Not sure what happened to this place, they used to be so helpful and supportive of loyal customers. Now it’s impossible to get real support on gear, and it feels like I’m shopping at some snooty jewelry store. Bad vibes.

My experiences with Creative Solutions Los Angeles have always been stellar. Theyre products are of high, lasting quality. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help out in the physical store and when I have ordered online the communication and shipping is quick, friendly, and professional. The times I have needed technical support was easily solved by email in a quick, professional fashion as well. They are following health guidelines as well thankfully so that they can serve our community of creative professionals safely. There are always new, useful products coming out from Creative Solutions too which is amazing. I will be a customer for life so long as their integrity stays the same and I am in this business!
