If you go i n the store, great customer service...Nobody available to receive phone inquiries, so, you are forced to trek across town (in typical LA traffic) to find out if they have what you require is in stock.I would offer up a so, so rating

This is where the professionals go. Im one of them. If youre not a pro they should still be on you radar.The irony here for the general public might be that, although they may not hold your hand and walk you through basic stuff (who does anymore), they are way more attentive and helpful than ANYONE at the nearby Frys. It should go without saying theyre more knowledgeable at Pac Radio.Go in having a good idea about your needs, just a little homework goes a long way, and youll find Pac Radio is an invaluable resource. You may catch one of the cats there on a grumpy day but everyone has them occasionally; its no big deal.

I tried to look for an auxillary to a 3.5 mm cable and theyve had it at Frys. Frys sent me to Pacific radio and they got tons of stuff in there their staff are very knowledgeable

I purchased an item and was told it could be returned if the box was unopened. I called the next morning and was informed that it cant be returned (even though it was unopened) and they dont price match. Youre better off to order online and save money / hassle.

What I ordered was under $2. But they treated me like gold.

Cables, connectors, enclosures, tools - when I worked in N. Ontario St I relied on this place and last week working at Capitol Records I came out here to buy connectors knowing Id get everything I needed.
