My partner rents here, Alexis was amazingly helpful with an issue we had but it’s hard not being able to access our unit if there is NO staff. We should be able to access even if no one is in the office.Facility is kept up and Other staffing is very friendly only downside is the access hours

Very clean environment. Storage facility has a good amount of space. The store manager Alexis was very helpful with assisting my husband and I. Will recommend this place. Very friendly but professional customer service.

Alexis, the store manger is FANTASTIC. She was able to answer all of My questions. I would say that a big negative for me is that this place isn’t 24 hours access?

I had such a positive experience with everyone I worked with. I spoke with Lisa at the main office on the phone who was phenomenal at helping me determine what size storage I would need. I was very impressed with her ability to tell me the exact right size for my needs.Jillian at the Ellicot location is an absolute gem. She gave me a tour, helped me get everything set up for the following morning and was great with directing the movers on where to go and what to do. She helped make sure my morning went off without any issues and Im so very grateful to her. I cannot recommend the team enough.

This is a well-run business from sign up to storage conditions to communication. Bill (mgr) & Alyssa (associate mgr) are professionals at customer service in person & on the phone. The prices are very reasonable, the space is well-lit & clean, but youll want to use Life Storage because of the staff & service. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

Excellent facility located blocks from my residence. Friendly knowledgeable, competent staff. Pricey, but I’m from West Virginia, so everything thing is expensive to me. Overall, an excellent choice.

Had to move items from storage they can be reasonable but watch out for the late storage rental fees they can make the bill jump sky high! Also the bathroom, toilets need a lot of work. Only 2 of 3 toilets work. Only 1 of 2 sinks work. The best thing about the place is the cute little shorty that works there! Other than that its just. Ok place for storage.

We rented from here for a few weeks, the manager Ben is a great guy, hes very reasonable & flexible. If you need a secure & temperature controlled storage space, this is definitely the right place! If Life Storage was a woman, I would definitely be having an affair!

The store manager Jillian is such a sweet lady! My dad and I rented the Life Storage truck when I was moving my things out of UB and I was running late. I called Jillian and she was completely accommodating. She understood and even joked about how this happens with the college kids often.Then in August, I couldn’t get my belongings out of storage by the 31st, so Jillian told me about the 5 day policy and I was able to keep my things a few extra days. She even called me on the 4th to remind me. I appreciated my experience with her and I just thank her for assisting me the way she did. 🙏🏾🙏🏾The only downside to this location is that it isn’t 24/7, but that’s because it’s located in downtown.
