I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. First off, I dont live in this hood. I actually thought I was going to la Paz which is a much better place. THIS PLACE: UGH! I went in just to play a lottery ticket. The guy behind the counter was on the phone. I was the only person there that I knew of. I asked him by gesture if I should come down there to buy the ticket, a worker saw me waiting and said wait. He will be with you shortly. He looked at me with disgust, and proceeded to talk on the phone. After waiting a very short while, because he was not hanging up the call, I left. It was as if I was BOTHERING HIM TO BE THERE. WELL GUESS WHAT? PEOPLE READ THESE REVIEWS! DO NOT GO HERE. I FELT HUMILIATED FOR WANTING TO BUY SOMETHING. A PERSON SHOULD NEVER FEEL THAT WAY AFTER LEAVING A PLACE OF BUSINESS THAT IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC ( who can read)
Keep doing the good work you do . Thank you .
Bad experience this morning. The cashier was in bad mood. he seems miserable. I asked about their sandwiches if they can make them toasted.. and he replied Is in the menu I checked the menu and it didnt say. It was a simple answer. Not coming back to this place.
Friendly service
First off, great selection of spirits and foods. Reminds me of a larger bodega in New York. I was looking for a summery spirit and was recommended to get something like a limoncello or Galliano which was an excellent recommendation.Everyone was pretty friendly and helpful so if Ill probably be stopping out here more often.
Good
