I had a dole whip twist cone, and my girlfriend got a chocolate and vanilla twist cone, they were delicious.This was our first time having ice cream here, since it was at the old location across the street.The beef bulgogi caught my eye, Ive never had Korean BBQ. The bulgogi wrap was very thick and stuffed, the beef was really tender and the broccoli and carrots and sauce just all tasted really good. I hate fatty beef thats chewy so Im glad it was really tender instead. It was so good, I ordered one to go.My girlfriend had tried the ham and cheese melt and loved it. Im not a big ham fan myself, but I took a bite because the edges of the ham looked crispy and good.5/5 place in my book. Really good service too, friendly staff and owner. Will definitely be returning customers. 👍

It was so nice to see one of our local business doing excellent. To see the happy faces along Abbott Rd. My grandson enjoyed his ice cream. And of course the portion was Generous! The outside seating was nice. We walked over enjoyed out ice cream our time outside. South Buffalo Strong! Mark

Absolutely amazing 👏 first time there since I was a little little girl and good God I couldnt believe the stuff they had there!!! The owner was legit amazing, soooi friendly he left me try his salads before I bought any, and you can tell they are homemade and made with love!!! So soo fresh.... I got his potato salad to ho along with shaved sour apple ice... it was actually pretty sour (witch I love) and while we were there I got pineapple dolce with rainbow sprinkles on top!!! Im in food coma. Haha. But I will be coming back with my family again...and again!!! Thank you!!! Keep up the great work, delicious foods and ice cream 🍦 along with the hospitality!!! I definitely recommend going to Abbott Ice Cream!! Great experience and great product. The variety of flavors is unmatched from any other ice cream shop. On top of that, the food is unbelievable. I have tried the chicken teriyaki, reuben wrap and the soup and all of it is amazing. Abbott Ice cram is a great addition to the community.

Really yummy hershey ice cream at a good price

Uhmm, they were rude to me. I asked for a medium and they gave me a small, I asked nicely to change it and they got really sassy and mouthy towards me. The ice cream was good but the workers I wasn’t very impressed.

I had a Guinness shake and it was delicious! They have an extensive menu, looking forward to try more.

Wouldn’t be able to tell you how the ice cream is. they have the menu in a horribly inconvenient spot on the wall right next the the order window with an older man sitting there (with his mask off) seemingly rushing me inside the order window. i was anxious in the first place and i kept saying sorry for having the stand in front of the window. this man literally huffed and puffed at me. so we left to dairy queen. but i guess on an objective note, it’s nice that they added food to their menu and have more selections now that they moved across the street. just bummed i couldn’t try anything because of this man.

Best Hersheys ice cream flavors. We can never find Hersheys Ice cream in this area but this is a great little spot and they have food and alcohol desserts as well!

If you need a restroom there is none.Pretty pricey, I had the peanut butter pie, was ok. Had outside tables, were not clean. Slow at getting your order ready if you want anything other than ice cream.

Service is always fantastic when we go here. Got the Banana’s Foster (with a twist) for the first time and if you have never ordered it before you need to experience this masterpiece. It’s only offered the last full weekend of the month but it is definitely worth the trip to get it.

I went there for the first time last week and was excited to see the flavor Oatmeal Cookie. Ive never had it. It was amazing! I went again the next day for more! The only issue I had was all workers should serve the same. The first day, the young man served me almost half the size the young lady served me the 2nd time for the same price. I think he jipped me.

Abbott Ice Cream is the best! Their menu has so many items theres something to please everybody. You can go with a classic but they also have shaved ice and wine flavored ice cream to just name a few. All of the baked goods used in the creations are also home made. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. While this is walk up window service you can clearly see the inside and it is spotlessly clean-very important! This is just a terrific little business that takes a lot of pride for what comes out of their kitchen. I also love the neighborhood feel and have seen them help promote local groups such as the Girl Scouts and local artists. I highly recommend 😁

I stopped here the other day for the first time and it is excellent! They use Hersheys Ice Cream and its a big difference - way better than most in the area. On top of that the prices are reasonable.

Ice cream is amazing but the store owner over works his employees and treats them like garbage. i quit there myself cause i didn’t like how i was treated. an employee got hurt on the job and his only option was to fire them. unacceptable.
