Ill have to admit that due to the wait time I initially was not happy. However now that the door finally arrived I will say Im very pleased with the service! Mike O. came out and probably expected to get my door done sooner than it took. However he showed nothing but professionalism, courtesy and patience. I believe he went above and beyond. He took the time to make sure the job was done right. He also took the time to explain everything with me. Hands down a great job by Mike. I definitely would recommend!

Great company! I put in a new garage door opener about a year ago when mine broke. They were quick to respond and professional. Today I had my new garage door installed. Daniel Sayre from Precision was the consummate professional from our introduction to the completion of the repair. Mr. Sayre explained, in precise detail, the work he surmised needed to be completed and the estimated cost of labor and materials. He immediately set in to the repair and completed it as described (actually better), and provided a detailed run through of what work was completed, tips on how to avoid future issues, and suggestions on what may need to be done at future date. He also noted all costs and warranties on the materials used.I would rate Mr. Sayre’s work as exemplary.

First, Id like to talk about Patrick M. who was my first contact from Precision. He saw the bolts falling off my ancient garage doors, and walked straight back to his truck and got a bolt gun and bolted the doors securely. Then, he said, now we can talk about getting you some new doors. I stopped considering other companies after that. He wanted me to be OK and the doors to be safe, rather than just selling me doors. Patrick also wanted me to have the doors that suited my needs. Next, I want to talk about Mike O., who was incredibly diligent for over 7 hours installing both doors. He took great care and essentially started over with aligning the opening hardware structurally. He also took time at the end of the day to carefully explain the correct light bulbs, maintenance with silicon spray, and how to troubleshoot the electric eye. He also explained the warranty, and all the paperwork. I am very impressed and would highly recommend Precision.

I almost moved forward with it.I decided to get a quote from 5 other companies and they were $700 less of what Precison door quoted me.If you’re looking to buy a new garage door please call other companies before you decide to go with Precison door company.I never left a bad review before but I felt they were taking advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. A couple of weeks ago my old man had problems with broken springs. He called precision and they came out the same day. Charged him over $800 to replace the springs and cables and other things he didn’t need.it’s not fair to be charged over $800 for parts cost less than $100 you can buy on Amazon.

A gentleman came to my house for an appointment on an estimate for dent repairs on my garage door. The conversation immediately became about replacing my garage doors to the total of $3400.00. I said this appointment was about dent repair and his response was to save me money by doing panel replacement at $450.00 a panel for 4 out of 8 panels total. Home depot sells the same garage doors I have complete for $298.00. Nothing fancy, just basic 7x8 white panels that definitely do not cost anywhere near $3400. All Im saying is get another opinion if you dont feel like getting quoted at over 500% markup.

Had an issue with my door not closing, turned out to be that a cable unwound itself. I called up Precision, and within an hour or so, they had someone out to take a look. The technician Eric was able to quickly explain the issue, and some of the typical causes. We did some construction on the house and were going to need to paint the house when we were done. My old wood garage door wasnt going to cut it. Precision Door had helped me out with a couple of repairs over the years and had impressed me, so they were my one and only call. They came out and showed us our options and we ordered a custom door in the colors we wanted. When it was installed, we found out the garage door company wouldnt make it in the colors we asked for, so the owner of Precision Door painted it himself (a special thanks for that). Heres my experience w/Precision Garage Door. Estimate rep gave me a hard time when I requested outside door handle and manual key release. Said it was bad esthetics. First install they brought the wrong window panel and had 2 dented panels. Second install they got the window panel right but still had one dented panel. Third install they brought the wrong replacement panel (it was white instead of gray). Fourth install they brought the wrong replacement panel (it was dark gray instead of light gray). Then they said they would reimburse me $200 for all my aggravation. To date I have not recd a cent from them. This has been going on for almost 2 years and I have given up on fixing the remaining dented panel. They never called to set up appointments. I had to call them each time to find out what was going on. Makes me ill every time I think of this company. Installer guys were great...company sucks. Dont pay all the money up front because once they have your money they could care less about good service or follow through. Signed ....disgusted.....OK...so they did send a $200 refund (I missed that on my bank statement). But that was supposed to be for the aggravation they caused with all the mix ups. I still wanted the panel replaced at no cost. But at this point no longer want to deal with this company.

I called at 845 am and within 5 minutes of hanging up, I received a call from Jason H. asking if I was going to be home in 20 minutes. He showed up right on time, and was honest and showed me the exact problem! He fixed the immediate problem and now looking forward to the new doors that should be coming in a few weeks! We were having an issue with our garage door shaking terribly and were unable to fix the problem on our own. We had replaced the springs on our own but knew for safety reasons we werent skilled enough to do the repairs to make our door function safely and properly with out the help of Precision Doors. This afternoon we messaged Precision Door Service through a Google search link and found they were able to send a technician out the same day at no extra cost to us as I had a coupon for the service call. We were given information on the pricing option for ADJUSTMENT ONLY and were satisfied so we had them send Eric out. Eric arrived in the time frame given and was very professional in his manner of service. After close observation of our doors function we were offered a package that would fix our door to our satisfaction and this package would be under warranty. We gave the okay and Eric went right to work. As we observed the pieces coming off our door we immediately saw and experienced the NEED for them to be replaced. All parts removed were in need of replacement and the job was done to my satisfaction. After the job was complete and before the technician left he had asked if we had any questions as well as allowed me to try the door several times to warrant my satisfaction. My door functions beautifully and quieter than it did before the repair was done by Eric. I would recommend Precision Door for your next garage door repair.
