Store has its own parking, its fair well taken care and cant miss the entrance. Inside the store was clean, staff was helpful and knowledgeable also aisles are organize and things are easy to find by reading the upper templates. At the end you also have the staff who dont mind in helping you find a certain item and give you a feedback on products. Definently will visit this location if Im around the area again.

They’re definitely deceitful with their prices. I was charged full price for an item on sale in store and website. The guy said “that’s members price only” but nowhere does it say that, I read the fine print and read all tags. I came home and went on their website and was oddly “allowed” to order the same item for their on sale price without being a member. Pretty ridiculous!

I really like this Particular Harbor Freight tools by Ikea is Awesome!!! They dont give you any hassle here, they also dont rush you.I came here to pick up a Predator Brush Hog to replace the one that one of my crew broke. Last week I can here and picked up a new Chainsaw also everyone was as out of the chainsaws except this harbor freight. They replaced the old chainsaw that I had bought a couple weeks earlier with a new one. (For the life of me I couldnt get that other chainsaw to start). The New chainsaw starts perfectly without issues.The Predator brush Grinder was out of warranty but the Manager here hooked me up with the last one that she had. I really liked the old Predator Grinder Better, the new one muffler keeps falling off but thats not her fault, regardless, I love the predator brush hog, its amazing. I also like the staff here they are great!! Really nice and friendly.

The prices have been raised about 2 times from before Covid. Also 20% discounts coupon has been removed.It doesnt worth to buy tools there anymore .You better go to Home depot and get quality ones.

Great place to shop and the staff, are awesome and they work with you to help find the products you are looking for. They dont give you attitude like most places.

Store itself is pretty good, but the staff is sometimes a little grumpy. Has almost anything necessary for a tool store, but the location isn’t too good. Still, it is a good place to buy tools for anything from repairing to building.

Wow! No more coupons! No more flyers! No more freebies! They do have online specials and a club for certain deals. I found what I needed, and CHEAP! MORE MERCHANDISE, it seemed. Helpful clerks.

Great store, bought 100 watts of solar there and plan on returning for more items in the future...Also the Tesla dealership across the street is the largest ive seen, very good place to shop.

If you need cheap disposal tools, this is your spot.The Burbank store is clean and the staff is friendly. The merchandise is what it is though. Everything is made in China.Cheaper than Home Depot and Habor Freight does have its place. I just wouldnt consider ever buying something more than $25 there.They have a 20% off coupon online all the time. But be careful, they are starting to carry some name-brand items and the coupons dont work for them.

Supervisor gave me hard time in purchasing an air compressor. She doesnt honor the 10% discount for first time credit card purchase. Not until I got upset and told her not to hurry and just attend to me as a customer. Very bad experience in Burbank, not helpful. Maybe she got up the wrong side of bed.

Who doesnt love HFT? You spend $20 and walk out with 2 bags of stuff. They have cheap things and higher quality things. If you want it to last, get the more expensive brands. Great store.

All of the employees here where super helpful and nice, when making my purchase they explained about the types of warrantys they offered for the products I was purchasing, Im very happy with this location Im definitely coming back!

Very small HF, but extremely clean... Since its so new. Helpful staff, well lit, and they accept coupons upon coupons. Whats not to like? The parking is a little small, but the visit I had made for trouble free parking. Great location as well.

I have been a customer of Harbor Freight for many years. I buy quality tools for a fair price. In fact I boughr a roofing nail gun today they also had the rolls af roofing nails too. From hand tools metric and sae sizes to air compressors to floor jacks just about anything you may need. Courteous employees. Give them a try for all your needs. Stors always clean and always nice paved parking lots.

Im not a big fan of the place. CHEAP (not in the good way) I couldnt find what I wanted. As I was walking towards the exit, a sales person asked me with my empty car if I found everything I was looking for. I said No. She kept walking without responding. Nuff said.
