First of all I go there all the time to ship my goods either domstic or internationl . Today 11/2/21 i was dealing with Alex OR Alexandra, she is so rude and unprofessional. she did lots of things wrong, and she was talking without respect, if you dont want to be there, then dont!! dont come to work with attitude . so happy the way walk serving and talking to me, rude rude rude
AMIRA and CARLOS have been absolutely amazing. Haven’t had many great experiences with shipping centers, but the customer service is above and beyond! Thank you guys for making this such an easier process!!!
Not sure why people are having a lot of complaints about this place....I come here early AM to drop off my Fedex shipments and receipts for them. The lady behind the counter is a very courteous and quick worker. Compared to USPS the wait time in this location is FAR less. I just wish that the parking around here was easier. Bank lot is obviously off limits but the street parking fills up dang quick so I have to park on the other side of the block where the apts are. This FedEx location is actually very well hidden, I actually walked past it my first time going there. If there was a large side outside that would be extremely helpful, as I have friends and relatives who have been living in Burbank/Glendale area for 10+ years have NO friggin clue that theres a FedEx office just a few minutes away from home!
The lady behind the counter was unnecessarily rude, but everything printed nicely so it was fine. That is until I got home and realized that the colors didnt print evenly. On some pages the exact same image was darker than on other pages. Very disappointing seeing as how much money I spent there.
I often pop into the nearest FedEx Office when I need to print or scan something outside of my office. This is a small one, stuck in a mixed use building across the street from the Burbank city hall and down the street from the Courthouse. There is no dedicated/on site parking, which seems like a pretty big omission for a dedicated shipping location.
I worked with Ken and he was condescending as he talked down to me and I didn’t appreciate it. I tried to explain what someone on the phone told vs what he wanted me to do with my photo and it seems that there’s is no sense of fluidity amongst their staff.I didn’t feel helped, I felt talked down too and I don’t believe he practice empathy in his approach to Customer service. This place isn’t worth your time if a staff member like Ken is working there.
Walked in and automatically didn’t feel welcome...the guy helping me was rude...overall bad experience
Exceptionally rude at this location, rushed out from the minute I walked in and felt extremely unwelcome, left without sending my packages, Ill go to UPS instead
First visit here had to drop off a heavy package, just the way I was handled and barley not even getting my receipt the guy has his head turned the whole time chatting, while I want to ask if Im done or not.Compared to the USPS in burbank next to Wingstop and Chuck e Cheese this place was a joke
Erwin came out front and greeted me within a minute of my entering the store. He was very friendly and asked me what services I needed and how soon I would like my shipment to arrive. He was very courteous and the transaction was finished quickly. I will go back to the Burbank store again. Thanks!
Hours says open till 8pm on Friday, at 5.51pm 5 people are outside and the office is closed.
I usually come here, far out of my way, for the amazing customer service. The employees have been so nice and helpful in the past. Today, the manager told me it is $7 extra to print a paper at a different size. Ive done this many times before at no charge. He didnt seem interested in helping me at all. Im definitely never coming back to this location.
Bad service, workers don’t want to work,
No cutting equipment to work with that “works”Guy was rude when my $135 project jammed up and he just stood there with his hands in his pockets.Avoid this one! Toluca lake is much better !!
The worst customer service ever. Bot polite and also closes before the time that shows on web.
Last Oct 1, we arrived at this Fedex office, wanting to ship 7 suitcases from LA to SF. The moment we stepped in, we were met by people who seem to be having a very bad day. No smiles or greetings, nothing. One of the ladies, Michelle, said in an unfriendly voice to go ahead and bring the luggages up. Not even asking if we needed help bringing them up. A girl at the other counter, Ryana, was accommodating, friendly and very efficient. The only smile we got in there was from her. While she was weighing our 7 suitcases, I took a cellphone photo of my brother and the guy Erwin said in a very stern voice “you can’t take photos in here!” I can understand if that’s the rule, but he could have said it in a friendlier manner. Will try to avoid using this center in the future. Surely, we can find a friendlier place to give our business to.
I saw an interview with a Fedex rep on one of the financial networks recently responding to the latest developments in Amazons new shipping business. They said they werent worried because Amazon represents a tiny fraction of their business. Famous last words.Going to Fedex is always a grind. Unlike USPS and UPS, dropping postage-paid parcels still requires a line wait. Not to mention that this location has a terrible parking lot and is both surrounded by stairs and very poorly marked for handicap access (I have to use handicap access when I have my daughter in the stroller). Once, the gate to the elevator was locked and I had to fold the stroller and haul it upstairs, baby in one hand, stroller in the other. They also make you use clear envelopes for your parcels. which adds more friction to the experience.Another gripe about Fedex in general: their drivers will never take parcels. The only reason I still use them is because they sometimes manage to shave a $1 or $2 off UPS and I ship frequently enough that it adds up, but at what expense?
I have a shipping account with FedEx and Ive been shipping with FedEx for at least 10 years. I needed to drop off some packages that where already made and ready to ship. When I drop off packages at UPS, USPS or other FedEx locations, no one has ever asked me whats in the package, this time Shawn did. What for, I have no idea. Since one of the packages was in the retail box, Shawn said he couldnt take it because it was the retail package and he would have to package it with its own packaging supplies. I have shipped hundreds of packages like this, and today Shawn decided to make a few extra bucks for FedEx Office. I just took my packages somewhere else where they were accepted, without being asked whats inside or without trying to sell me some overpriced packaging supplies.
This is my first experience with FedEx pickup and Im really disappointed. . tonight I get there on 9.:55 pm and I ask for my package and leady with Jennifer name reduce to help me . Bicauce of address on my ID but the name and everything was match . So they have to hire nicer accident in their office,
James is the best! I manage a custom T-shirt shop in Portland, OR and we accidentally had a package shipped to this location for pickup. I was on the phone with customer service for over half an hour and they told me nothing could be done. I called this Fedex and James was very thorough and was able to re-route the package for me saving me time and money! Thanks again, James!
WHAT’S WRONG WITH THIS BRANCH???I pack my packages in boxes and covered in dark plastic bag and I drop it at different FedEx drop locations and all went well until I tried to drop a similar package at this location and the RUDE associate rejected my package and also rejected listening to me and tried to sell me expensive packaging box and I refused by informing him I always ship it like this and it was never a problem and he just TURNED HIS BACK on me!!!!!MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR, this happened on evening 6-7pm, Sunday, February 10, 2019.I feel very disrespected and I will file a complain against this branch and the staff, cause this is the second time I encounter such irresponsible and unprofessional manner from this same branch.
My business sent a UPS package to the FedEx Store for easy pickup by my engineer doing work at a mine site. FedEx refused the package. Could have accepted it in goodwill but sent it back. I do not like FedExs customer service policy...not much of one!
Came here on a work errand to ship a flashlight with a lithium ion battery. the employee helping me didnt know how to properly ship the battery so made me stand there and call 1-800-go-fedex on my cell phone while she went to the back to do her own thing... how unhelpful. while on hold, another employee made me move out of the way as to not take up the register even though the store was basically empty. eventually, the fedex hotline person was able to help me and we were able to box up my equipment and get the shipping label printed. pretty much all the employees here seemed like they hated their jobs and didnt want to provide helpful customer service. aside from that, parking was pretty easy (keep in mind you have to walk up some stairs to get to the store).
Excellent service by staff, but BEWARE that you have to climb a full set of steps to get to the store from the parking lot. Shipped a 50 lb package. Really? Climb up the stairs with a heavy package!!!! Move over a block and be at the street level!!! Bad location fedex.
Was ready to help us with our eBay listings. Very nice. Edit: on the Ebay Valet our estimated time frame is 8-10 weeks out. So if you are in a time crunch keep that in mind.
I came here just now to have my resume printed for an interview tomorrow. I asked the assistant manager if she could print it out for me. She said there was a self help kiosk in the corner, but she could sell me the paper and that she was helping another gentleman. Understandable to an extent...but considering the fact that she spent 3 minutes looking for the paper I requested, I think she could have printed 2 pieces of paper. I go to the self help kiosk and it charged me twice then it didnt print. Same thing at another terminal...charged me twice and didnt print. $1.12 is nothing but when you get crappy customer service it might as well be $1,000,000. When I requested her help she made me wait 5 minutes just to tell me she can refund my money and that she still couldnt load 2 pieces of paper into a printer and press a green button. This Kinkos just lost a long time customer.
For a large office it’s ridiculous to have only two staffs. There’s no person even on the packing window.
I came in to print s few papers (less than $1 worth of prints) and used the automated self serve printed. Unfortunately the machine pre authorizes credit or debit cards $10. It’s pretty misleading and inappropriate to put a hold on cards when people are coming in just spending a few cents. Alternatively, you can get s “FedEx” card and pre-load it with cash. The card is no extra charge and you can put as little as $1 on the card. An employee told me that after I realized I was already pre authorized the $10. I at least know this for next time and can hopefully save people a headache in the future with that small but unexpected charge. It did not go back onto my card until several days after.
They are great when it comes to shipping. never had a problem. but if you wanna print something, idk.....it can get difficult and frustrating. might want to try a mom and pop shop for printing hard copys
I mailed over $6,000 cash here overnight and it got there on time. I also mailed $18,000 cash via other FedExs and it got there all in one. FedEx is trustable. The money was all scam money and the FBI is looking for it now but it wasnt my fault. Anyway point of the matter you can trust fedex with your money
FedEx in general sucks, but this location is awesome. Friendly service from employees and getting my package sent was quick and easy.
Way cheaper to send stuff here than UPS, staff is polite and helpful
Helpful happy staff and clean store. Service was a little slow.
Bad service. Ink from pen was bleeding when i asked the associate he pointed me where there were pens for sale. used 2 cc when i went to counter to ask for my receipt it. i I Found out everything was charged in one cc.and still was showing active( inserted) wow.never come back again.
Consistently horrible results in the experience department there.
Easy parking, and very helpful staff. This is a small store.
Customer service 0 so bad!!!! Never come here
BE WARNED: IF YOU USE YOUR CARD IN THE COPIER THEY WILL PRE-CHARGE YOU $10. There is the tiniest sign with the smallest print alerting you, so if you dont know, youll miss it. That charge takes 4-5 days to be removed from your account, even for a 14¢ print job. MAKE YOUR SIGN BIGGER, FEDEX, AND QUIT DISRESPECTING YOUR CUSTOMERS.
Staff here has been helpful.
The worse copy print place I been to. The machines don’t work half of the time and they need help! 25 minutes just to print 3 pieces of paper. This store is so stupid.
Helpful staff.
Always great!
Bad Customer service
Friendly, fast service
Yea
