Please save yourself the stress and do not go to this place. The owner, Andre and his wife, whom I didnt catch her name, are the rudest people I have ever encountered. I went in for a notary service for an I-9 form in which Andre immediately shut me down and proceeded to yell at me because I simply asked the reason as to why he wont notarize my form. (In all honesty I think it was because he didnt knowhow. He didnt even know how to open a PDF form to print. I had to walk him through it). When I told him I didnt appreciate the way he was talking to me, him and his wife got in my face and were attempting to get other customers involved. When I left the store, Andre followed me out to my car and proceeded to berate me and my partner.

I went in for some copies... I paid.30 per page. So 104 copies, costed me over $35.00 for black and white. There were no prices posted and didnt expect to be overcharged. Terrible experience

I was in and out of the PostalAnnex shop within 10minutes with new passport photos in hand! I wasted $14 and an hour of frustrating time at a retail chainstore which gave me blurry photos that I was concerned would be rejected with my mail in renewal. I wish I had gone to PostalAnnex first, but I will next time. They offer many services!

I brought in my package. It was already boxed and labeled. I was just short some packing peanuts - which they provided and sealed the package.Then when I tried to pay I was waved away. So now I’ll be driving out of my way to buy all my packing supplies here. What a lovely way to treat customers!

This shop is run by the kindest, most helpful local family. All of my questions were answered with a smile! The shop is organized and neat, they offer many shipping options and carry packing materials (they will even pack it for you!). If you live nearby, I highly recommend using them for your shipping needs!

Ive been looking for a notary for a week. Lots of Ill have them call you. But I found this location four blocks from my house and was enchanted with the customer service, the owners, the variety of services available and the orderliness of the place. Yes, I got my document notarized(and the even mailed it for me!). Going back to get passport photos taken. Very highly recommended.

Been coming here for a few years now and we even moved to different area and still come h e re!! The darling couple who own this store are very helpful and friendly!! The only drawback is the parking as its a small mall and always busy...Merci dearhearts!!🙋😚😇😇

Ive been working with these guys for about 6 years. They are about as Mom and Pop as a modern business gets, and are friendly and work hard. They do get busy as a lot of people rely on them! I find the pricing comparable to other pack-and-ship places - you can also pack yourself, print your own label, and just drop off if that worries you. They do seem to know what theyre doing and everything Ive shipped through them has arrived perfect at the other end.

Beware! Be careful! Do Not get a mailbox or use the services at this location. The male owner lied to me, screamed at me AND repeatedly put other people’s mail in my mailbox!! So unprofessional! There are other mailbox places around. Don’t say I did warn you!

Their service is professional, friendly, and efficient, all at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Great place, very friendly owners (European). Takes all forms of payment (Visa, Amex, etc.). Ships most if not all carriers, even USPS, so no need to go to post office. Former 1-star reviews must be anamolies or old, because they are great! Note that they are located within the plaza next to the Japanese restaurant, so access from front, not from back of the plaza as Google Maps tries to direct you towards.

Ive been going to them for years to ship packages to clients and theyre always reasonably priced, with both packaging fees and shipping fees, and theyre super friendly! I highly suggest checking them out!

Owner was not responsible enough to change his daily time notice so the store is not open when the posted store hours say they will be

I have rented a mailbox here for at least a year. The folks who run this place are as friendly as can be. I would recommend doing business with them.

Awful. These people charged me $6 to print out a shipping label. They try to rationalize that its okay to charge that much for 2 pages, and are EXTREMELY rude and forceful. I had no choice but to send a package that was late through them as theyre the ONLY close DHL shipping place within miles. They shouldnt even be open AT ALL. They claim they charge that much because of the high rent as the unprofessional and elderly worker explained, but I think if they cant perform simple shipping services fairly, they should really shut down and quit being such a horrible business.

I found the service given by the individual I dealt with to be very condescending, and the price charged for printing a single page b&w document ($3.75) to be excessive, to say the least.

These owners are super friendly, thorough, and helpful. Cant think of anything more I could want in a shipping locale.

Very sweet folks, extremely willing to help in any way they can. Small, so at times very busy, but they work to get you in and out as soon as possible.

Ive been shipping packages there for a while and the ONE day I had to mail about 10 packages via USPS they gave me a hard time and told me they lose money. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Google says open tell 7 came down and the store says closed at 6. Get ur time right
