Best smoked sausage in Chicagoland! Almost the same we remember from babcia in Polish countryside back in 1980s when they slaughtered the pig for holidays and sausage was phenomenal👍 So if owners read it, would it be possible to add more słonina pork fat to your smoked sausage, I think it goes down better and creates this smoked smalec/lard and jelly, that you can literary spread the sausage on the bread.
