They built a home theater for my family. The service is horrible and prices are bad too. Not impressed with the installation crew. After the work was done, we needed to patch the walls and door panels which were all damaged due to careless work, then they kept contacting me for upgrades on the new system every few months after installation. I spent over $3oK on the system, but they told me I didnt get the best they could offer. They were kidding me. For instance, they wanted to take the wireless system they just installed, then sent me a BETTER system. The upgrade would cost me over $10k. I asked around but no one spent $15k on home internet. It was outrageous. Be careful with the sales from Magnolia. I wish I didnt use their services because it doesnt worth a penny.

This Magnolia Home Theater is one of the rare design center locations. The assortment is top notch and everyone I’ve interacted with have been extremely knowledgeable.
