made bleu cheese dip is great, but I will not go there again.

Ordered 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni pizza.1/2 plain 1/2 honey mustard boneless wings. Pizza had NO sauce and the entire pie had pepperonis. Wings looked like they were sitting for a while and they just threw the honey mustard sauce on there and on all of them instead of half. Gave us a free 2 liter, I would rather have my money back. The kids wouldnt even eat it 🤦🏽‍♀️

They have creative pizzas and even the basic pepperoni is delicious. I drive by at least six other pizzerias on my way to pick up wise guys because they are the best in the area.

I ordered a small pizza and wings from their website for $26 plus tax and paid for it with a gift card on the website. I went to pick it up and the employee, Dylan, asks me to pay $43. I tell him there must be a mistake, I prepaid and I showed him my total with tax in the email receipt. He told me that the price is a mistake and that he added $14 more to my bill. He said if I do not pay the $14 plus tax, he could just remove wings from my order. He tried to justify it by saying he tried to call me to warn me that he was increasing the price, as if that makes it okay.I asked Dylan if he knew what a bait and switch means. He said that he does not. When I told him he should look it up, he said he would not look it up.

Been ordering fromhere since pizza day was 5.99 a pie on Wednesdays ... only reason for 4/5 stars is because they dont serve real blue cheese and was told they dont because they make a house blend of B.Cheese and ranch and something else. (Not tasty to me)I never been told that I couldnt have blue cheese with my wings, fries, subs, fingers, burger and especially PIZZA!.....by any food location, unless they dont carry it,which is rare.But the variety and taste of the food is satisfying.The staff give you exactly what the name entails. A wise guy, whom you seem to be bothering.But in the end I believe youll be full and ready for a nap or bed.

Came in a few months back. Very solid slices of pizza. Friendly service, guy at the counter was rather entertaining and engaging. All in all not a bad little shop.

The last 3 times Ive ordered from here nothing has been right. First, I got a badly burned pizza. The next time I ordered chicken wings and didnt get any blue cheese and celery or carrots. Tonight I ordered subs and one of them had plastic in it.The owner just called and spoke to me regarding my review. He told me he was very concerned that my last 3 orders had been messes up and wanted to make amends. He sent me a gift card that covered the cost of my last 3 purchases. They always deliver hot delicious and amazing tasting food. Ive gotten the BBQ chicken finger sub, the chicken souvlaki sub, the honey sesame crust pizza, the regular pizza, the cheesecake and some other appetizers and on several occasions so their consistent with quality. It was all delicious and worth the cost which is also pretty reasonable. Try it. You wont be sorry.

I get an email about a deal they are running and decide to take them up on it. I called 3 times with no answer. Tried again 15 min later and they actually picked up and hung up. Extremely unprofessional. I will never order from this place again.I appreciate the response but that should of been said over the phone. The problem isn’t that you are overwhelmed with business. The problem is that instead of taking the time to advise us on the phone and for us to decide if we wanted to wait I was ignored and in turn, hung up on. That’s the unprofessional part and the problem to begin with.

Great Food probably the best white pizza I have had in all of Buffalo! They season their tomatoes perfectly on point! Delicious from one slice first to last. Their pizza survives in the fridge where others become unedible within hours of you bringing it. High Quality!

I have to say wise guys is an old school Buisness. By that I mean they know how to take care of their customers. I promise you if there is any issue with your order and you make a phone call to them they will do everything in their power to make it right and make sure you are happy. They went above and beyond every time Ive had an issue and thats not to say that they have a lot of issues... but when there was one they always did me right. Bottom line you cant go wrong with wise guys. their food is excellent, and their customer service is even better. Try Em!

Me and my husband love ordering from here its our favorite pizza place. There was actually one time when i had a pizza delivered to my apartment and before i even realized it they called me saying they were downstairs with a free pizza since they messed up the first one. We ordered through our hotels Order Inn option and Wise Guys is who delivered. Large pepperoni and cheese pizza and fried pickles for over $40. To top it off weve had $5 hot n ready pizzas that tasted MUCH better. I cant speak for other pizza places in the area but Id recommend giving them a try.

Ordered for the first time because a coworker highly recommended. Drove from south Cheektowaga to pick up order, first they forgot to give me my ham sub and had to go back and pick it up. When I finally got home I was really disappointed with the food. The pizza crust was hard and tasted stale and the chicken wings had a bad aftertaste to them like maybe they where spoiled. Ended up throwing out just about all the wings and more than half the pizza. Thank goodness we didn’t get food poisoning from the wings. Not sure what that bad aftertaste was but I do know that I will not order from here again.

We ordered pizza and wings to be delivered, the deliverly was fast and the wings were good, however, the fast delivery gave us an under cooked pizza. The pepperoni was under and over cooked, and the crust was doughy. We would have gladly waited an extra few minutes for a properly cooked pizza. With so many choices in South Buffalo, it will be hard for us to give them another try.

The staff were all pleasant. They have remodeled and the food was delicious. I ordered a small pizza and wings. The sauce was flavorful and the wings were seasoned and cooked to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside not dry. Definitely, will keep this business on my selection of take out spots.

UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE with no customer appreciation at all !!Had a craving for a couple slices so I ordered a sub as I didnt want to just order 2 slices. Ordered the sub AND asked for 2 slices as well for PART OF MY ORDER and the rude kid on the other end says you can just ask for that when you get to the counter. I replied that I wanted to make sure they had slices when I get there, thus adding to my order. I get there after FORTY FIVE MINUTES for a Tuna Sub and ask for the 2 slices and the rude chick says oh were done making slices for the night so we cant help you. I stated THIS is why I added it to my order FORTY FIVE MINUTES AGO and walked out. Called back to speak to a manager (what a joke). And he could care less that I tried ordering in advance. He tried to make up and say hed throw a pizza on and it would be ready in FIFTEEN minutes. I said he was missing the point in that I specifically ordered in advance so it would be available and ready. Who wants to wait FORTY FIVE MINUTES for a damn tuna sub and then another 15 on top of that just because nobody there knows what theyre doing? This manager then says listen do you want to wait the 15 minutes or not? I got $hit to do here and Im not gonna be on the phone all night. Yes I quotes that. Theres your manager for you. Nothing but a bunch of rude, unprofessional lazy people there. I definitely wont be going back to that dump.

Have GREAT GLUTEN FREE CRUST love it. A little on the pricier side. those who are on a gluten free diet understand good gluten free crust is hard to come by. Me and my boyfriend order from them all the time. They’re right around the corner from me and always super friendly!

I usually dont post comments but I had to on this 1. Picked up a pizza about an hour ago. Was NOTHING but sauce on the pizza. Family member has bad case of heartburn but can still eat a pizza that has a normal amount of sauce. If u like saucy pizza thats close to wet. This is your place. Do not recommend. If I read an honest review like this, then it would have made me choose a different place. Ya wont know til u try it though

The cha BBQ wings were grilled and then saused so that was lame a wasted money. The cajon dry wings were so over cooked I could nearly eat, it was like they cooked them then seasoned them then deep fried them again, they were horrible no cajon seasoned at all couldnt taste any seasoning not worth the extra money, very dissatisfied, I live about 3 blocks away so I regularly order from them and not sure if Ill ever order wings from them again

Great Food With Friendly Service! This place never disappoints. Its clean, the staff are friendly, and the portions are great! You can get breakfast any time of day which is a plus. Make sure you check out their Sunday brunch buffet. You can get french toast, bacon, eggs, potatoes, sausage, chicken wings, beef, chicken, and desserts. One of my favorite places to eat in Allentown.

Excellent pizza and food 95% of the time. A true south buffalo style pizza... and delicious. Delivery drivers are great, I had dylan f. deliver my food the other day, now I request him whenever I order! The theme is great, the atmosphere is great, and the free video games are awesome! Total nostalgia while I wait for my food.And back in regards to the only 95% of the time, the once it was messed up they redid it for me no problem and threw in extra. The best pizza in south buffalo hands down.4.5 stars but cant do a half star
