They are definitely not interested in providing good service to attract new customers. The lady who help me was not courteous, hesitated to provide me with an envelop and told me the UPS cut-off for shipments is 11 AM which doesnt make sense. Overall, not a good experience at all. I will use the UPS Store down the street.
