We sent them a bunch of Clear-Com and Beyer headsets a long time ago. They fixed and returned most of the Clear-Com things but not the Beyer. After repeated calls the owner apologized but couldnt give me a reason for the incredibly long delay. Something about personnel problems. I would be surprised if they are still in business. No attempt to return our gear. Probably $4,000;00 worth of equipment. Small claims court in California is a nightmare.
