Came home last night and closed the garage door......BANG! broken spring. Went straight to the big G for guidance. Excalibur Garage Doors looked like a smaller, more personal company and indeed they are. Scheduled online last night for this morning at 9 a.m. Appointment was confirmed electronically. This I liked that he did not try to sell me anything else besides the springs I needed. ( I figured while he was here, I would ask him to replace the stock rollers with larger, higher quality ones). Braden inspected, repaired, replaced both springs with heavier duty ones at my request, lubricated and adjusted everything. Whole process was about an hour and a half. Braden was courteous, respectful and professional. Excalibur Garage Doors will be the ONLY Company I call in the future! Oh, and they have a 5 Years warranty on their springs! Thanks Braden!

To be honest I didnt plan to install new opener. My old one was working pretty good. But now that I did agree to install new opener, I am here to tell you that it was the best decision. New opener is something that really change things. For example: I am now able to open the door even when I am not home. As a cautious individual, I never joke with safety. So when I heard a loud noise coming from the garage last night, I called Excalibur garage doors for these services and they responded swiftly. They showed me a spring that broke and parts of it were all over the garage. Apparently the previous installer never installed safety cables. Excalibur installed new springs and of course this time included safety cables to prevent it from happening again. Fully satisfied from the service and pricing.

These guys are great! Excalibur Doors installed a new garage door opener about 3.5 years ago and my push button in the garage recently stopped responding. I gave them a call and they were out the next morning and replaced it with no charge! Couldnt have been nicer. Gave Stefan all the cash I had in my wallet, a whopping $40 tip. Definitely recommend them if you live in the Buffalo area. I wont be using anyone else.

There was no way to get the garage door to open. I mean that’s what we thought before we met with Stefan from Excalibur. Short guy that opened the door in 2 seconds. I am serious, it was like he is doing a trick. But no trick was used, just knowing what he was doing. Must say that Stefan is real pro, which makes Excalibur to a company that train their technical well.
