The donuts here are good. This was my first visit. I had a coconut custard and a powdered strawberry cheesecake. Both were delicious. What I like most is the donuts are not to overly sweet like the major chain donut shops. You know the type of sweet that will give you diabetes. The donuts from Donut Kraze are just right and they are GOOD! If this place has anything wrong with it, it would be the outdated interior. It needs an upgrade to liven up the place. But if you can put the aside, you wont be disappointed with the flavor of the donuts. I will definitely be returning to try out some more.

In town on vacation. Just happened to see after getting off wrong exit. Glad I stopped! Donuts are not overly sweet and taste great. Some of best Ive eaten. I recommend going to if in area.

I spent two nights in one of these cabins, and they have wonderful atmosphere. I felt like I was back in the old west. But dont fear -- they have all the modern conveniences like air conditioning and television. Theres a nice little porch where you can sit and look out over the view. The people who run this place keep it spic and span and they came by to make sure we were comfy. If I go back to Tombstone I will definitely stay here again.

I love Donut Kraze. I wont go anywhere else for Donuts. They are so fresh, have an aweosme assortment along with the standard favorites. The staff are always fast and the apple fritters are to die for. Love love love!!!

Im usually a regular. I am a manager at the Wendys right next door, I like getting the breakfast sandwiches on the weekends. Today, first bad experience there and Im not happy. I usually get the KRAZE breakfast sandwich. It ORIGINALLY doesnt come with cheese. Its a donut sandwich.. Ive gotten it 3 times already. Today they put cheese, on both sandwiches I call and ask to have them remade she says yes so I go there, and I hear the woman in the back. Very nasty, in her voice oh well she better have brought them back in .. they were in my hand, I dont want them its not what I asked for lol. So she remakes it and I checked them to make sure theyre made right and she smacked her teeth! This is my first bad experience and I do not appreciate it! The woman who made my sandwich says she added it because all there breakfast comes with cheese, what if im allergic? Or anyone else for that matter dont just go adding cheese to sandwiches nobody asked for its not listed in the details of what comes on it. Workers are very nasty, if you dont wanna do your job. Find another one or simply retire :) thanks.

Im pretty sure the cream-filled donut I had was filled with US Foods or some other foodservice distributors vanilla pudding from the big #10 can (very flat metallic taste), but everything else Ive had from them was quite good.

I can not believe we didnt find this place sooner! Both locations carry same flavors and they are definitely fresh and sooo soft! They ARE NOT OVERLY SWEET LIKE OTHER places! I was inlove with Famous Donuts,BUT THEY ARE NOT EVEN A AFTER THOUGHT!! U must try the banana cream,strawberry cheese cake,cream cheese, fritter, Reese cup and red velvet ALL OF THE DONUTS WE TRIED WERE A HIT! NOW THIS IS OUR FAMILY FAVORITE!!NONE EVER GO TO WASTE!!😍😍 Cuatomer service is awrsome and very friendly.. must try u will not be disapointed!

Love this place! Been going here for years but today we took our daughter here for the first time and who ever the old lady that was working was very rude! We got a dozen donuts and she only let us pick out six! When we asked for her name, because she wasnt waring a name tag she refused and rushed us out. Again love this place but todays service was crazy.😔

Donut Kraze is our exclusive donut shop!!! The wife and I are in love with their Kreme cheese donut...just amazing!!! Our daughter just loves the pink frosted ring!!! So we have also had a few issues in our years of coming here. I have gotten the Kreme cheese donut, gotten home and it was filled with banana...not a pleasant thing when youre looking for Kreme cheese flavor. But in Donut Kraze fashion it was immediately handled and handled well!!! The owner is a stand up guy and is looking to keep his customers happy!!! Same today for me, got some very overcooked donuts. Went back and he made me 2 fresh new donuts for the mistake. Just great business!!! Thanks Donut Kraze!!!

Donut Kraze is delicious! The one on Dingens in Buffalo, has a drive through! I usually get a couple Bavarian after visiting my daughter, son in law & the best grandkids in the world! Oftentimes Ill bring them a dozen. There is another Donut Kraze on Somerville in Tonawanda which is closer to me. If you love quality, give Donut Kraze a try, you wont be disappointed. They have coffee and sandwiches too!

Do yourself a favor and forego Tim Hortons or Dunkin. I just tried Donut Craze and they are so fresh and delicious. No hard, old donuts anywhere in the bunch and I went there on a Saturday evening at the end of the shift. They even offered to make one of the donuts I wanted on request. A+

Donut Kraze was excellent, as always! I enjoy finding myself in this part of town with a few extra minutes to visit. The staff seems to be attentive and happy to take your order. I enjoyed that the customer following me knew them personally and enjoyed catching up. The donuts are delightfully fresh and still made in house using traditional methods as opposed to partially made in a factory like the chain shops do. I was pleased to hear a string of customers arrive as I enjoyed two donuts.

There were so many flavours. I bought 6 different kinds. They were some of the best donuts Ive ever eaten. Better than any other place I have tried in Buffalo. They were still fresh enough to eat the next day which is unusual for donuts. I thought the cinnamon roll needed a lot more cinnamon especially considering it is more expensive than the other ones.The cream filling is amazing. I could eat a bowl of just that alone. The decor was nice. The bathrooms were good. Staff could have been a bit more friendly though. I will definitely go back.

The Doughnuts are fantastic. They blow all the chain restaurants out of the water. The best time to come is during the morning or day. Late at night when they are cooking. Their is usually a limited selection left from the day. The prices are good and so is the service.

If you like Paulas Donuts you MUST try Donut Kraze. This is where Paulas got their recipe - and just made their donuts larger. Donut Kraze is better because the donuts are normal sized and its open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Its a great shop right off of the highway - super convenient. You can sit and hang out for hours at any time of day. I love this place. Even at 10 pm on a Monday, they had about 12 different kinds of donuts ready to order, nice and fresh! Such a treat.

The cereal donuts are so good. Also the hours are hard to beat for late night munchies or super early morning pick-me-up.

Honestly prefer this place over Paulas, theres usually no wait here and the donuts arent as sweet and fattening. Never had any issues.

Ive been going to this location for years now after a recommendation from a friend. Im from New Jersey but every time Im in Buffalo we grab donuts here at least twice a trip. Great clean place with friendly staff and tons of options.

Terrible! Will NOT be back. The donuts are barely filled, they never have their selections stocked. Its always an excuse of we havent had time yet. The employees more often then not have an attitude. Not worth it, will drive the extra 10 minutes to Paulas! Just lost another customer!

Its a relatively small shop, but the donuts are always fresh-the shell of the filled donuts is tender and light-Love these donuts!...the counter person wasnt the friendliest, (not so much as a smile!) so .... 4 stars instead of 5...cause the donuts are that good!

I feel so lucky to live close to a 24 hour donut shop, especially such a good one! Very kind people, delicious donuts, coffee, and sandwiches. They also have some very unique flavors like pineapple filling. I will definitely be going here more often.

Dont be fooled by other hyped up places in town, its all perception; and bigger does not mean better. Donut craze makes a fresh tasting, classic selection of donuts. The cream filled peanut is highly recommended.

I went to Donut Kraze today because I love their donuts.What I didn’t like with my observation was, she used the same glove to open the drive through window, I pray she didn’t use it for my sandwich, pick up my donut, and bagged it. There’s more, she used the same hand with the glove on it to through something in the garbage and took the cash to cash out a customer.My recommendation as being a business owner. Please change your gloves to prevent bacteria and cross contamination.

This place has VERY rude employees. Ashley mainly. They also short changed me when paying cash. When they gave me the wrong change they refused to give me the correct change. This place is a joke.

The quality and taste ere exceptional

Came here finally after wanted to try them out and see how they compare to Paula’s. Picked up a half dozen, which wasn’t badly priced but when compared to Paula’s, which are much larger, it feels like less of a value. Overall their donuts were okay. Better than a place like Dunkin or Tim’s, but not the best by any means. I found them to be quite greasy - especially the coconut one which I couldn’t finish. We did however, really enjoy the strawberry cheesecake donut!! It was the star for sure, but the rest were all essentially duds. Sorry Donut Kraze, Paula’s is still the winner in my book!

More often than not this is the selection that we walk into. If you plan to have a place thats open 24 hours then you must have donuts available 24 hours. This selection is laughable and the employee agreed. I dont understand why they dont keep fresh products coming out through out the night. Now reasons like this are why people avoid the privately owned places and just go to Tim Hortons or Dunkin Donuts. At least those bakery/donut shops will actually have donuts available. I mean get this the place is actually called donute kraze but they dont even have donuts. Ill go back again and try them one more time tho and hopefully Ill be able to upgrade my review

I really love the donuts there and they have uniques flavors. The coffee is also so good but I hate that they have styrofoam cups so I try to avoid going there when possible but my husband loves it there so he sometimes wins.
