This is an exceptionally, well maintained drive-up storage property. The staff members are anxious to serve. They corrected malfunctioning lock brackets immediately when met with a challenge using my lock.Furthermore, the staff has been supportive, compassionate and innovative when met with financial restraints during COVID-19 times.My unit space is 10x23. There incredible promotion helped me to obtain this awesome space. It is clean, spacious and easy to access. I am very happy here.Highly recommend this facility and Burbank location.

John helped us cut off our lock and was extremely kind and helpful. He even showed us a trick to get the door of the storage open. Definitely recommend!

The On-Site manager is very pleasant to work with. He walked me through everything & he showed me multiple units to make sure I was getting just what I needed. They offer insurance of various amounts at reasonable rates. The overall site is clean & well maintained.

I have been storing here for over 2 years. I started with a small unit and had to upgrade and Erik was absolutely incredible helping me. He made it easy and made sure I had everything I needed. He has my stay here much easier. Whenever I come in, all my needs are accommodated and Erik makes sure the property is nice and clean. The company must have done a great job training him and an even better choice at having him be a manager. He makes the storage complex feel like a community. Would highly recommend to everyone and be sure to ask for Erik.

Really clean and well maintained. I dont ever have to worry about rusty handles or the garage doors getting stuck before fully closing. I can always find the employee in the office or outside checking the premises whenever I have questions. This is a GREAT place to leave your extra items!

While the signing up part was easy and the guy working the counter friendly, when it came to actually moving in my things a few hours after signing all the documents and the money being taken from my bank account, I was greeted by a tag that stated, Welcome to your new storage! and a lock. At first I thought it was a joke, Did I have the wrong unit #?, Am I at the right place?. Sadly, neither was the case. I had clearly stated that I would provide my own lock and that I would be loading after office hours. I was told that was fine and that it would not be an issue. I was not told that there was a number to call after hours, nor did I see the sign on the gate because I came at an angle and it was after dark. My load was very time sensitive and work related and this slap in the face caused issues with both my job and my personal life. By the time I was able to close out the account I should have had 3 loads in the storage. Instead I was forced to find storage elsewhere in a much less convenient location and at the cost of 2 days worth of loading in. Such a terrible way to treat a new customer.Update :Over a week later I have only been contacted to give a good review and have not received the refund for the hundreds of dollars I paid for storage that was made inaccessible. The emails keep coming about how happy ESS is to have me as a customer with more automated spam and nothing regarding a refund.

Great facility, clean and affordable. Locks are up to date and units look as if they are all new. Juan was incredibly helpful in answering questions for future plans and helping me to understand the contract and how everything works. He also provided help in saving me money too!I also like that the rental office is not connected to the actual storage area. This allows for a much better and more secure area.

Its time to finally leave a well deserve review. Weve had a unit here for years now. Over the years, we have slowly been upgrading (increasing) the size of our unit. I have ZERO complain about this place. Everyone there are super helpful and nice. The facility itself is always clean. You always see someone cleaning. Just this weekend we did another upgrade and let me tell you that Juans customer service is top-notch. He was super nice and accommodating. Price is worth it for what you get. Safe area (right beside the fire station), clean, and affordable.

Erik explained the process, terms and conditions very well and was great in showing us the different sizes and options for units. No issues. The place is clean with proper fire protection. All units easily accessible(even the indoor ones), no long hallways and all ground level units. Next door to a fire station and a park in a nice neighborhood. Close to the 5 freeway.

Charlie was very nice helpful and easy to talk to. He explained everything in great detail about the paperwork insurance and the unit that we got. Besides the length and width he was also able to provide us with the height as well. Erik is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me out. Ive been with Extra Space for 5+ years and Ive had issues with previous managers in the first few years but Erik has been awesome since he took over. My move was sudden and unexpected. I was frantic trying to figure out what to do with all my stuff. I walk in and there was the Manager, Veronica. Sweet as can be. With her calm friendly smile, she was so patient with me and my inability to make a decision. Walked with me all over showing me units until I felt comfortable. The process was so easy and smooth. But it didnt stop at that. Every time I walk in to go to my unit, she was there at the office with her glowing smile and welcome. Always asked if I needed anything and if everything is OK. Charlie was a great help for us to find the right size and location for our new storage unit and allowed us to place a hold while we checked if it would fit our stuff and then again when we came back to finalize the rental contract. Juan helped us close out the account & it was my first encounter with him. His customer service was impeccable and he was very kind & always had a friendly smile. This place is excellent. In a nutshell:1. They provide a truck to help you move in for free (you provide the manpower). SUPER convenient and money saving.2. Good pricing, very affordable.3. Easy to access units on the first floor, no stairs or elevators to deal with.4. They forgot to take me off autopay, and the system overcharged my last month, but the lady at the desk made a note of it for her manager and the next day he refunded the pro-rated amount and called me to tell me so. This shows care for customers.Easy, quick, affordable and good people. Cant go wrong with that. A+

I was previously an Extra Space customer from back in 2010 and had a great experience doing business with them so last March 2014 when I needed to store some household items and military gear, it made sense to return back with Extra Space. The staff here was great and the communication was awesome for payments and any other questions I had. That and the facility was very nice and conveinet to get in to. The customer service is always top quality. The on site manager (forgive me, I forget his name) but he has been extremely helpful, informative, and to have an easy transition makes my crazy move back to LA alot easier. I have used this unit before under different management and have always loved the cleanliness and accessibility.

Decent rates and never had an issue with security. That said the units are not climate controlled and during the windy season a ton of dust, twigs, and leaves will get into the unit
